921  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Buying YOUR bitcoins and other cryptocurrencies! Currently available: $1000 on: August 31, 2013, 12:53:04 AM
As I have moved onto college campus, I am going to be doing a test run for demand here for local trades for cash. Thus I am in need of inventory BTC to sell. $1000 available, long term deals are definitely welcome, however not guaranteed at this point. If I get enough business from local students buying BTC and from people in the Washington D.C. area, I will hopefully do $500-$2000 a week of buying, hopefully from someone needing cash on a regular basis for their coins. Please PM if interested in selling.

Please note, I do not have my car with me at the moment, some options will be unavailable but in the future will be available as I plan on having my car on campus in a matter of weeks. Most payment options ARE available right now.

I'll sell $1000 for the amount of $500 x 2 net spend/vanilla reload its.

$1000 USD code from btc-e?
922  Economy / Gambling / Re: MadPay.com — new dice site — ~0.5% house edge! Great on mobile. Come try it out. on: August 31, 2013, 12:28:55 AM
You recently PMed me about what would make the site better, here is a couple tips I would suggest:
1. If you can afford it, offer larger limits. .10 BTC is not large enough honestly, however I respect the risk of ruination laws you are following if that is simply what your bankroll can afford.
2. Offer the option to set whatever odds they want. People want more options then the ones you offer. Some want to do 70% or 80% or 22% or some weird number.
3. After 1 confirm I see that my .50 deposit was not credited (the won I won for the promotion). To be competitive you definitely HAVE to offer 1 confirmation deposits at most. It is almost impossible to double spend transactions with the high difficulty right now if the transaction has 1 or more confirmations.
4. If your bankroll cannot support higher limits try offering private investors to invest. I would not recommend public investing however at this time.
5. If you can offer a very small faucet of some sort, this might be beneficial. However with your low limits and low house edge it might eliminate the profitability aspect completely of the site.

Just felt like sharing my advice, good luck to you.

I hope TradeFortress realizes that all of this does nothing to deter regulators and just confuses his users instead.

Illegal activities are illegal, the wording you use doesn't matter. This is obviously still as much of an unregulated interest-bearing bank as it was before. Wink
He doesn't realise it, and that's why I called myself out.

This "wording" doesn't help you defend yourself against government agencies, but it might help you defend against your users, so it's even worse.

He might decide to go away with your money and you'd have an harder time getting it back, but if the government comes knocking at his door it won't care and confiscate anything anyway.

Would you be interested in 2 $300 MoneyPaks?
I could do one $300 moneypak card, but not right now as I am about to go to sleep. Would prefer a $500 one though as my weekly limit left is 2 moneypaks max totaling between the two a max of $500.
931  Economy / Gambling / Selling my Sports Picks on: August 30, 2013, 05:40:49 AM
People constantly are asking me for my plays with football season here however I generally just play them and don't have time til the evening to be in such chat rooms being in college for my second year now. If you look back at some threads I had, you'll see I'm a profitable capper but am very streaky. I figured the best way to share my picks and be motivated to personally contact you with them is to be paid for them. Many cappers charge $20 a day or more. Some people as much as $50 a play, see covers.com for an example of this.

I am not saying I'm going to make you rich, I keep sports betting as a hobby for me and have done decently well. This is not a way to pay off normal living expenses, you won't live a good life through gambling. But it can pay a bill or two a month if you know what you're doing. Last two NFL seasons I have killed it, year before I did well but not as well. I want to share my plays but honestly money motivates me. Just as many would say. Thus, offering my picks very cheap, literally the cost of a burger for a day. Prices below:

MLB picks:
1 day- 0.03 BTC
4 days- 0.10 BTC

NFL/College football + Sunday MLB picks:
1 week- 0.10 BTC
1 month- 0.40 BTC

Please note I don't make many college football plays, I follow NFL a lot more closely. For days I do not have any MLB picks I extend your package by one day. If shockingly no football picks, I extend your package a week.

Please send any payments for packages to 1King16MnUwPtmVPPPm3dRbB52BDKH2zFs and then PM me with the transaction ID, and a phone number to contact you. All plays will be sent by text message to your phone.

If you want longer packages let me know but figured this will give anyone a chance to follow me. I will post plays here shortly after games begin for those who want to follow. Not trying to get rich here or offer any insane promises on your return.

Anyone found buying my picks and sharing them with others will be banned from buying any more picks from me. Please keep the info to yourselves.

Also, selling my recent profit from sports, selling a total of 9.20 BTC, if interested PM me as well.
932  Economy / Gambling / Re: Suzuki Dice Help! on: August 30, 2013, 03:51:31 AM
Two problems:
1) You sent with coinbase, and thus any winnings will be sent back to those addresses and coinbase does not send from the same wallets u have to deposit to. Thus if you win it will not show up on your history, you'll have to contact coinbase for it to get credited.
2) Suzukidice, the owners barely speak english. They have had some issues with running their rec'd bets incoming and paying them out.

Good luck to you but definitely got your work cut out for you.

936  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] MoneyPak code loaded with $215 on: August 30, 2013, 12:25:51 AM
I did price it at preev. Currently at preev the price for BTC is 118.9 USD and I'm asking for 2 BTC for a MP of $215.
Is 2 BTC not enough?
215 / 2 = $107.5. 10% less then $118.90.
937  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: [WTS] MoneyPak code loaded with $215 on: August 29, 2013, 11:45:05 PM
No one is going to buy a money for 10% below market. People buy moneypaks for approx +2-5% above bitstamp. So the effective rate your looking at is approx $120-$125.

This sounds very shady. Is your "client" unable to communicate on forums, why does he need you?

Client came to me on sealswithclubs and asked me to do this. They have been doing small trades so far to other seals members. They know I am able to get coins when I want here and am decently trusted to an extent so they asked if I could help. My client only uses bitcoins to play poker, does not care about other matters or a,forum such as this honestly. If you have any other questions let me,know.

Yup, really hope newbs see this and understand all of it. I truly do wonder how many BTC sites are rigged this way.
