Is there anyone serious who can pledge that source is safe so i can delete the scammer warning? Deleting posts immediately and obvious shill accounts wasnt the best credibility especially with compressed source...

Edit: Well i saw it is on Cryptsy and Bittrex so i guess it is okay...

I'm pretty sure everything is safe. No scam here?
It was a clean launch. Wallet was clean, source is in github so anybody can check if they understand coding. i find nothing sense of scam here But this coin can be more experimental types. We dont know much yet so we all definitely need to learn more about the plans and reasons or any purpose behind creating this coin to get a more clear picture. Mining phase was successful thats all had happened in 6 days now its time dev or team to put their words and move forward from here, coin can be successful either way, with good dev or good marketing/purpose. I am hoping dev will write something in details soon, looking forward to read it Smiley

I've solved 14 blocks today  Smiley

how many coins do you have?

8416656.57605368 BITB some also on a exchange. Tbh i wont sell. This can go to 100 sats min once the dumpers have finished. Il keep buying more Smiley

did you seperate them on diff addresses or not?

Nope, i wanted to test on one address. I will break them down into separate wallet addresses

wtf i have 1.8m coins i solved 1 so far. im staking for 4 hours
You might be staking more today Vince? He got 8.4 Million so i think if he split a bit his balance he can easily mine 20+ blocks per day

go to 1k sat please! wohoo!
Do you know CommunityCoin COMM was trading at 1000 satoshi someday in history with 700 or 800 millions total supply, a shitty launch and without any real innovation also a bit scammy types. This coin can go higher than that, everytime i read op i feel like sure dev knows his shit, analysed bitcoin protocol's problem and find a solution and integrated on bitbean including faster block time lol.. It makes me sick to wait for hours for bitcoin transaction sometimes therefore i think dev must have thought same like me on block time so make it 1 minute instead of 10 mins  Grin

nah i dont know comm. im new to alt coins. and yeah btc transaction time sucks. well hope this coin goes well. id be okay with 200 sat so i can get back what i lost. lost 600 usd already
Sorry to hear that bro, play safe  Wink

Wow congrats dude, its great to know many people are staking and nobody is dumping coins so price is stable and going up even if it is 1 satoshi doesnt matter. Keep staking mate  Smiley

Just bought into my first alt! Only because this may turn out to be a test of btc's scalability.

As I understand it, the "innovative" PoS is a joke and will only make the rich guys richer.
I wasnt excited about POS really when this coin was launched but scalability is new thing i see in crypto so im following developments here. Welcome to the club, you could easily mine few millions BITB with only .05 btc if you were in early and therefore miners were lucky on this coin whoever mine and they are holding their coins and staking... Who knows this can be the coin that will make poor miners rich and richer and richest one day  Grin

Coin prices started very low in exchange when trading first, so everybody got a chance to grab cheap coins and stake if they have some long term plans of investment and they ll be rewarded nicely if this project succeed in the future. I hope it gonna be interesting, we all will see  Smiley

Yep, if you are getting connection with this .conf then you are fine. You dont need user=, pass= or anything, just get a connection with working nodes thats all you need to stake and obviously some coins in wallet  Wink
Happy staking!!

Edit: Dont be confused i mean only nodes in .conf will work to get a connection and wallet will do the rest, leave wallet open for more chances to hit pos blocks. Cheers.

You don't need to have different addresses, just use coin control to split them up in to smaller blocks, each block will have its own time stamp! so no need to clutter up your wallets with 100's of addresses.

how do i do that?

I made a video tutorial on hyp, it works the same!

Combining HyperStake Blocks Video

Creating HyperStake Blocks

Hope it helps!

sorry but it was hard to figure it out im not that familliar with coins. i'll just make seperate addresses haha
haha thats why there was a warning on coin control (experts only) lol.. Its easy tho if you are not confident just make separate address and stake

How's it going nokat?
Hey
Going good  Smiley Thanks for asking.

Dev, good to see you here.. Can you give us some words on what will be the next step for this coin? What you are planning, working currently? Any updates on wallet/network coming soon? anything special which we never saw in crypto before?  Tongue

I am just curious and looking forward to a good development of this coin. Cheers Smiley

hey can someone explain how staking works here?
Its same as how other pos coins works. You hold coins in your wallet and leave wallet open to participate in proof of stake job, when your wallet finds a block you ll get rewarded 1000 coins. Wallets are competing to find a block every minute so how many coins you ll stake will depends on your balance height means more balance got high chances of hitting blocks regular and lets say if you have 1M BITB, you gonna spread them into smaller chunks and keep them in walllet so you have a good chance to hit few blocks everyday.

hmmm so if i have 1m bitb i should create different addresses in one wallet? or that wont do. i should have 2 computers?
No you dont need two computers. You can use different addresses in one wallet, spread transaction like 100k in each new address which will increase your chance of hitting pos block more often than having all balance in a single address.

Wow seems a progressive night again in terms of trading, BITB is heading to right direction.. 3 exchanges, might hear something from poloniex soon i believe exchanges are seriously looking into this coin now as this coin is a serious contender.  Smiley
May be we are going to break 30 sats today with few more btc volume, I see buy demand in cryptsy, also moving up in bittrex.. Still cheap imo! Get in now or miss the boat  Grin

Go beans go!!

I'm reading the OP and I'm a bit confused.

A) Is the PoW phase over?

B) How many coins out right now?

C) What is the current inflation [subsidy amount] per month?

D) And finally? What is the max supply cap?

Thank you for the clarification!

Cheers!
A) POW lasted three days and it turns to pure POS when we hit block 10000

B) 608 millions total coins in market right now, mining block reward was 100000 coins per block  Smiley

C) 1 minute block time is 1440 total blocks in a day with reward of 1000 coins each pos block,  so 60*24*1440=1440000 total coins each day creating as pos reward. (Caution: I failed on mathematics many times) Roll Eyes

D) im not sure but guessing reward based on mining pos block so for now there is no max supply, its a bit deep technical thing for me that i dont know what is in code.. Dev will answer you that one  Smiley

Looks very nice. Any plans to add more coins?  If you add BitBeans (BITB) i can transfer some btc and try your trading engine  Smiley

We are open to requests for additional currencies, but please keep in mind security and speed are a priority.
I totally agree security is key.

BitBean is hot crypto, only five days old, hit bittrex 2 days ago with 100 plus btc volume in first day, just now cryptsy added it and trading in two big exchanges now. It was a fairly launched coin with no ipo, no premine

If you wanna have a look, thread is here; https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=915650.msg10054857#msg10054857

We will have a look now as have had a couple of pm's asking too, keep an eye out Wink
Cool, will follow your update. If you decided to add it, you can post in bitbean's thread as well to let everybody know. Good for your exchange as well, as this exchange looks really new, you ll have some exposure too  Wink
