322  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin GOLD - A well thought Scam? on: October 10, 2017, 10:05:02 AM
Ya know what? I'm not even going to extract my "bitcoin gold". I'll just leave it, and let it die. The price will fall so fast to 0.0000000001 that no one cares about this crapcoin.
323  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How do you value Bitcoin ? on: October 10, 2017, 09:49:46 AM
I value it based on supply and demand. Right now It's really hard to get bitcoins, so the price is higher. Of all the places I try to search for bitcoins, people are wanting to buy. Very few wants to sell. So value goes up.
324  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: October 10, 2017, 09:48:55 AM
There are no fees on cash that's for sure.
The 0% variation in exchange rate is not really an argument. Sure if you have 100 bolivar today you also have 100 bolivar tomorrow, but your problem is that those 100 bolivar can no longer buy you anything because inflation screwed you.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia banning BTC? on: October 10, 2017, 09:47:20 AM
It doesn't matter if russia bans it, but it wouldn't surprise me. Russia is a communism just like china, so it makes great sense that they want to control their people. It wont matter really, because bitcoin is designed to be unstoppable. It would take all putins wealth to stop it, and I doubt he would use that much money on it. He'd rather buy 10000 more rockets.
326  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is it too late to buy bitcoin? on: October 05, 2017, 06:40:26 PM
Instead of thinking how bitcoin can make you rich, think how you can avoid getting poor with fiat. It's a more realistic mindset. Fiat is going down down down, which is why bitcoin is going up up up
327  Other / Off-topic / Re: What wallets do you use? on: October 04, 2017, 07:41:52 PM
I dont use any wallets. I have my private key, and that's it. What should I use a wallet for?? make transactions? I do that manually as well!
328  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you a True Believer? on: October 04, 2017, 07:41:08 PM
It's the only real way. The alternative is gold which is just........... difficult to hold.

WHen fiat crashes, you wish you had put your money in something safe (bitcoin).
329  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Buying and Holding the only way? on: October 04, 2017, 07:40:03 PM
The only way for what? The whole purpose of bitcoin is to buy and hold. Dont think otherwise. It's not like anything you have ever seen before. It's not a stock. it's not a currency.. it's store of value!
330  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: October 04, 2017, 12:18:40 PM
Dont think of bitcoin as money. Think of it as "store of value". In other words, you work day after day after day. All this work results in fiat which you use to buy food/housing/electricity/car/fuel etc. The fiat that you dont use, should be "stored" somewhere. Now come the breaking point, because you want to store it somewhere where it doesn't loose its value. If you put 100 USD in the bank, sure you will have 100 USD the next day, but for each day that goes buy you can buy less and less goods for those 100 USD, and in 10 years or so, you can't even buy a happy meal (over exagerated).

So what do you do? Store the fiat somewhere where it doesn't loose its value, and that is bitcoin.
331  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying Drugs with Bitcoin ? on: October 04, 2017, 07:52:52 AM
I dont see the point in this topic. Why would you write such a weird topic? Of course you can buy drugs with bitcoin, you can also buy drugs with fiat. It makes no sense really... step up your game please.!
332  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is officially dead on: October 03, 2017, 02:34:23 PM
haha litecoin will prosper for many years, probably even more than bitcoin. 100 USD is  next stop. be sure to save this post, because you will cry once you come back later this year and wish you would have listened
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: October 03, 2017, 02:02:27 PM
there is no need. teenagers/children's mindset is way more flexible to understand new tech such as bitcoin. I wouldn't bother, they will find out themselves, just like we oldies found out about hot stuff ourselves as well.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some people prefer Bitcoin over fiat ? on: October 03, 2017, 11:39:18 AM
Isn't it obvious? Why would anyone want to hide their financial transactions/income? To be taxed! And in this world where taxes are so super high, it makes sense to go under the radar. Just know that the NSA has been monitoring all bitcoin transactions since 2013, so you will want to use anonimity coins like monero, dash or deeponion.
335  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: DEEPONION airdrop, how do i get it? on: October 03, 2017, 11:18:40 AM
Start by reading the OP. Once you are done with that, follow the sign up procedure. If you are still in doubt, head over to the official forums, and you will be taken care of Smiley

337  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 03, 2017, 06:47:55 AM
my plan is to hodl and accumulate coins. I might spread them out over several alt coins as well. But generally it's my own store of value.
in the future i want to pay for stuff with coins as well.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Gold (BTG) on: October 02, 2017, 06:55:13 PM
Im not even going to extract these coins. They can go to hell..... I have my btc in cold storage, and getting the BCH out of them was a pain in the ass, and required creating new addresses etc.
So i'm just gonna let the btg rot!
339  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC/ETH Wallet hacked ($550k) stolen on: October 02, 2017, 06:54:12 PM
always keep your crypto in cold storage. I never keep more than 10% on exchanges. It's simply too risky with the huge potential in crypto.

PM if you want great tips on storing in cold storage which is vanity proof!
340  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: I did it! Traveling with Bitcoin and $100 only on: October 02, 2017, 06:04:13 AM
