15 times application for account approval I've got 3 support tickets. No answer ... I waited 1 month, I'm wait ...
This guy had to wait for four or five months to get his ticket solved. Support Ticket #146059 (BTC Withdrawal ) is still not being updated by the support staff since Last May, It is still Being Processed since 39 days 12 hours ago. And no feedback has been received since I reported it.
This got sorted a few days ago. Finally.

Cryptopia and bittrex have temporarily halted new user registrations because they are overwhelmed by the number of new users on their sites. They aren't taking new members. The OP said bittrex isn't taking new members, but I don't think he knows that cryptopia isn't either.

Great Thing just happen! I just got in. Now I need to get out. You guys Rock!!! Thank you for the Energy support and Love. 2018, Lets Go Get it
As the yobit site is acting strangely today I wouldn't log out until your coin withdrawals are confirmed in a block explorer. You might have trouble logging back in.

I just updated my electrum wallet from version 2.9 to 3.05. But upon opening the shortcut of the electrum wallet i am getting this System Error. " The program can't start because api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem]".
I reinstall but getting the sane system error. I have used Window Installer to update the electrum wallet.
Any suggestion will be helpful.
P.S. Iam also getting a fatal error "Error loading python DLL. C/program files(x86)\Electrum\python35dll Loadlibrary The specific module can't be found.
yes i also have the same problem just like you both error,i tried like 40 times-50 times download new versions electrum but it's not working .i think rather than panicking about this i will transfer all my Bitcoin to exchange,no more download for me or update to my window. from the Windows Standalone Executable i can open the new version but not install in my computer.i will transfer my BTC from there. i though electrum is more safer but there is not safe wallet.so i will not using electrum wallet until i hear all clear. Exchanges aren't any safer. Read the bitcointalk exchanges board and check if the exchange you are considering using has problems. Most of them are so overloaded with new users that they can't cope. This is the exchanges board. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=223.0If you have a problem with an exchange its support can sometimes take months to reply. This is an example of a support ticket that poloniex took four months to fix. Support Ticket #146059 (BTC Withdrawal ) is still not being updated by the support staff since Last May, It is still Being Processed since 39 days 12 hours ago. I recently got 2 coins through Yobit with ETH and it went smooth. I them transferred a little BTC over and it transferred but now I cant get into my account. It keeps saying that "You can not log in. Try back in a moment or contact support." Can someone help me with this please or tell me the best way to get ahold of Yobit? I want my coins that I purchased. Did you log out, then find you couldn't get into your account, or did yobit log you out without warning? There were complaints earlier today that people's deposits weren't showing up in yobit. Something strange is happening there today. Maybe its engine is so overloaded with new users it can't cope, like at the other exchanges. All I can suggest is to keep trying to log in every few hours. Contacting support might be worth a try, but it rarely does anything quickly and sometimes doesn't even respond.

While it was a bit of a shock seeing all the prices drop 5 to 10%, it's a good idea in my mind, as the higher prices can be misleading. I tend to ignore the averages anyway, looking at the rates on my fav exchanges instead - seeming as those are the rates I can actually get.
It's a good idea but they should have a big announcement of the new policy on the home page. The only indication I could find about it was a few asterisks next to exchange prices, and this text at the bottom of the markets page. * Price Excluded

I also got a generic type email that mentioned what the op said to send (which I did with original ticket and my email response to that) but this generic email also says they need:
4)2 forms of government identification and a selfie of you holding one of those identifications where we can match your face.
Their webpage about performing verification says nothing about needing two forms of government ID. Suddenly demanding two is outrageous. https://support.bittrex.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005329167-Creating-a-Bittrex-Account-and-Performing-VerificationAn earlier post today said someone tried the 2FA trick and was just told that verification issues are being addressed separately. They didn't ask him for two forms of ID. They must have wised up to the 2FA trick.

He stated he was not doing coin of the day anymore but coin of the week, after that he posted again a coin of the day and then stated he was hacked, the tweet is old news and I suppose everything is resolved now. Seems like he is really dumping dogecoin on his followers, shame on him It's down 9.46% on its 24 hour high already. It's a good thing he hasn't made bitcoin his coin of the week yet, touch wood.

It's back up above $15000 again. Can someone tell it to stop teasing us and stay above it for ever?
Its called CONSOLIDATION. January is historically one of the most BEARISH months. So far, January 2018 has bucked the annual trend. But we have 1-2 more weeks of potential bearishness - even a potential move back to 10k. But after that, we will be back to our uptrend. Generally people have lost their collective minds and all rational discourse about simple things like consolidation have been completely thrown out the window. So it's going to keep teasing us for the rest of January? Unfortunately your logic sounds correct. I suppose everyone is selling bitcoins to pay off the debts they ran up over Christmas. After their monthly pay day at the end of January they might be back on their feet again.

Very strange Electrum 3.04 seems a phising link for me...They say to update but i can't read nothing on electrum official website.
This warning is written at the top of the electrum website home page. I don't know how you missed it. https://electrum.org/#homeI don't see it either. could you give us a screenshot? Maybe electrum.org is hacked.

Well, the suspicious part is that Delaware incorporated entities can be done from any part of this planet. It's a unique state in the sense that they allow and offer offshore incorporation packages. This makes one question whether the exchange is actually in Delaware and where the people who control such an exchange are really and actually located.
Can you post a link giving more information about how Delaware incorporated entities can be done from any part of this planet? I didn't know that was possible, and some big exchanges like poloniex are registered in Delaware. I always assumed they must be US based and chose Delaware because it has low taxes.

What are the alternatives for accumulating lower cap altcoins?
Try some of the exchanges listed on this page. The biggest exchanges are at the top of the page and the smallest ones are at the bottom. All those exchanges sell doge coin, and most will sell a range of other altcoins. Make sure you do your homework before depositing anything to them. Check if they have bad reviews and feedback first. https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/dogecoin/#marketsThis thread gives a list of exchanges with a safety ranking estimating how likely they are to scam you. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2609971.0
