It is not too late, he can improve and then apply for any campaign which suits for his rank and other preferences. You must guide them to improve themselves instead of looking for making use of them with underpay. Guide new people to get established here. I believe I am already doing what I am able to. But as of now, it is too late. Your advice was useless right now. Probably he can when he does create better posts and improve post quality. The best advice right now would be to improve his post quality and not directly apply to campaigns. There would be no point joining right now. Right now, no one would really pay him to post, it would either just destroys the product and represents a bad impression to it too if he was taken in as a signature campaign member/indorser. So, in reality, my offer was really on the high side if you think about it. It's better than zero. |
