Just use poloniex. They just ask for a first name and a last name. You can make stuff up, that's up to you. Limits will be at $2,000/day which is large enough for your trade anyway. They don't ask for additional ID if you don't want to verify your account. Verification is just for purposes of raising your limits anyway.

Being a newbie is not a problem here on the lending section or the forum. The problem is the collateral you are offering is invalid and, again, if it was it is far away from the loan amount you are asking.

If you don't mind paying more at spot price then you might find people willing to sell you here. But if you're looking to buy at spot prices you got to trust the exchanges. 1 ETH is not really that large to be afraid the exchanges will steal your money.

A Localbitcoin account might be valuable to some, but only to a relative few. I don't think it is worth 0.13 bitcoins if you are going to use that as collateral. It is far too low in my opinion. These Localbitcoin accounts don't go for a lot in the event you default and it will not cover the loan amount in that case.

First off, can we not call it "cyber-currency"? It is called cryptocurrency. Yes, it is available only online but it is basically based on cryptography, hence the name.

Third, if you are looking to earn from it then charge them a "management fee." Then just basically buy bitcoins with their money. Nothing else. It's worth the money for a long term investment and technically if you time it right it is good for even short term.

Lastly, not sure if you wanted to just deal with cryptocurrency or mining. If you want to mine or sell miners, then those are two different stories. Selling miners are easier but it's hard to explain it to your customers if you don't even know the basics of cryptocurrency.

Collateral or no collateral, what is the point of borrowing such a low amount? You might even be paying more than the loan amount in fees nowadays, maybe half if you get lucky. This is so small, maybe you should just do some faucets in casinos and reach this, though that is somehow next to impossible.

What makes you say that it is not reversible? The truth is it is reversible regardless of what method you use in paypal. Everything sent can be reversed in paypal.

Usually newbies trading paypal here just reverse the money sent after a few months passed since it is actually reversible within 365 days.

Are you talking about using arbitrage on different exchanges to profit from? There is really nothing wrong with it, that is how arbitrage works. But somehow you have to also take into consideration the fees of every transaction you have through it and you also need to have funds in both exchange.

So generally what this does not really anything automated, it just shows the stats on a pair on each exchange. It's just information really, which you can use other apps to do. There is one app I know called tabtrader on iOS where you can compare prices of pairs in just one screen.
