How about the issue of changing the house edge mid game? I only play on casinos with 1% house edge or lower. If the HE was higher than that, I don't even try to deposit! This is a primary consideration for me. Then you guys just arbitrarily changed HE without my knowledge while I left my game on autobet. I accumulated winnings already before you changed the HE, I demand that you refund me those lost because you changed HE.
I don't think a scam accusation is harsh, since I think this is a duty I should fulfill, as to warn people about your site. People actually deposit and use real money to play and you can't just tell us

We ask reputable members who marked us with a red colour to review the website themselves or to reply with what they don't understand on this topic. Lacker Variable house edge does not mean you can change it anytime you want. It means you give a house edge which is actually fixed but it changes depending on your bet! Assuming I bet the same way since the start, that means my house edge should not have changed no matter what.

So you are saying that the system did deduct my 0.002 because I lost 4 times with 4 winning bets and it was legit? Wow. You also said I did not lose 0.002btc, but I did! I refreshed plenty of times, but the funds did not show up. That means your gambling site did declare my bets as a loss. Don't you argue that it did not happen this way, because you know yourselves it did happen.
When you can't argue anymore, call your opponent an idiot. That's the kind of people who runs this place.

We recognised from the very first beginning that we had some problems with withdraws, every problem was solved and now we can be proud having 0 fees on withdraws.
Also most of our bugs are solved.
In the next days we will finish our last futures and we will start BETA version.

Whether its Alpha or Beta, these types of sites shouldn't exist if its gambling related and especially since people are betting with real money and not monopoly money. I know that you want to launch ASAP so you can capture more and more marketshare as Bitcoin grows in value. However when a site such as yours with the huge bugs its gotten, is actually hurting yourself in the long run. My advice, you should send everybody a bonus who experienced issues with your site and hope they can still remain loyal to your site and not leave. I think what you said is true. The owner should take website down for a few days or weeks untill the bugs are resolved and should do a bug bounty for future. The issue with this situation is as follows. Consider these 2 examples 1) Site is buggy. Gambler ends up losing a large BTC due to some bug. Casino says "Ok sorry we will fix bugs" and doesn't send the BTC back that was lost. 2) Site is buggy. Casinos ends up losing a large BTC due to some bug. Most likely due to this bug, the casino would probably not let the withdraw go thru. So basically its one-sided. Hence whether a bug is in favor of the gambler or casino, the bugs needs to be fixed first since money is involved in these situations and it can get ugly. This is what I was telling them and they don't even care. All they say is we'll investigate and we're fixing the bug. |

I would be careful with people who put "Trusted" on any ad. Not saying OP is a scammer outright, but looking at his trust page, his green trust came from a deal way back in 2013, an era where trust is easier acquired.
Dealing with highly reversible funds are quite dangerous.
