Soooo I accidentally sent 9200 KMD to ICO address in feb 2017, and my balance stayed zero. I am never going to get those funds back am I? http://kmd.explorer.supernet.org/address/RVN1oyNtmgWGteHfdiQcnzUUHz48STqxg4I still have access to ICO website, but I think I changed my address. So I am pretty much screwed right? Just want to make sure. I am scared to reset seed or anything, but the address ---> RVN1oyNtmgWGteHfdiQcnzUUHz48STqxg4 I sent it to in feb still the same. I just want to make sure I lost the funds so I can cry in peace. the explorer shows that you still have about 9k KMD in your address, so your kmd is safe. I think he sent the 9200 into his ICO address but then changed the main address in his profile. That means he probably doesn't have the seed/privatekey anymore. If you do, then your funds are safe. If not, I'm not sure how you could recover that seed. ok , I see, then I think Genesis1337 should go and find the seed and don't stop until you find it. It is almost impossible to crack the seed unless you have accessed to quantum computer.

Hello dear fellows,
I'm an economist and I just want to give you a head up to sell all your coins before they get worthless. Including Bitcoins.
Today there are over 750 cryptocoins in existence. Because literally anyone, any team of people can design and create their own coins. Very easily with all the open source codes available.
So, if anyone can create any amount of their own coins. Guess what the value of that coin will be on the market? 0. It's value is zero. It's literally worth less than water or the air you're breathing.
Once people start to realize this, that the coins have no realistic valuation, each and every single one of every coin will be worth NADA. 0. ZERO. NOTHING. Enjoy the ride while it last, and get out fast.
Regards
and how many times has economist got it wrong?! lol

Hello, everyone,I am interested in the ICO project SONM(Supercomputer organized by network mining) recently. I read the whitepaper and found that there was a comparison between SONM and Golem as shown in following picture. It looks like the SONM has much advantages over Golem. And i want to know if there is any disadvantages when compared to Golem. I'm very sorry for the investors of the upcoming ICO project SONM. They will definitely incur large losses from investing in it. We need to remember all the users who in various branches of the forum aggressively advertise this project. what's the reasoning behind your statement?

A few of my thoughts - 1. The IBM computer is not decentralized (in the coming years I believe the public will view decentralized systems with the same trust dynamic as they view the green SSL bar. Right not, it's not a big deal, but in the future, if a company isn't built on the blockchain, I believe they risk being left behind - perhaps in 5-7 years we will see this. I think sentiment is already showing signs of this starting to develop.) 2. The IBM quantum computer is a development in *hardware* and fundamental computer process. 3. Referring to point 2, I surmise that Golem (being software) can be adapted to quantum hardware in the future. 4. Golem, I think, will have great social interest in the future due to the fact that it will be one of the market providers in this new age of renting out computing power from regular desktops (which is rapidly being ushered in) 5. Like the article mentions, we're not quite there with quantum computers being competitive. Look at just that alone (time-frame) Golem has advantage. My general intuition is that this poses little to no threat to Golem at this time. 1. The thing is not everything needs to be decentralized, something works better without decentralization. The decentralization hype will die down eventually. 2. If you can solve the computation with one hardware, why the need of using the whole world hashpower? 3. Only if consumers have needs to solve problem that needs multiple quantum computer processing power. 4. only if the price is competitive and indeed the speed is comparable to quantum computer. 5. GNT isn't fully functional as well, looks like this is a race of time.

so what is the process of endorsing like? How much work or research does a person need to do to endorse? like calling the university, previous employments, etc or simply compare it to linkedin and click endorse? Nothing really specifics about this process in the white paper at all. Would like to know more. thanks!

There has been no further encouragement from investors to follow ICO minexcoin, I think it will be hard to get more than 1k BTC
I think they can do a lot of things with the btc that will be raised. Any coin that isn't oversold is a winner in my book. I agree, I think the development fund is already secured from previous ICO, this round is just to determine the price of MNX. Also with Great team members and advisors with connections to bigger funding if needed. I think this project has a bright future. Is there evidence of the previous stage of sales? I could not find it, maybe I was looking for something there. here is the article https://news.bitcoin.com/minexcoin-pushes-further-the-boundaries-of-cryptocurrency-mass-adoption/

Why there are two coins with same ticker ? I just found out at Bittrex XLM stands for Lumen and on Poloniex it represents Stellar. Thanks god I didn't take further action as I was about to buy bunch of coins by not paying attention to the full name. I was watching just ticker. This may be cause of not seeing Stellar at Bittrex ?
they are the same, Stellar Lumens is the full coin name.
