I have a problem a with ICO and need support. No support mail on official page!!!
Generated new seed, write them, send BTC on generated address, 9 confirmation
and nothing......

When i am check BTC address on the official site index page i ve got:

Your future AE: 0 (contributed 0 ETH respectively 0 BTC)
 
When i am try "Contribute now" > "Use you Own Wallet" and write generated seed above, system write new BTC address different with and 0 tokens......

Go here.

You will see something like this: {"ETH":{"BTC":0.07858,"CHF":174.25}}

It tells you how many BTC is 1 ETH (ignore the CHF). In the example above, 0.07858 BTC = 1 ETH = 800 AE

This updates every 15 minutes.

I generated BTC address through https://wallet.aeternity.com/, i saved my seed, i sent BTC to this address and there is a problem.
I recovered seed in Electrum and this address is empty!


When i enter my seed here: https://wallet.aeternity.com/ using laptop which i used to generate this seed i see different address (with my BTC) from this when i enter this seed using other machine! (without BTC).
What a scam site!

It worked for me, I'd recommend not generating the seed on site...

If i would know that aeternity is scam then i would never fund them.

During the creation of the wallet due to a code error, I was formed someone else's address.

I'm sure the developers of the code have already seen this error.
After receiving the address, I sent money to him.

Later, when entering the same PHRASE, another address was given.
WHY?
