361  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: can gambling give you lessons in life? on: October 26, 2017, 09:30:54 AM
I think the only that anyone will learn from gambling is greed will only destroy us. It's what drives all people to try gambling and it's not just your money that is in the risk but it could be also your whole life once you are trapped in your gambling addiction.

There is a lot of things you will learn in gambling. First off, money cannot be determined by your luck, money is not that easy to earn so everyone must be careful on how they use and risk their money. The second one is gambling is just an entertainment and not a way or a road for someone to take to be instantly rich, we must hope to be rich with this kind of game since it is based on luck. Lastly, gambling is mostly played by greedy people and what they bring to people is not riches and money but lost, except for the owners and investors obviously.
362  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is this the time to buy Bitcoin on: October 26, 2017, 08:07:27 AM
Historically, there has never been a bad time to buy bitcoin.

Yeah that is right, the only difference is that do you have enough money to buy now? And if you buy now, will it give you a good profit after one or a couple of years? We all know that the price today of bitcoin is so expensive and we can't buy one bitcoin easily so the normal strategy here is to wait for a roll back maybe a dump so you can gave a decent amount of bitcoin. The problem now is when to buy since we don't know when will be the price roll back or dumps.
363  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How do you deal with loss? on: October 26, 2017, 06:42:51 AM
Just get over it! Another way to avoid loss is to set a stop loss and this way you wouldn't have to worry too much.

There are people  who don't easily get over or move on about a loss. There are people who become depressed and don't know how to get over it. The good example of getting over it is to think where it go wrong, hang out always with your friends or loved ones so they can give you some advices. A lot of other chances might come so there is no reason to mop about it.
364  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: When do you plan to sell? on: October 26, 2017, 06:06:36 AM
When I will need urgent money but until then I want to accumulate as much as possible.

Same here, I just sold my tokens or bitcoins when I meed money. Sometimes if I don't need money, the other reason I sold them is when the price is interestingly high or when the price go beyond the price I am calculating. I will not regret if the price go beyond that, the good thing is, I don't miss selling them at the good price. I also want to make sure I am getting a good profit out of it.
365  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: losing 50 bitcoins gambling on: October 26, 2017, 04:01:08 AM
If you lose that much you should really stop gambling maybe when bitcoin was worth a dollar it would not have been so bad but now that is a crazy amount.

That is a huge amount, a monstrous one. 50 bitcoins today is at $288,600. At our country you can buy anything you want given there is the house and car. You can invest in a lot of things to make that huge amount of money grow more. Why do we need to lose that in the game if you can just learn some trading or know something to invest is sites, projects or ICOs.
366  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: October 25, 2017, 11:29:20 AM
For me, Bitcoin is a chance to get rich.

Bitcoin is a volatile digital currency so many people are taking bitcoin as way to get rich, but I don't think you will be rich because of bitcoin unless you are rich yourself. Bitcoin is so expensive right now buying a lot of them will cost you a fortune. If you can just go back in time when bitcoin is so cheap, you will be buying a lot of them and then go back to the current timeline where bitcoin is at $5000.
367  Economy / Economics / Re: The future of the paper money on: October 25, 2017, 11:08:41 AM
I personally don't think that paper money will be banned.Because there's still majority percent are using paper money only a few of us who are using crypto currency through bitcoin has a real value but the future of paper money is safe

The thing here is, who will ban the paper money or the fiat? The government will not be using a digital currency as their national currency since it is decentralized. They may create a digital currency but it will not be a decentralized one. Many people are still using fiat since a lot more people do not know what a digital currency is.
368  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin from $6000 to $5500 on: October 25, 2017, 10:42:17 AM
There was a clone of bitcoin created, the so-called bitcoin gold, that is being processed. This could be one factor why bitcoin dropped from $6000 to $5500 but we already know the nature of bitcoin, its volatile and unstable, so it will probably increase after some time. I don't think that it will drop to $2000, its probably just pure speculation.

Every time a fork is happening, a dump is always expected. Last time fork happened, the price dumps back to one thousandths and no one is affected by that, in fact the investors and users bought another batch of bitcoins taking advantage of the dump because no one knows when will be another dump will happen. After that the pump happens and the pump is really great, $2000 is worth it.
369  Economy / Economics / Re: How to make money only with BTC on: October 25, 2017, 10:12:39 AM
I hear many saying they don't mess with altcoins...how do you make money with btc?

Just buy the dips, sell for usd (or other fiat), then buy back in...rinse and repeat?

I'm not talking about long term holding but about how to build up your bitcoin without touching alts.

Thanks

If you really want to make money with bitcoin, just hold your bitcoins in your wallet for a long long time and then you will see after three to four years in time that your bitcoins there are so very high in value and price. For me it is the safest thing to do.

The thing here is how will you get that number of bitcoins. Bitcoin is expensive now and buying one can't ensure you a good profit. Earning them in Signature Campaigns is good but you will be needing a lot of time so you can save number of them for a long time to hold. The disadvantage of holding is that if you want it to give you a huge amount of profit, you better hold a good number of bitcoin.
370  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: October 25, 2017, 10:04:06 AM
I always fix around 30 to 40$ worth of cryptocurrency for each time gambling and will not cross that limit.

Fixing a a limit in gambling is very common especially to people who don't have that much money to lose. But I think limiting yourself to such number will not help you avoid losing your money but can avoid losing it all. If you will be limiting yourself, you better stick to that limit because the most of time, gamblers usually go beyond the limit.
371  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? on: October 24, 2017, 02:04:17 PM
i think that it is the best way to make it a bitcoin

Not the best way. Bitcoin is volatile, everyone knows that. If you will be putting or investing all of your money in these digital currency, are you sure that it will be giving you a good profit through time? Yes it gives a good profit but it is also good if you don't put all your money into bitcoin but just a small amount of your money and then if the investment in bitcoin give you a good profit, use that to buy more bitcoin.
372  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why is gambling so addicting? on: October 24, 2017, 12:38:03 PM
The most common why gambling is so addicting is because of money and want to win in jackpot. Gambling is so addicting because in gambling have many opportunity to chances of winning. The other reason is gambling gives fun and stress release to the people especially when they feel bored they enjoyed gamble. People experience to win and try to win until they become addicted. Gambling is so addictive because its an enjoyable hobby and where you could win money instantly.
You really need to get your facts straight regarding the nature of gambling. Gambling is not fun at all for anyone, all those who gamble aim to win high money. No one is mentally prepared for big losses. Everyone gambles to satisfy their greed of making big money in small amount. It si highly addictive because of the fact that it puts you in day dreaming about winning jackpots and grand money in bets.

I think gambling is fun and entertaining. You can still have fun gambling and even not use your bitcoins or fiat. There are gambling sites that I always visit, when I am feeling bored, I go to that site, earn some bitcoin using their faucet and ise that to gamble. That way I can avoid using my money and just total entertainment.
373  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Worst mistake in gambling on: October 24, 2017, 11:23:26 AM
My worst mistakes were chasing my losses everytime I lost Sad It never ended up well.
I have been here too once and it is just what most gamblers have experienced in the start of their career as a gambler Grin before learning that once you lose, forget it and just move on. It can never end up well. The cruel part is when you bet that big amount, you will want to try a bigger thinking after all, you have taken the bold step already, until you see a zero account with your eyes wide opened.

Worst mistake on gambling is too keep on chasing to earn more profit and end up loosing big money, well this happened to me one time and that time i am really broke because i already earn big money but i did not stop that time and ended up loosing money. Stop chasing for your loss and know when to stop gambling specially when you are winning, it's really hard if you are in that situation but you have to control yourself.

Cant do. When there is lost there is the tingling sensation to get it back.
Even if you go away from your computer it wont stop going into your mind. The best way is to just play it all win or lose. I can sleep better if I lose it all or if I can win big time.
But just leaving in the air the loss money is not for me specially ahen I still have funds to gamble.
Worst mistake in gambling is that betting more than your affordable money to loss then at the end you will find your self at the corner thinking and have a feeling of regretion.,and another thing that makes a gambling mistake is when you bet without thinking and analysing the situation this will result on successive failure of winning.
A lot of gamblers has this mistake all the time, they forget to set their selves limit to what amount they should waste for gambling. All they care about is the fun and gaining profit.

Because there are gamblers that just wants to have fun. They want to have fun so why do they need to limit themselves to gamble. The fact that they are saying that they want to have fun gambling means that they're goal is to have fun and not to have a profit. We don't need to tell them to limit themselves because the goal is to entertain themsleves and not to lose their money to greedy reasons.
374  Other / Archival / Re: Do you agree with idea "Bitcoin bank" ? on: October 24, 2017, 10:40:27 AM
No, I do not like this notion simply because, just one of the advantages Bitcoin is that it is impartial of the banking institutions all your income belongs only to you.

I don't know if you have any experience about this but I don't get what you are saying. Banks are all about handing your money to them and let them save it for you so you can avoid the trouble of saving them, at least if they lost it you can blame them. I don't know that incomes are being taken by the banks because on how you said it, it is like you stating it like that.
375  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is better? To gamble or to invest? on: October 24, 2017, 10:20:59 AM
an investment is very good than gambling, if do you have a lot of money dont forget to invest
gambling is very risky to lose your all money.

Investment = Gambling,

Don't be confused because whatever investment you may be in, it is always at risk.

Investing and gambling has the same risk, in fact, investing may also be called a gamble but the risk of you getting a profit has a higher possibility than in gambling. Gambling requires a lot of luck and maybe some skills and experience, while in investing it requires skill and experience, also patience and a little bit of luck because in investing it depends on how you predicted the outcome based on their project and services and also it depends on how skillful and experienced you are.
376  Economy / Economics / Re: Can we totally eliminate all the banks in this world? on: October 24, 2017, 05:11:23 AM
I don't think that banks will be elliminated, there are still services that only banks can offer to their clients. I think that banks will only adopt what bitcoins are doing but elliminating them is i think not possible.

Well said. Saving your money is one of the main goals of banks, bitcoin can't do that since you yourself are taking care of your money. Yes, you are taking care of it but sometimes, there are someone who can't do that by their selves. I think too that they will be coping up bitcoin and maybe there will come a time where bitcoins are being accepted in banks without it being converted to fiat.
377  Other / Off-topic / Re: What to do with my bitcoins ? on: October 23, 2017, 11:15:35 PM
Hello everyone,
I would like that each one participates in sharing the different sites shopping online (International) that accept the bitcoin, as well as different ways to spend BTC, thank you.
'

I don't really spend much of bitcoin but when I do, I don't do it on online shopping because I know I can do that in the real world, I just need to convert my bitcoin into fiat and also I can avoid scams. I just us my bitcoins to buy some items in my favorite games in Steam, if there are games that are attracting for me, I buy it using bitcoin.
378  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: can bitcoin wallet be hacked by hackers? on: October 23, 2017, 06:32:58 AM
For our wallet account security from professional hackers is difficult, but at least we must anticipate that things that are not in want will happen. hacker indeed harm, but remember we are there in the online world things like this already a risk.  Undecided

Yes things that we people did not anticipate may happen but as my parents say, "Prevent is better than cure". So as long as we can prevent the hackers fom getting our bitcoins in our bitcoin wallets. From the past years since bitcoin is released, I did not heard about bitcoin being hacked on bitcoin wallet, unless they've found out the private key, but what I've heard is bitcoins being hacked on exchangers.
379  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: If money would not be a problem, would you still gamble? on: October 23, 2017, 06:15:23 AM
No. I would be busy spending it anywhere in anything that will attract my eyes. My problem would be on how will
I spend all my money because I'm sure that I'll have anything that the world can offer. I have plenty of cash in my bank accounts and it will just grow and grow and  I don't need to gamble.

That is the thing or the reason why you will be staying surely in gambling, the problem on how you will be spend that lot of a money. When I have a lot of money, I am sure I will be still gambling, but the thing is, with a different goal or aim, to entertain myself. I have a lot of money so I don't need to hope to win but to just entertain myself.
380  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Is Bitcoin Gambling Industry So Successful in the World? on: October 23, 2017, 05:54:50 AM
I think it is successful because of mainly the price you get when you win in Bitcoin Gambling, if you kept the reward then in a year you'll be rich because Bitcoin value keeps on increasing and most of the gamblers strive hard to win that amount.

It is true that Bitcoin investment is the best thing around now but the problem is that most gamblers want instant money and might not necessarily want to keep their wins for a year, chances are that they might gambler it off even if they manage to keep it.

That is indeed why gambling sites are so successful. Since gambling sites really appeal to a person's greed. That is why people keep on still risking money in gambling. They all think that they can double the money easy without any effort. But that doesn't usually happen, the usual occurrence is that players lose more than what they have and end up regretting gambling.

The question by the OP was in reference to the bitcoin gambling Industry and not any other gambling industry like fiats. I think interest in Cryptocurrency is on the rise globally and since it has been introduced into gambling it has spurned the bitcoin gambling industry on.

I think maybe because of the demand the cryptocurrency is getting from the people. And maybe I think the possible price of it in the near future. I gambled in bitcoin gambling sites because I am hoping I can get a lot of it that I can save for the future use and the possible profit it can give me because I know it will be having a good price in the near future.
