401  Economy / Economics / Re: When is the right time to buy bitcoin ? on: October 10, 2017, 11:20:39 AM
After the recent news re. BTC China and regulators crackdown on cryptocurrency trading, we all know which direction bitcoin and alt coins are currently heading. I wish to buy Bitcoin and Altcoin when they hit the floor, but i am unsure of when the right time is to enter?

today is October 10th, if seen today is the highest peak of the bitcoin price. this makes me a little hesitant to buy bitcoin at least I dare say that today is not the right day to buy bitcoin. maybe waiting for the next few days. Grin Wink

I think it will be having a good decrease this month since there are some talks about having another fork. Good dump not because it is so low that you can buy a lot buy it is a good dump because it is just an opportunity to have other people get some investments or some couple of bought bitcoins. I think buying in the last month of this year is not good since bitcoin tends to have a high price at that part of the year.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Vs Bitcoin Cash on: October 10, 2017, 10:59:55 AM
Bitcoin is most popular cryptocurrency that I know in computer network. Many people was joined in bitcoin to earn income or profit. As to my cousin, it very helpful to all who want to use it especially to facing a financial problem.
Bitcoin cash is a different story. Bitcoin Cash was started by Bitcoin miners and developers equally concerned with the future of the cryptocurrency, and its ability to scale effectively. I'm not familiar in this term

The good thing here is you know something about this alternative coin and you can say something about it ahile there are some people who don't really know this Bitcoin Cash and still trash talkimg the digital currency. Bitcoin may have a good reason to be forked still it is not something that may become more popular than the original Bitcoin.
403  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What are your plans with your Bitcoin? on: October 09, 2017, 03:19:18 PM
I'm planning to do both: I will invest in other crypto currencies, do trading and holding. And also, I will convert some of the bitcoins into fiat and will run a physical business for security purposes.

I think that is not both but the three of them. I think I will do these two while also doing some other type of earning bitcoin like mining and gambling, but not that desperate which can lead to being a gambling addict. I will be starting to make my own business but I am not still decided which business will I take. I think time will come when I can decide which one will I pick.
404  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will bitcoin replace gold? on: October 09, 2017, 01:51:49 PM
Bitcoins are already the second gold! They have real value. Just a short time and people will start killing to reach it -_-

I think people will not even kill someone or even think to kill someone because of bitcoin. There are a lot of alternatives to get bitcoin which is not that really hard. Faucets are one way to get them the only problem is it is so hard and so time consuming, but if you really are wanting to have one, you must be patient. If you want it fast, then the easiest way is to either mine them or buy it.
405  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What would you do with your winnings? on: October 09, 2017, 11:49:51 AM
I'm going to invest 50% of my profit in bitcoin. I know my money needs to work so I need to have the assurance that I still own many of them in the next years or decades rather than spending them unwisely. It's the smartest move that I can think of.
Well, that's a good idea, just make sure that you know where to invest that 50% so you will also not lose all of it or maybe save it in your wallet and wait for the price to increase, that is more safer that investing it.  Grin

I think this depends on the moment. There are some times where you can't invest half or maybe quarter of it especially when you are not sure of it. There are some times that you are not that sure if that will be successful that it will give you good profit so in other words, you just put your hopes and luck to that. I think if that happens, I will be gambling than do that.
406  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: October 08, 2017, 03:37:12 AM
it all depends on our thinking. try to think of investing instead of gambling. if we can distract us from gambling, I'm sure we can stop gambling for good
I think trading is better than gambling, because it don't need any sum of money to invest with like investing, but it needs some study and learn in order to understand the cryptocurrencies world and especially how it works. It's not easy at all but the most motivating thing is that people who master trading are rare to find and they are all rich.

For me, cryptocurrency traders are best when they are good at buying at certain price points more than when they are going to sell. It is really motivating to see good traders buying a bunch of coins during the prices is going down due to massive trader fears and anxiety and they are ready to sell during high prices of particular coins..

Here you're talking about the altcoins trading, you're right it is a very profitable domain which could allow you to double your money every week.
But it is not an easy matter at all, neither theoretically nor practically, and to master it you will waste a great deal of money.

Trading is way way better than gambling. Gambling risks your money, yes, but that risk is close tow asting your money. In trading you also risk your money, but that risk is not wasting but more on trying to get more profit. I better use my money to try rather than to waste it.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How can you tell if you are suffering from gambling addiction? on: October 08, 2017, 03:17:09 AM
It's hard enough to admit your dependence on gambling, but if a person can not live a day without a game, then this is a clear sign of a beginning or long-term dependence.

That is the first sign, though you cannot tell it yourself that you are addicted to it, but your friends, parents, loved ones and other people. After that, you will be starting to find your own ways to gamble even you don't have enough money, you might either borrow money or create a crime to gamble.

409  Economy / Economics / Re: Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ?? on: October 04, 2017, 04:33:40 PM
Why Should I Choose Bitcoin ??
It's the first question one should face while starting to deal in bitcoins and answer this will satisfies you to choose bitcoin over others. Some of the benefits that Bitcoin have over other includes :

1-Quick transactions – Bitcoin is transferred quickly over the Internet.
2-No expenses/low charges – Unlike credit cards, Bitcoin can be utilized for nothing or low costs.. This enhances revenues margins deals.
3-International installments – Bitcoin is used all over the globe; e-commerce sellers and service suppliers can easily agree to take international payments. Which uncovered new potential commercial centers for them.
4-Information is secure – As we have seen with late hacks on general retailers’ disbursement processing systems, the Internet is not generally a secure place for private information. With Bitcoin, clients don’t surrender private data.
5-Much More Easier – Bitcoin is Much more easier rather than we think.Means to say It’s Much more easier than transfering a Payment from bank account From bitcoin you can even transfer a Payment in few clicks even While listening songs.
-Hope this will help you in believing Bitcoins !
These points are true, everything a netizen needs in transaction, is in bitcoin. It is the ideal money today and once we have this ideal money, we should not let go of it because bitcoin can make many things possible in the internet. Sharing this points to people who does not know bitcoin can be help to persuade them in using it.
Bitcoins are the most expensive and profitable currency t present and it has a very clear edge over conventional currencies. The way bitcoins are increasing in popularity day by day, they are highly expected to soon become the sole currency of the world or at least the most important one.

But we all know that it will be having some consequences. Many people will not accept to make bitcoin a world currency, taxes will be deducted to our wallets and I think that is the one reason they like digital currencies than fiats. Also the way it send and other deatures.
410  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: October 04, 2017, 04:25:19 PM
In my see position bitcoin will much more glory in the future but it is are unable to close the chance that bitcoin will remain as this or much more down rather than now.

I don't get what you are saying. I know you are saying that it will be a glory because bitcoin in the future will be having a great success. Still that is just a probability, we all know thay bitcoin is volatile so the price is not that good to know more about it.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to control greed on gambling? on: October 04, 2017, 04:20:57 PM
How to control greed on gambling OP asks. By not gambling? Lost 3 BTC once in bustabit even with what I thought it was a "infallible" strategy and never gambled again. If you want to gamble then It is better to gamble your money on the altcoin market.
If you decide to leave gambling for good then that is fine, but we do not have to be like that, one way to leave your greed behind could be to play some friendly gambling games with your family in which the most important thing is not to earn money but to  relax and have a good time, with time you will get used to this and you will have the same attitude in a casino.
It may work for some but not for others. If a person is looking after money only, then it really does not matter who his opponent is, the intentions will remain the same. It could be that he might enjoy the game more but he would still want to win and earn some profits.
Actually it is the matter of greed. Human is greedy and it is natural, everyone is. So as you said, whatever you are against, whosoever giving you lessons for not being greedy still you are ending you looking for more profits and easy money.

Still many can control themselves and majority got victimized of this greed, it happens. Still hopeful for not being greedy.

Yeah, it goes all to hoping but temptations are so powerful too that it is so hard to get them right out of us. I think while you are not that deep from gambling, better keep yourself from betting your money and hoping it will be greater if you bet it. Better invest it so you can have good money in the future.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why trading is better than gambling? on: October 04, 2017, 04:16:04 PM
Hey! guys i need your opinion and help because i didn't know about this trading thing i only know about how you can earn bitcoin by gambling but still my friend told me that gambling is not the way to earn bitcoin but if you try trading you will earn much profit why is that so guys? trading is better than bitcoin? how? why? where to find that trading thing?

well for me i would choose gambling over trading. why? because gambling is much easier compare to trading because trading requires skills and knowledge if want to get the best of it unlike gambling all you gotta do is have enough balance and start playing also you can earn inatanly in gambling but not on trading. so id say  both have goods and bads side

Gambling is far worse that investing. You bet your money into something you don't know of it will win or lose. Investing on the other hand also has risls but not thay big as hers.
413  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can maths help you win in gambling ? on: October 04, 2017, 04:13:08 PM
The mathematics of gambling are a collection of probability applications encountered in games of chance and can be included in game theory. From a mathematical point of view, the games of chance are experiments generating various types of aleatory events, the probability of which can be calculated by using the properties of probability on a finite space of events. So it's totally can help you much in gambling.

Not that much if you think more of it. Gambling is a luck based game, still depends on what and how you are playing it. There are some informants that I know talked about this but moving certain school to other is really, I think is not a good thing.
414  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: The best way to quit gambling for good on: October 04, 2017, 01:27:39 PM
To quit gambling forever you need to find an interesting hobby and the person who will support you and in case of what will be able to prohibit the game from starting again.

That interesting hobby will not ensure you to stop your gambling activities. if you experienced being a gambling addict, you will realize that stopping is so hard because you are used in betting your money either for fun or for satisfaction.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does bitcoin's price volatility affect your gambling habits? on: October 04, 2017, 11:18:31 AM
For me yes it does affect my gambling habits. First off because I gamble converting it to fiat currency. So for me the risk is determined under the prices of fiat and not really just bitcoins. If I don't change my gambling bet size it would be catastrophic for me. For example, back when prices were just $300 a bitcoins, a 0.001btc bet would have been just fine, but now that is big already for me.

I think it does not affect me since I just play using the faucet and not really the money I have in my wallet or either Bitcoin wallet. The bitcoin price might dump, it might pump it doesn't matter, what matter is I am having fun gambling without touching any of my balances.
416  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: October 04, 2017, 05:44:24 AM
hm i don't think so because some people who does not have job is earning bitcoin but not all people know about bitcoin.

I also don't think that bitcoin reduced the unemployed persons. It is just a digital currency so I don't think that it has any effects. Earning is the thing that makes them affected since joining a signature Campaign, doing faucets, etc.
417  Economy / Economics / Re: Cashless society on: October 04, 2017, 02:23:17 AM
I think a cashless society is needed for a better world. Also not many trees will be cut down
What is the connection of the trees and a cashless society? The paper moneys are not from the tree that has been cut down, they are using special kind of papers that are only made for the paper money in our world. Cashless society is not a good thing to start right now because we still have poverty that is needed to be solved first.

He is thinking that paper money are made from trees like the typical paper that is used in offices and school but as you have said, it is made out of special paper. Also not all fiats are paper, there are also coins that is made out of metal and speaking of poverty, the world might change, be innovative and high tech, poverty will still remain, as long as we live, it will not be solved nor changed.
418  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin rise is over on: October 03, 2017, 11:41:41 PM
From the last drop, it seemed that sales literally ran out of steam near 3k...
I don't think it makes sense to drop and if it does, it will probably bounce back up. MtGox was a huge shock to BC and we don't have that right now - although SW2X means that core developers can be easily duped (taken over) by someone with enough power, it still isn't over I guess.
My guess is market bouncing between 4 and 4.5k until upgrade, then we will see

The problem here does not lie with scams but lies with the BIPs creating a huge decreases in the bitcoin price, still knowing bitcoin, it will really jump back to another ATH after the fork. After the fork, we will be seeing a lot of post like bitcoin price to the moon, etc. Be prepared this thread will be long forgotten if that happens.
419  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin growth again, what to do? on: October 03, 2017, 01:37:45 PM
if bitcoin grows then we are very grateful and add the spirit with bitcoin growth.

Bitcoin grew, we all know that since the very beginning. Eversince bitcoin was release and put in the market, many early investors knew that it will be having a great value in the future and bought a lot of it. Other people are seeing the changes through time so they start t buy while it they can, from that we can tell that bitcoin is growing ever since the start.
420  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin Die Because of China? on: October 03, 2017, 12:53:46 PM
No they baned bitcoin in china not doesnt mean it will die all around the world. There are many country that they used bitcoin so i think it will not die because of china

I don't think it will be a great effect to bitcoin, yes we have seen the price of bitcoin dumps a little but after some time, the price regains. It may be shocking that China banned bitcoin because there are a lot of people who uses and China is one of the largest miners of bitcoin, still many wants to hold bitcoin and earn some through time so I think it will not be a great deal to bitcoin.
