561  Economy / Economics / Re: New rich people thanks to BTC on: June 21, 2017, 09:16:10 AM
Basically they are rich now because they invested and they are not easily sell for a small hype of bitcoin as you can in the graph or chart of the bitcoin, The bitcoin price is growing since it was created so if you sell in small hype you will just lose the opportunity so I think they have the patience to wait that's why they are rich now.
Not just the patience it takes to be able to hold bitcoin for a long time. But also their belief in bitcoin. They will be patient as they believe that bitcoin prices will reach $ 2500 someday. And that's what brings them rich

I don't think that is belief, I think as a good investor, you really need to stick with it especially when you know that it will be having a good price making your wait worth it. Though waiting for years to reach $2500 is a commendable patience. As we all know it reach $1200 in the past but dumped huge after it. That is so great that they've waited and after that huge dump, because usually they just leave it and change to other altcoin.
562  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are You Holding On To Your Bitcoin? on: June 21, 2017, 08:51:04 AM
I am full of my bitcoin. Usually i will use some btc for spending every month. The rest I will save the bitcoin for the future

same with me
just spending it for my needs
the rest of it i keep it for long time or if i need something again

It can't be helped when you really need it. You really need to convert some of your bitcoins to fiats. But now, I am keeping myself from using them because I want to save for the next pump. After these network splitting or fork, I know the price will be skyrocketing again and if I don't have any bitcoins that time, it will be a huge regret of my life.
563  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could btc hit 1 usd? on: June 21, 2017, 07:50:42 AM
Could some major shift or change happen that would bitcoin nearly worthless especially overnight?

That would be impossible, at current price of BTC right now it will never drop at $1.

That is right newbie. There is no way that bitcoin will ever dump back to 1 USD. $1500 bitcoin price is a possible dump before August, panic is unavoidable with the network splitting news. With a lot of users that transact bitcoin and use it to pay for something, there is no way it will dump that huge. Though if it happens, many investors and users will buy thousand of them and wait to pump for a great profit.
564  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: August 1 needs to be today... on: June 21, 2017, 07:13:14 AM
Yes indeed intense competition of other types of coins other than bitcoin or altcoin they can continue to compete so that its value is able to match the value of bitcoin, But I'm sure even though the altcoin value exceeds the fixed bitcoin coins no 1 to whenever only a bitcoin has nothing to match the popularity of bitcoin to date.

I think even altcoin, Ethereum particularly will be catching up to bitcoin but maybe because of a fork or something else, but as you have said, there is no way that bitcoin will stay like that, it is the first and original digital currency so it will surely pump and and leave Ethereum and other altcoins behind.
565  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Marawe under war zone on: June 21, 2017, 06:49:14 AM
As a born Filipino what do you think is the cause of the ongoing war in Marawe.

Sa tingin ko power and beliefs. Unang una terrorists have their own ideas and beliefs and meaning in peace. What they want is an ideal world, where it is so impossible to get. They want a world where pantay pantay ang lahat, walang nakalalamang. Pangalawa, gusto nila ipakita sa tao kung anung kaya nilang gawin, kung sinu ang makapangyarihan at sinu ang malakas, para katakutan sila.
566  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of Bitcoin on: June 21, 2017, 12:35:26 AM
It's definitely interesting to see how the rate at which Bitcoin grows accelerates rapidly in different regions — for instance, the price in China (right now) is nearly $400 greater than that of its US equivalent.

Well, that is how China appreciates this digital curency, it is widely used and known there. I don't know what is happening in Japan after the legalization of bitcoin there but I know it is also a big success that made the price pump up. I think in the near future, the transaction as well as the acceoof bitcoin is not a problem.
567  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is Not Garbage, Embrace It on: June 20, 2017, 11:06:22 PM
Bitcoin is a blessing thats comes from above and i catch it and embrace it. Bitcoin is one of the key to keep out from poverty. That is why i love bitcoin so much ,i really really love bitcoins.

What are you saying man? Bitcoin is a blessing? It us not a blessing, you can't catch it, and you can't also embrace it. And I don't know why bitcoin keep you out of your poverty, it is just a digital currency used online. If you are poor, I don't know how you afford to use bitcoin nor use a computer and have a good internet connection.

And what are you saying also.  He just using a elaborative definition of how he or she feels about bitcoin.  Do not be so literal.  It seems that you have a bad feeling about bitcoin.  It does not good to read about what you have posted.  As if you experienced something bad about bitcoin.  Being poor does not mean you sleep on the street just like beggars.  Plus there are many internet shop around so computers are readily available.

But I think that is a little exaggerated. And I don't feel bad about bitcoin and also do not have any bad experience with it. Though, if you are a poor person, you prioritize yourself to go in these internet shops than giving yourself a good meal everyday? Do you think that is good? Poor and beggar have differences, poor, don't have enough money but they live in a house but not well fitted for them. Beggars just sleep wherever they can sleep and begs for food.

569  Economy / Speculation / Re: If you have 10 bitcoin !! on: June 20, 2017, 12:58:19 PM
If you have BTCBTC 10 BTC BTCBTC you will sold it now with 2800 USD ? or hold it for the future ?

and if you hold it for the future , for how much ..... USD you will sold it ?

I think with the situation right now, I will sold it for $2800. What maight happen to bitcoin these August will create a ruckus to users and investors making a huge dump, that time it will be good to buy bitcoin and invest again for a long term. Maybe I will be selling it when it exceeds the $3500 price. I know after these fork it is not impossible.
570  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What is BTC for you? on: June 20, 2017, 11:04:21 AM
A technology of money. It makes it easy to increase my earnings that keep me here.

I don't know how you increase your earnings in bitcoin, but I think it is great that it can help you. I also want to make some good earnings here in the forum by joining ignature campaign, bounty campaigns, some services and investing, I also want to do trading but it seems to be tricky. For me, bitcoin is a digital currency, which is so volatile and can give you profit in a short term.

573  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: June 20, 2017, 06:38:39 AM
Not everyone knows about bitcoin so the reason people use paper money, maybe that's one factor.

From My point of view due to lack of knowledge Of bitcoin among people cash may be better then bitcoin. But it's not a end .Soon Reverse of this will Occur

Even if we have knowledge of bitcoin, cash is still better than bitcoin. We can't use it fully offline, the truth so many people still don't know what bitcoin is. Some of us are saying bitcoin is better than cash because we can get some extra profit in the long term. I think even in the future, even if the price pumps so much, cash will stay better than bitcoin.
574  Economy / Speculation / Re: guys i am worried... on: June 19, 2017, 11:21:54 PM
I tell you to not be worried and everything will be okay and all you need to do is believe i  yourself and read some articles on bitcoin. Fluctuations normally happen and always remember when there is a fall of price, there's a possible rise of price again and climb to the top price again.

What are you saying? What is the reason we need to read an article about bitcoin? This is about kwuckduck, the member of these forum who usually post and talks about negativities about bitcoin. Other member saying bitcoin is dead, bitcoin is done for, they have read kwuckduck's post that reason they are saying that. But he is online the other day so I think he is not hospitalized, thank God he's fine.
575  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to explain bitcoin to teenagers or children on: June 19, 2017, 01:28:45 PM
I think it not a good idea to explain bitcoins on children because it is to early and their mind may not still understand what is bitcoin but in a teenager you can explain it by making them to read some article about it or what is bitcoin and also explain the basics of bitcoin like the types of wallet so they know how to store bitcoin safely if they interested in earning bitcoins.

Teenagers nowadays are not like in the past where they follow what an elderly said to them, they will just pretend they are doing it because they don't have any interest on it. Just explain it to teenagers the way you will catch their attention, like being a good asset and a good source of extra income.

Good project DCORP crowdsale it's a lot of excitement to join this project. Investing this project will secure your money .

It is really a good project, I don't know if we are a member of the project, though advertising it is really enough for me because I know that it will be really successful. I just hope the campaign extends like what happened at SunContract also managed by sir Yahoo.
577  Economy / Speculation / Re: price getting down on: June 19, 2017, 08:09:13 AM
Indeed! It's time to buy bitcoin when the price decreases. It's an opportunity to invest a huge money to afford many bitcoins. If the price gets down? There's nothing to be worry about it. It can be reversed! Actually, it's a good deal for some people who wants to purchased some

I think the dump is like a garbage being recycled, the people bought something and use it, after it becomes useful, they throw it away. Someone will be seeing it and use it again until they throw it away and be used again by another. That is how the dump works in bitcoin, when someone sold their bitcoin, other people will be using or saving it.
578  Economy / Speculation / Re: Sold on: June 19, 2017, 07:10:45 AM
I sold about 10% of my stash. I'm not sure whether the bubble has burst or not, but I decided I'll take some profit (bought at sub $100). We might see $5000 or $10000 in the next few days, but I'm pretty sure the price will go down to $1500 (or even lower) at some point in the next few months or next year, and that's when I'll buy more. If that doesn't happen then it's fine, I'll invest in something else.

What do you think of my decision?

Putting the profit first is the best thing to do when you are a investor. It doesn't matter what happen after what you've done, what matters is that you get a profit from your patience and hard work. I did sold some of my coins because of my needs, I think if I don't really need it I will not buy it, I will continue to hold my coins as long as I am contented to ny profit.
579  Economy / Economics / Re: The legalization of bitcoin. on: June 18, 2017, 01:30:44 PM
Do you think if we create an initiative group for the legalization of bitcoin. To find uninhabited island, to announce the collection of funds for its acquisition. Everyone who contribute will receive a piece of this island. Based on the state of Bitcoin official currency of this state to make a bitcoin. Do you like this idea?

I don't like these idea, it is just like you are saying that we need to be controlled by someone else. It is obvious to inhabit an island we need a leader, we need money to make that place work and that means we will live in the place where we use bitcoin and being taxed by the upper mans. Where is the freedom there? Where is the decentralization? Even the privacy is gone.
580  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin reduces unemployment on: June 18, 2017, 06:50:06 AM
It seems effect bitcoin on unemployment reduction is insignificant, making it less visible globally positive impact. But certainly with bitcoin, is a new business opportunity (for people who see potential of bitcoin). I'm sure, most of the ones that wrestle on bitcoin today are people who have worked or already have an income.

That is right, the people with profit and money wil have the upper hand but that doesn't mean that the one's with no capital to start with will just let themselves be like that. They will be pushing themselves to earn more and strice with the ones that has income at the first place. In terms of bitcoin, I can't see any unequal standings.
