1  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there strategy to make profit daily future trade on: May 02, 2024, 12:56:32 PM
I have good knowledge with crypto future
I get signals from groups on telegram

But i got idea to make profit daily

I choose some coins potential raise and open long  positions on them and hold

For day until i get profit.. Is this good idea or let me know if there better idea
What I have learned in the crypto space and from my years of trading and investment experience is, do what that works for you, in as much as you are getting the desired result hold such strategy tight,  The industry is a game of strategy, Meaning,  who got the best strategy, that is a strategy with a positive results happens to win the most, Therefore you should depend on someone's else's strategy to survive, The game is get ideas from experience traders and use it to develop a strategy that works for you ,because what works for Mr.A might not work for Mr.B.

I completely agree with the comment upon strategy. Well, this is true where the strategy of others might not work for you. As you(OP) said, you get signals from Telegram but you have no idea how to make a profit daily. Here, understand the fact that the signals are provided using some strategy, so if you are not able to use the signal calls, then even if you follow the strategy of another individual, you might remain on the same page.

I would suggest you to do the following:
  • Unlearn
  • Forget about making money at the beginning
  • Start learning and gaining knowledge from some mentor or good source
  • In the market, both Bulls and Bears are present. Understand the psychology of both.
  • Now, build your own strategy
  • Backtest your strategy & I hope you will be good to go
  • And don't stop Learning

Why I asked you to build your strategy of your own because every human is unique, so their psychology will also be unique and as I said both Bulls and Bears are present.
So, when you follow anyone else's strategy and imagine either of them(Bull/Bear) who is also a whale in the market understands that a hoard is following the strategy, they will swipe away the money from you all, who were following just one approach/strategy. Just think logically.
I hope this will be helpful for your clarity. Good luck.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What will you do if you find yourself in a similar situation like this? on: April 30, 2024, 10:26:10 AM

Assuming you find yourself in a similar situation as this, what will you do? How will you handle the situation to make your parents trust you again?

If this happens to anyone, just calm yourself and try to understand the fact that the money is lost. Try to figure out the capital/money lost. Bring clarity to yourself which will give you some peace of mind and confidence to pull yourself out of this.

Think about the ways you can earn the money back but this time in a legit way, like doing jobs etc.
Once you figure out everything, go to your parents, tell the truth, apologize, explain & clarify, assure and work.

Often these situations try to teach us something. Learn from it and move forward, not making these mistakes again. Also, tell others about your mistake if you see somebody making the mistake.

P.S.: In every situation you will have two options, either getting affected negatively or searching for something positive to move forward.
Having two options is inevitable.
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why is United States going against custodial lightning wallets? on: April 30, 2024, 07:38:43 AM
Probably, this is another case of some money laundering charges. The issue here is we cannot deny this fact as well that even though an exchange/wallet might not be included in this money laundering, people have been finding loopholes and continuing to do these kinds of actions. Here neither the government nor the exchange owners can do anything.
However, as I do not reside in the US, we cannot be sure of anything just by reading the news media. We all know, how manipulative media is nowadays.

As a few said, I also think that the US and everybody wants to regulate Bitcoin and the crypto market. But I doubt the US will be falsely accusing somebody of doing that because this does not make any sense. Now, when the non-custodial wallet case is added, all of this turns doubtful. Again, Exodus is running and working fine as much as I heard from some online friends and Exodus is a non-custodial.

Something is cooking but I guess as of now nobody knows what exactly it is. Everything is confusing and some information and facts are itself contradictory.
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why you should only hold Bitcoin on: April 29, 2024, 07:51:04 AM
I have read many informative opinions from various people on this topic. I understand people love Bitcoin over any other alternative cryptocurrencies and this is absolutely fine.
Bitcoin is a store value and in my opinion, as well Bitcoin is like the USD of the global crypto industry if you try to see in that perspective.

Now, does holding Bitcoin only would help you? Is it a wise choice/decision? Well, this is also a matter of perception but whatever I have learned, one should not put all his capital in one asset. I know there are now multiple cryptos or tokens as per the OP, floating around but out of them there are few that will make it big like Bitcoin. To find this, take nobody's help because life is uncertain and unpredictable.
There is only one thing, just research. Don't read anyone else's research as this world is manipulative.

Holding Bitcoin or any other crypto that is highly volatile for the long term might be a mistake because of liquidity issues and FOMO effect.

Liquidity issue: You require some money and want to encash Bitcoin for some fiat but the market is falling. There is a possibility that you may not find a buyer because buyers will expect it to fall more and then they will buy.

FOMO issue: Whenever the price is falling and we sell it at a lower cost than the ATH(all-time high), most of the people will have this feeling, that the price might have gone up if I could hold it for a few more months maybe.

I would like to conclude by saying, just think, and research on your own. Don't hold on to any crypto for too long unless you don't care about the capital (this is a psychology BTW) and invest in other cryptos and any other blockchain products if your research says it has potential. Trust it.

6  Economy / Economics / Re: No petrol/diesel car sales by 2035/ Reality or dream? on: December 30, 2023, 04:01:08 PM
Firstly, be it reality or dream, for me I will miss these cars. I like shifting gears which are already missing in many Petrol cars and this is not only me but found out that there are many people with same thought.

Now, I belive EVs will help reducing environmental pollution and all but I also read a debate that to manufacture the batteries the environment is getting affected very badly. A huge amount of CO2 is being released. So, if this is the case I doubt if this is even helping apart from car running cost saving.

For me when I read about Ethanol cars, I liked this technology as already e20 fuel is being distributed in India and it does releases less polluted fumes. They also do have a con related to farming where fertilizers used are synthetic and causing harm to the soil and ground water.

In conclusion, stopping the sale of petrol/disel cars used as a personal vehicle or a cab might be possible with any of these alternatives and be it any they will impact the nature in some way. As of now, I think everybody in this World is just trying to innovate a way where less carbon is ommitted from the cars, so there is a chance that this might get extended. And stopping the sale of every vehicles including commercial trucks is only possible with great innnovation which will take some time. Bus are still fine, they are running but not every vehicle.
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Must you lose before you gain in Bitcoin investment? on: December 30, 2023, 11:20:42 AM
This is not all the time, sometimes you gain from your investment without losing. Yes, this is true that every time you don't lose before earning or gaining profits.

We enter into market thinking we will get going and start earning right from learning something but this isn't the case and this thought or mindset only leads to the loss. We lose we learn properly and then execute.

I personally invested in stock market for long term, I didn't face this at that time. But then I thought of trading daily, I started learning and started by completing it but I failed this time because I was overconfident, lack of knowledge(Technical Analysis). If we are losing, it is due to our own fault.

Find it, sort it and the losing probability will surely decrease. I cannot say that this will never happen but this will not happen everytime.
But yes as many explained above losing or failing does teach us. It is hard but sometimes human brains/pshycology really needs it, to understand the value of anything in this World.

9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin Bar in Sofia, Bulgaria looks Interesting on: December 06, 2023, 10:31:26 AM
Bitcoin will see much more acceptance in various industries and it will grow. This will help the cryptocurrency industry to grow and also users the freedom to spend without any financial institutions in the middle to convert them into fiat.
But people must take care and check before sending money to anybody or scanning a QR Code because nowadays, even being a legitimate business, they can be involved in a money laundering activity or any other illegal activities. So for example, say you deposited to any such place and in the future, in an investigation, you may face harassment by the tax department or some jurisdiction.
Also, you can be prone to data thieves which can turn out to lose more money of yours or any other harassment.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are no KYC casinos taking risks? on: September 20, 2023, 11:38:03 AM
Fraud cases are becoming a real problem for gambling industry, from schemes like bonus hunting, account farming, account hijacks and illicit chargebacks on the rise I believe that many new casinos aren't prepared for the menace ahead.

Some casinos still believe that not asking for KYC is cool, but it's actually not, I see casinos with no kyc as a red flag because you can't run your business this way without getting into trouble with regulators.

Casinos neglect identity check but little did they know that they can be fined for it, if fraud cases arise from your casino and it's been investigated, your business is going away soon or you pay up for fine. One, for failing to screen customers using the KYC process, two, for possible running of unregistered casino.

Do you think your casino can be regulated without the AML policy? The requirements says it's all, so is it possible that those casinos doing their no KYC stuffs are not even registered?

The users will feel confident like you to invest or use the online casinos if they are registered to a country where KYC/AML policy is strictly applicable and they are asking for the KYC to be completed.

Like for example, online wallets or exchanges were not regulated or there was no KYC mandate policy in India previously. So people used to have a fear of entering this crypto world and using the exchanges/wallets of these companies. But after they started regulating, imposing a tax, and asking for KYC/AML policy to be followed, the user count on these exchanges/wallets increased a lot. I have seen my friends start trading in these exchanges just for the faith they got in them for regulation.

Many countries have not mandated KYC policies for these kinds of companies/websites related to betting or adding money.
Now, these casinos/companies won't get fined because they are registered in countries where these policies are absent or not heavily/strictly exercised. But the problem is that even if they are registered, the user will be hesitant just because the government itself is so relaxed, how can one trust a company registered to such countries?

As a user, research before getting into any gambling sites or any place where you are going to be adding/sending some of your hard-earned money. Getting scammed will hurt you more than losing on a genuine gambling site while gambling.
11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it worth it to teach older people about bitcoin technology? on: August 19, 2023, 03:21:56 AM
Today or tomorrow, they have to be familiar with the bitcoin and blockchain technology so the fast we teach them the better it will be for them. There are many older people who love new technologies so teaching them will be better if you have one or find one because they will try to teach other people o their aged and also a study says that people of the same generation or same aged understand each other better. The future is these technologies, so every people who want to ease their life in the future should be knowledgable about it.
12  Economy / Economics / Re: Deposits-in the bank or in gold? on: May 13, 2023, 09:27:39 AM
Invest in Gold but not at once and also not the complete amount you have in liquid. Keep some liquid funds in your bank account or do some deposits with an easy withdrawal option. But good returns will be from the Gold investment. You can also try Silver because it is giving good returns and also it keeps the potential to give a good return in the future.
13  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🦉 Owl.games 🦉 Web 3.0 Crypto Casino & Sportsbook - BTC-Metamask-Walletconnect on: December 26, 2022, 08:42:38 AM
~snip~
Were you in the USA when you played at OwlGames? Have you used VPN to access the website? Based on the terms, OwlGames reserves the right to freeze your funds if you use VPN without taking permission from their support (terms 3.2). They also reserve the right to confiscate your funds if you provided fake documents to them (terms 3.2.7).
The issue I KYC have been something of great concern to players and one needs to have settled with the fact that even though the casino does not 100% request for kyc verification, there are still some cases that warrant the casino to request for them and VPN usage is a total flag off for casino and players are advised to either stay away from restricted casinos I stead of risking they account by using VPN.

But then we still have some casino that has lesser KYC law, and will just look away from VPN usage and big withdrawal does not demand KYC.

With multiple new norms for getting accepted in a few countries, KYC had to be brought in I believe. Regarding VPN, as it is used by fraudsters as well nowadays in large chunks, VPN usage has to be limited.
Yes, we surely have casinos with less or no KYC requirements but I tend to keep away from them, usually.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will countries ban Bitcoin mining due to environmental concerns? on: December 18, 2022, 08:29:54 PM
The mining ban can be prevented by the government itself in my opinion because if they go for renewable energy and promote it more, I believe it will make them energy and environment efficient to a certain extent. But obviously as many here said governments are kind of against Bitcoins or cryptocurrencies so they will for sure go against them as in miners and the industry. The environmentalists who are against Bitcoin can be tough for the industry and they can act as a catalyst as well for this controversial topic.
15  Economy / Economics / Re: How much longer until paper money is no longer in circulation? on: December 16, 2022, 03:35:20 PM
People around the globe and mostly in developing and under-developed countries, paper money and cards will not see their end very soon, at least not in the upcoming 15 years. The mindset is still dependent upon the old values and beliefs. But the thing is with recent changes and acceptance of a paperless transaction UPI which was in the news, things are going to turn around for sure.
Also, India launched its CBDC, Digital rupee, or e-rupee recently, which shows that we are on the path of this but I still believe it is too soon for complete dependency on CBDCs or digital payments.
16  Economy / Gambling / Re: Blackjack.fun | 0.28% House edge | Live tables | Baccarat |Slots| InstantWithraw on: June 13, 2022, 09:53:37 AM

What a huge win you got here. Crazy time is a game of whales since you can't win high multiplier very often while there's 8 choices for your bet which will give you a very low percentage of winning if you are doing a single bet alone. The highest win I manage to get on this game is around x1000 on crazy time with 1$ bet but it only cover part of my losses since I bet many times in multiple tiles to get that 1 lucky multiplier. This game shouldn't be play longer because it's easy to lose your bank roll once you become greedy and keeps betting high amount on bonus while 1 & 2 keeps winning.  Cheesy

Yes I know this one game that's why I only bet with min bet place 5 bets  ( 1, Coin Flip, Pachinko, Cash Hunt and Crazy Time)
I still take bets on number 1 to cover losses in every round at least this way is a bit safe for me to continue the game
My worst session in this game was 40 rolls no bonus round and all players say scam lol

Okay, that's a great thought/idea. I think now I know where I was making the mistake. Placing big bets and increasing to more big ones.
Your worst is still better than mine as for me it was 58 rolls. Players just want to win it easily with no losses but not everybody can win. One has to lose for the other one to win.

19  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022 on: December 14, 2021, 01:45:08 PM
150k$ price for bitcoin is possible but we cannot point a direct date on when it happen and OP knows about it, that is why he didn't mention an exact date he only mention year which is 2022, Because no one can predict it and the price always depend on the present situation or market movement.
Initially most people predicted the bitcoin price to reach $100k before the end of 2021, now most people (including the OP) predict that in 2022 the bitcoin price will reach $100k and even pass it. no one knows whether the prediction will come true or will only be a hope because market conditions cannot be predicted. I personally still strongly believe that in 2022 the bitcoin price will be able to reach a higher ATH than 2021, but to reach $150k seems very difficult.

As you said that people predict and it is just speculation and nobody knows exactly when it is going to happen, so I think you cannot predict that it will be difficult to reach $150k, which is just a speculative prediction. As we have seen to date, it is difficult to predict whether it will fall or rise in the future and to what extent. Anything can happen in the future depending on all of us especially the whales.
20  Economy / Economics / Re: Just because prices are high, doesn't mean that is a good investment. on: December 13, 2021, 11:49:01 AM
Obviously not, with the current news in India that a bill might be introduced, people are panic selling nearly every time the market trends go down, and with all these, people who bought BTC or any alts at their highs, their money will be stuck so as said in the topic it is true, moreover very much practical. But personally, I believe at a certain point it will be a profitable buy because I believe the all-time high will also cross, but that is my speculation.
