521  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Headed to $40,000? on: January 18, 2018, 07:45:06 PM
Not a long time ago when Bitcoin reached $10,000, it was a huge celebration.Yesterday when Bitcoin was at $10,000, it was like the end of the world, I've read all kind of stuff - "bubble, scam, fraud, THE END, Melt Down...........

Van-Petersen and Mike Novogratz said : “Bitcoin could be at $40,000 at the end of 2018. It easily could,”

The fact is that Bitcoin is currently having difficulties with the price increase at this moment. Let's assume that in the future, its market value will be more expensive but I am not really sure that it will reach 40000 USD before this year end. Maybe more time is needed let's say two years because it will be surely a huge leap for its value which is currently 12000 USD.

The difficulty or resistance has just begun and probably will continue, as people are entering and knowing more about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency they are becoming constraint. Though I am not sure, probably nobody is, but I think $40000 is quite a great and huge value to reach, so probably its tough or becoming not possible within a year as people have started to getting knowledge and hearing tips, predictions and warning which is been given throughout the world by top peoples.
522  Economy / Speculation / Re: Will the bitcoin price recover? on: January 17, 2018, 07:33:13 PM
Probably yes, but it would take much time to reach nearer or cross its lifetime high. This is probably the biggest dip after reaching its high, and also the act of governments of various countries and predictions or warnings of investors who are against Bitcoin will act as a resistance, but I believe it will again reclaim back its beauty of rising again.
523  Economy / Economics / Re: War on cryptocurrency! on: January 17, 2018, 07:17:33 PM
I won't say its a war, Governments are just frightened and now they want it to be under there policy and kind of want a control over the market.
Also many government are banning exchange only to control illegal money flow. Its not a war against cryptocurrencies or bloackchain technology but its against the bad or negative aspect related to them.
524  Economy / Economics / Re: Selling Bitcoin = Opportunity loss?! on: January 17, 2018, 06:11:52 PM
If somebody bought it before this dip, surely it is loss, and also I believe it will be a opportunity loss. But if you trade it for other altcoins rather than fiat, then I would say still it will be better option and open up a new opportunity. But staying with Bitcoin might reward you better, as big whales are just waiting to jump over it on the right time.
525  Economy / Speculation / Re: Market crash ? on: January 16, 2018, 09:41:14 PM
Stop saying that this is a crash, it is not, this just another dip and the price is going down like hell, but there is nothing wrong with the price right now. After a huge uptrend, we really needed a break for the price.

The dip is going on for quite long since it touched its lifetime high. The price is dipping and getting a stable price for a moment and again falling, so its kind of a crash I would say, but justifying it as a crash will induce more fear and result in further dip.
This is surely a small dip, but collectively this would seem to be as a small crash.
526  Economy / Speculation / Re: 15-JAN-2018 Crypto Black Monday on: January 16, 2018, 08:49:28 PM
The whales are probably doing what they do best and it's effective. Massive sell-off is what they wanted to happen for them to buy at a lower price. The opportunity that those panic sellers are giving the whales will just make them richer. Best move right now is to hold and buy on the dips, then ride with the whales.

So the dip did came as predicted, but I guess it was kind off act of fear as the recent events and crash news might have frightened many. Lots of other altcoins also went steep down. I would say its good for the time being. Not only the whales but intelligent investor would surely take this advantage in a right way.
527  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 16, 2018, 07:41:04 PM
I am afraid its all over for india in this test match...kohli was india's only hope and he has gone out really cheaply.Still a huge lot of runs left to score,we can say that this match is now completely in south africa's pocket.
Yea Kohli is very good in last innings he can manage things for India but South Africa take this wicket very cheaply now they still have some chance but not as its good in presence of kohli Pujara Rohit and Pandya all are capable but last day of test has impact

Now, there is a good possibility on the last day, anything might happen, if they hold wickets and bats well, India could win, and if they play defensive it will be draw and if South Africa starts there destructive bowling then within Tea break I believe all will be over and the test series will be theirs.
ALready top 3 wickets are gone, now its upto the middle order and tailender. Tomorrow will be a good one if we see fight from both side.
528  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 15, 2018, 08:11:10 PM
There is a under 19 world cup going on,if anyone interested in gambling this is the perfect time to make some good money as this is the first round of matches and you will get some good odds now and then.  Grin Coming to the test series between India and South Africa it is difficult for the Indian team to win or draw this match too with the batting display they showcased till now.

India is still trailing by 152 runs and only 5 wickets left at the end of day 2. Kohli is playing on 85. If he can stay till the end then India would be near SA score and this will be a boost to them as they would not be behind and then everything will depend upon 2nd inning total of both the teams.

India has scored 307 runs in their first innings and it is a very good come back from Indian batsman particularly Indian captain who scored 153 runs in this innings. Ashwin gave him good support at the lower end to score so many runs otherwise India wouldn't have reached this total. Now SA is leading by 28 runs and if they failed to score more runs in this innings then India may give a surprise in this match.
I think the worst decision of this match was changing out Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Along with being a good bowler he is a part time batsman too who can just stick to the crease and leave some 80-100 balls which might have been enough for Virat Kohli to take India to lead. Other tailenders weren't quite able to do so. I had a few hopes from Ishant Sharma as well but he was also able to play just 20 balls.
Bhvneshwar changed just because of medical reason not other even its big lost for India currently he is doing very good for India in test matches he done good job with bat also in last test but injury is trouble for any one any time now India team need some good bowling display tomorrow otherwise they are going to lost this test and series as well because ABD can destroy them very easily and 300+ is very hard to chase here

After Morkel did his magic, ABD has started the process it seems, great start by him. But its tough to say or predict that India will loose as there is a fair chance of a Draw.
Virat Kohli did proved his responsible side when every man of his team played there worst. Now all depends upon the bowlers and then the batsman to make the series alive again.
529  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you use BTC as a digital currency for paying online ? on: January 15, 2018, 07:06:30 PM
Yes, used to use it, it was the primary motive to get to know Bitcoin, but as the days passed the value rised and now I don't find it si=uitable enough due to high fees considering the fiat valuation. I prefer other coins perhaps, and use Bitcoin as a investment and also to buy or trade other altcoins and often ICOs as well if possible.
530  Economy / Speculation / Re: DON'T PANIC. HOLD YOUR BITCOIN. on: January 14, 2018, 08:34:58 PM
Yes I agree with you. It's time to buy bitcoin for more profit in second or third quarter of the year. Just hold and wait to pump the price. You may stop loss if you don't panic about the price of bitcoin. Stay calm and wait for good profit.

It is better to hold no doubt, but I wonder if its the right time to buy even more of Bitcoin as I doubt it can or might dip little more. All over the market is showing bearish movement, I hope it ends soon and we can see bull running like anything. But if anybody want to take risk and doesn't has panic problems go ahead. Few altcoins are down quite low, try finding them and focus upon them I would suggest.
531  Economy / Speculation / Re: 15-JAN-2018 Crypto Black Monday on: January 14, 2018, 08:20:20 PM
As per the current market trend, and even as of today, its not that impossible to see what the OP posted or claimed, but for the goodness I would wish this not to happen. It will freak out new investors making the growth of crypto market and this technology more time consuming. But yes it will surely open up opportunity to some coin in the dip. So both pros and cons it has, now lets see what happens.
532  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How do you know if a gambling site is scam or not? on: January 14, 2018, 08:00:50 PM
Basically reading reviews is the best possible option I found, also I don't like sites with higher house edge so I feel its a kind of scam, but its personal choice, its not they don't pay, its just I feel getting cheated more. But deeply addicted gamblers or professional gamblers can get hint, so I often seek help from them, and also I search what the admin says about them, same and common description indicates they are not interested to sustain and might be copying other successful sites.
533  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread (EPL) on: January 14, 2018, 07:37:18 PM
I'm not surprised that Manchester City lost today, it was gonna happen sooner or later, what's surprising to me is that they conceded 4 goals, and 3 of them were in the span of 9 minutes. For a team that's been really solid defensively so far this season (13 goals conceded before today), 4 goals is a lot in just one game and it really caught me off guard (when was the last time Man City conceded so many goals?).
And great match from Liverpool, (especially Robertson, this guy was absolutely fantastic today), although those last few minutes , poor defensive but it was really exciting as a neutral.

On another note, Arsenal,  without Ozil, and possibly Alexis Sanchez, this team is just average and it's all thanks to Wenger.

I was quite surprised indeed, not for that they lost, it had to happen, but yup the goals conceived did shocked me. Didn't thought they would conceive goal of this amount in such a way. Though Manchester City tried there best at the end but Liverpool did put them in great pressure.
534  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 14, 2018, 06:47:43 PM
Good comeback by Indian bowlers in the 3rd session but still 280 is not a bad score and they might score 350+ if Du plesis doesn't get out early.

Yup.... 350+ looks likely. But if Ashwin bowls well, then India may be able to limit them to somewhere around 300, and have a chance of winning the match. But if SA scores in excess of 350, then I am afraid that India is going to lose this match as well.
There is a chance of draw as well this time according to me because India has changed some batsmen and they are good at defending so we gotto wait and see till today tea session .

Those two new batsmen already got out in first innings very cheaply like one for 10 runs and another one is for a duck. India lost two-wicket just for 52 runs in this first innings. India needs a very big partnership now to recover from this situation. If captains wicket gone cheaply then they may not even score 200 runs in this innings. SA still got a higher chance to win this match.
The captain is playing responsible innings he scored 85 runs not out with him Hardik is playing. now the score is 183 and they lost 5 wickets. I think if these two players play a long innings then India will be safe in this test match or else they will lose this game. if any 1 wicket down means India will not make 250 runs.

I thought the 1st test history is kind off getting repeated until there Captain Kohli came and took some responsibility in style. Good to see a steady recovery. Now the uprising All Rounder, Hardik needs to support his captain. South African bowlers are unstoppable it seems, Top 2 ICC Ranked teams are doing great.
535  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: January 12, 2018, 09:38:46 PM
2nd test b/w South Africa vs India, this is an important match for India to save this series. If they lose this game, i think it will affect on there test ranking. Let 's see they will bounce back or they will repeat the history.

3rd ODI b/w NZ vs Pakistan, This is also an important game for Pakistan if they lose this game they are going to lose series too. NZ is leading this series by 2-0.

After losing the first game against South Africa, India's captain is taking some steps and changing the playing XI tomorrow. Also maybe the opener can get changed by some other. The 2nd test is the deciding test either way, to win or to survive the test series. Previous test was too one sided, as a cricket lover didn't enjoyed it, expecting some thrill in the 2nd one.

NZ vs Pakistan, mostly NZ is going to win and claim the ODI series. I am not underestimating Pakistan but as per there previous and recent games, I feel they are lacking some good performance and thus making them an easy prey for New Zealand. Personally I have a soft corner or follower mindset for New Zealand, so I would love to see them win  Grin Cheesy
536  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What coin to invest? on: January 12, 2018, 08:55:00 PM
Difficult to say and predict, but with good fundamentals and most promising future prospect will be good to invest your time and money. I target new ICOs, join there bounties if available and also but/invest accordingly. And existing coins I prefer top coins and coins with lot of speculation and newline which often gives short term opportunity. As of existing ones, Dash, Digibyte, Ethereum, Cardano, IOTA, NEO are on my radar, still confused with few, so I would say research before your final movement towards investment.
537  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Binance vs Bittrex on: January 12, 2018, 08:20:52 PM
Just started to get into trading alts again, what would someone say is the main differences between the two exchanges of binance and bittrex? I've just gotten involved in both and I must say I really do like Binance more, charting is nice, fees are cheaper, and everything just seems a bit sleeker.

What does everyone on here use for trading and what do you like about it?

Every one has only nice things to say about binance and about bittrex, I don't think I need to mention anything. Everyone knows now how bittrex decided to screw their reputation up. Blocking millions of accounts with millions of dollars. I had been using bittrex for quite some time but when I saw what was happening, I immediately transferred my money to an hardware wallet before anything happens. I have created an account in binance but haven't got a chance to trade in it yet, so personally I can't say much about binance. Seems to be a cool exchange though.

Binance is better, I found it better considering its fees or commission for trading. Binance is much cheaper and you have option to use BNB to pay as fees.
Bittrex I once used them to buy and transfer it to paper and hard wallets. Later I heard its getting issues, so shifted to Poloniex and Livecoin. Binance attracted me firstly for the fees and next for wide tokens/coins for trading being available. But I found withdrawal fees of few coins to be too high and I didn't liked it, I know the speed of transaction will be faster but still for small investors its tough.
538  Economy / Speculation / Re: Reasons why Bitcoin is droping: on: January 12, 2018, 07:43:13 PM

Reasons why #Bitcoin is droping:

- Not a single rebrand since 2009
- No "huge news" or "strategic partnerships"
- Not enough airdrops
- Not enough PhD graduates on the team
- Team not doing bounties...
- Logo is not cool
- Satoshi is not being communicative

This was tweeted by person named Crypto Rand, what do you think about his tweet . I think these reasons always exit but Bitcoin is still very expensive, I would like to know your thoughts on this

I'm not going to take the reasons seriously. Its utterly garbage for me. The reason for the price of bitcoin getting stalled ad of today because of FUD. What has the LOGO something to do with the price? Satoshi has not been in communication years ago already. Bounties? WTF? He is just trolling. I would have agree if the authors say about the cost of transaction is really affecting the price, but the reasons above? Nah.. We have to remember that the market is based on pure speculation. If there is a negative news, verified or not, investors will shy away from flocking to the market. Read all about the South Korean FUD and decide for yourself if the news contributed to the roller coaster ride that we are experiencing.

The user anushkasachith888 is just having fun and making funny comments. All the mentioned reasons by the user is either made for fun or he/she is a kid with no practical knowledge it seems. Bitcoin is falling due to as mentioned new Korean speculation and banning news, and speculative forcasting by some top investors and traders is acting as a catalyst.
539  Economy / Speculation / Re: Could Bitcoin Reach 1 Million Dollars Per Coin on: January 11, 2018, 08:09:06 PM
A very funny, absurd and unrealustic predictions and it mskes it more funny people giving a scope of importance to such predictions.
As the days are passing, people are doubting whether it will cross $100K and here we are talking about $1Million. For sure within next 2 year $50000 has a fair enough chance but coutries getting strict is making it seem to be quite tough.
540  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why people keep trying new casinos? on: January 11, 2018, 12:40:07 PM
A lot of threads in gambling section are basically dedicated to scam accusations. They can be seen every day on the first page. The casinos about which people complain are usually new or known to be scamming people (one can easily check out the trust of members leading the respective ann threads to be assured in that). I don't understand why people deposit money onto new casinos and then complain that they scammed these people. I mean, there are lots of very trusted casinos offering a wide range of games, so why not to keep playing at them rather than some unknown risky ones?
Probably they thought the luck they could not get in winning from the first casino, they will be able to find that luck in the new one until they realize it is the same thing and then move to the other ones until they get frustrated. Like you said, there are so many trusted casinos, but even the trusted ones are out to still get most of what you are holding anyway, so what is the point eventually ?

The experienced one won't go hunting for lucky casinos, but for better house edge. In online Casinos, Luck does favor no doubt, but not completely. Better role is played by house edge which is set by the owners. Other than better winning chances, also psychological things does plays it parts, like better design, colors and all. Addiction is basically the primary point where this few factors acts as influential factors.
