Bitraiders

Heh, I like that.

Nice.  Really good idea.  And a bold step, if I may say so myself.
263  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Very low hash rate on: April 04, 2013, 03:45:31 PM
Well, I would not say dead... but in its last throws.  GPU mining is the way to go if you want to get any real traction.
264  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Anyone have info on Litecoinpool.org outage? on: April 04, 2013, 03:40:38 PM
Why all the DDoS attacks?

What is the point?
265  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Will ByteCoin confuse people about BitCoin on: April 04, 2013, 03:34:31 PM
Yes.  Just ignore ByteCoin... it will go away.

And, as a side note, anybody that can't read well enough to distinguish between BitCoin and ByteCoin really should not be using a computer or playing with real money.

As a general rule... YouTube is not a source of truth.  Reach out to the exchange and talk to them.  If it IS a problem, they need to know and will certainly address it.  If it is not a problem, then they will talk to you about it.

Yea, dude... I'm not sure what you are thinking.

How about this... you lend me 10?

LittleBits
269  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is this normal? (Litecoin mining) on: April 04, 2013, 03:16:09 PM
Unfortunately, yes.  It is a "hard" problem... and it takes time.

Thanks for this.
271  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Offering PayPal for Bitcoin? You're likely to be labeled a scammer - Read why on: April 04, 2013, 03:14:55 PM
Yea, have to agree about Paypal.  They act without any investigation up front.  This is really not that big of a deal if you are talking about sub hundred transactions, but when you start dealing in 1000s, it is a mess.  I avoid whenever I can.
272  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: HOWTO: create a 100% secure wallet on: April 04, 2013, 03:13:48 PM
I follow this in some ways... but not entirely.

The main thing I do is that I have a safety wallet, and a spend wallet.  Simple enough to implement.

Greetings.
Long time miner, first time poster.

Hey.
274  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Official Newbie BitInstant Support Thread (Active Customer Support) on: April 04, 2013, 03:07:06 PM
Just a quick "thanks".  I really like BitInstant... and have used it a few time already.  Nice job.
275  Other / Beginners & Help / LTC Pool Suggestions.... on: April 04, 2013, 03:00:01 PM
I've been mining BTC for some time, and have moved over to [LTC] recently.

I'm having a real problem finding a good pool to join.

How do you select?  Do you pick a mega-pool with a huge hashrate?  Or a smaller one?

Any advice?  I really want to find one that is not down 80% of the time like some of the ones I've seen.

Advice?
