21  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: Scam alert : Do NOT INVEST in Genesis Mining on: August 16, 2017, 03:23:49 AM
I may be a newbie to posting here, but I have been reading this log since I started with GM in January and finally posted about my experience.  as for proof I did post a pic of my hash with GM which now pays .18 BC every two days.
Maybe now it's easier for you because the Bitcoin price has gone up a lot in recent days... but be aware that mining diff will rise too.
I personally don't recommend any cloud mining website.
22  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bitcoin is a good investment now, because... on: August 16, 2017, 03:14:33 AM
Because it's the only true decentralized cryptocurrency, and we're still far from mass adoption, which means there is enough room to grow.
23  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC will up. dont worrry on: August 16, 2017, 03:09:24 AM
It's still a high of 20% since last week. There is no reason for drama

25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Will all coins continue to go down until 1st August? on: July 17, 2017, 02:04:59 PM
I think the downtrend will continue... but it will be nothing as dramatic as what we have seen in the last few days.

Last morning bitcoin has already bounced back. I think there are supports already but still not so much because people are still observing the segwit activations. Once this drama is ok, bitcoin will rise again. Those negative  speculation really affects the biotcoin price.
Not sure about altcoins, but about Bitcoin, you might be right.

Also, recently I have seen some analysts saying that in order to get coins in both chains, people will probably move money out of the exchanges.
If that happens, the number of Bitcoins in exchanges will drop drastically, and being a matter of supply and demand, the price will go up.
26  Economy / Speculation / Re: Wall Observer BTC/USD - Bitcoin price movement tracking & discussion on: July 17, 2017, 01:57:13 PM
I think in the next two weeks people will be moving money out of the exchanges, and the low supply will move the price up.

Hundreds of shitcoins are proof that blockchains do not die.

guys . stop selling you chickens. unbelievable. this coin is one of the best projects in my opinion.

dump the other shit and hold this coin!

It doesn't matter what you think or what you want.
This is not how it works. Don't fight the market! You will always lose that way.
So sit it out, hold the coins you have if you believe in it's success and try to take advantage of the actual circumstances and maybe buy more if you can or just sell and relax. Anything else will just make you go crazy in your head. Not healthy I can tell!
Or invest only what you can afford to lose. At least this one will be interesting to see where it goes.

30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How to earn Bitcoin without investment on: July 17, 2017, 01:13:46 PM
If there was a way to get it for free, nobody would be buying it.
Everything comes at a cost, even faucets require you to spend time, effort and electricity.
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Mining is not stable on: July 17, 2017, 12:22:59 PM
I think it is quite stable for those using solar power, and I think that if Bitcoin becomes really successful, there will be a large number of individuals striving to learn more about this field, just to get into the mining business.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is Ethereum a threat to BTC??? on: July 11, 2017, 11:54:57 AM
It could be, if scaling was not ten times worse than in Bitcoin. Also, it seems they do whatever Vitalik says. So it is not as decentralized.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if we use a one currency only? on: June 22, 2017, 09:34:46 PM
It will be a long road ahead, but when that happens society will achieve a level of freedom and progress never achieved before. But only if the currency maintains the properties that make it decentralized.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: BYTEBALL: Totally new consensus algorithm + private untraceable payments on: June 15, 2017, 07:23:41 AM
I think it's important for people to know that byte is the real name of the currency being traded right now, whereas Byteball is the name of the entire platform. As explained by @kaicrypzen in the speculation thread:
How many Bytes equal to one Byteball I'm so confused as to how to count this coin. And blackbytes? how do they work and are they the same currency as byteball? Thanks, guys!

There is no such thing as one Byteball ...
Byteball refers to the whole technologie/DAG/app/software. Byteball comes with two built-in assets/currencies, bytes and blackbytes. What you can find traded on exchanges is GBYTE which is GigaByte which is 1 000 000 000 byte.
Blackbyte is a private untraceable asset.

Thanks btw.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Whats with the massive Stratis pump?! WTF on: May 31, 2017, 02:31:33 AM
I remember it was extremely cheap at ICO prices. Long term hodlers are probably very happy right now.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH fire to 0.1BTC per one now on: May 31, 2017, 02:24:25 AM
I have never seen anything like this in crypto... People simply ignore the fundamentals.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Litecoin is a billion blockchain again on: May 03, 2017, 07:15:06 PM
Really good to see, I think it's well deserved for people who have been holding it for so long.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: April 18, 2017, 10:46:29 AM
There is no certainty that Bitcoin will overcome all the drama and succeed in the long run, but if there is one thing I can say for sure, it is that Bitcoin is more money than any other form of money I have ever seen.
39  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin prices go to the moon? on: April 03, 2017, 11:39:14 PM
Can anyone tell me what is the exact definition of going to the moon? Is it $10k or $100k and so on? As everyone will be expecting different price level and no one knows what will be the highest price of bitcoin in future.
Many users are expecting something in the $ 3000 range, some of them go further and speculate something in the $ 5000 range.

I don't think we will reach such values this year, considering the slowness for the current problems to be solved, but I would be happy to see Bitcoin reach the $ 2000 mark.
40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin has no competition on: March 19, 2017, 11:35:02 PM
Bitcoin could have real competition, but it seems that most projects do not bring something really innovative, or choose the easiest way, like pre-mining, instamine and icos.
