121  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin becomes priority alternative when cash fails on: March 17, 2022, 12:40:55 PM
While buying the car with bitcoins in that situation is a good thing, it is not such a huge achievement. But regardless, an achievement is an achievement which helps worldwide mass adoption. The thing is that even with the situations in Ukraine, bitcoins or any crypto currency is not a solution unless you are leaving the country. This is because there won't be any way to access your cryptos when electricity goes out. You'd be hetter off carrying cash, jewelry or anything that has value which you can trade with necessities.
122  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Alt market today on: March 16, 2022, 04:37:17 PM
This is actually pretty good. Too bad only a few altcoins are recovering and we don't that much of a momentum yet. Now about this being a bear trap or a bull trap, we can never really tell with all the crap that is happening around the globe. Best option for now is to stay on spot. And if you really wanna do some leverage trading, keep yourself on lower timeframes and on low leverage. The variables are real and no technical analysis will save you when things go to shit in the economy. Not unless you prepared stoplosses.
123  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Elon Musk Wont Sell his Bitcoin on: March 16, 2022, 02:43:55 PM
There is not much reaction because people are that stupid and with the economy being as it is, they won't risk it. While his words do make a point, he did make a fool of himself because of his trolling. Just a few days ago, tesla stocks dumped just moments after he tweeted his rubbish which made lots of Tesla stock holders suffer. Now, people are being more cautious. On a side note, which dumb influential person would tell whether he is selling or not before he even does it? This post is solely for attention. Other than his spacex related tweets, I ignore most of it.
124  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The Great Bitcoin Secret Revealed on: March 16, 2022, 02:05:31 PM
Come on guys don't be too harsh on the guy. Maybe he just honestly doesn't know and believes he is doing something really helpful for the community. But regardless, you op, should always try to fact check whatever information it is you are trying to spread regardless of your reasons. Hope this serves as a lesson for you. Good thing that lots of people here know better and gave enough fck to tell their thoughts which prevented other newbies like you to be misled by your false information.
125  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin and her sisters: Why do most governments hate her? on: March 12, 2022, 01:55:49 PM
Wow, you literally just placed a gender on some digutal assets. 😅. This hate that you are talking about has been going in ever sincr I can remember and has already been talked about dozens of times here. And the anwers we get are almost the same every time. Which is greed, selfishness and control. And now op, I am telling you, unless bitcoin gets fully regulated, this hate will never disappear which will implicate other altcoins as well which us Ethereum and the others.
126  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Does SafeMoon have a future?? on: March 12, 2022, 01:27:39 PM
The best thing about this forum us that it gives everyone freedom to exoress their opinions while also sharing valuable information. Now about the topic, even when you give it more facts and your own opinion, it wouldn't matter to those who have the habbit of falling in love with their assets. Not that I am hating on this project but I didn't really invest in it it's just not my style to get fomoed and invest on things that I do not really believe in. But hey, if ut makes a person happy then by all means, support it. No one should be dictated on what they should do since it's their money afterall.
127  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin ATMs in UK Declared as Illegal on: March 12, 2022, 01:01:20 PM
UK = Unuted Kingdom or Ukraine? Either way it's equally detrimental for bitcoin and all the alts since most follows the movement of bitcoin. It's just that if this is Ukraine we are talking about, it will he a huge blow to the people suffering there. Even with the money laundering troubles it be the keast concerns as they right now are being invaded. They need all the help they can get, although bad will jever be good no matter how much it gets sugarcoated, the regulators should be more considerate at times like this.
128  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Gaming tokens to invest in on: March 11, 2022, 12:50:33 PM
Honestly, I think this is quite a good list. I just wanna give a simple advuce for the people looking to invest on gaming NFTs and tokens nowadays. - Invest just minimum amount that you can totally ignore even when lost(remember, profit is profit), whenever you can, always take profits or at least your capital and leave fhe rest for speculative investment. What I am trying to point out is that everyone should be cautious with the gaming industry here in the crypto space because it is still in it's infancy. A better time on investing bigger amounts would be when the industry matures. Anyway, the decision is still up to you, saying so that there would be not much people who'd end up leaving this industry just because of being rugged.
129  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How fast can the CEX affect the bitcoin price negatively? on: March 11, 2022, 10:19:45 AM
The guy op has spoken with clearly has a close minded opinion about the things going on. It obviously will not result to such tragic situations even when the CEXs get banned or something. And in a worse case scenario, there are still DEXs out there to convert all of the bitcoins that the users converted to other coins in an act of avoidance to the ban. But thinking closely, on an investor's point of view, by the time the prices even reaches the 32k range, I'd already start buying and just DCA as price goes lower. And if other investors also thought the same, I highly doubt that 30k would even be possible nowadays. I could talk more about the misinterpretaions I see on the topic but it would take too long so I just covered the most important parts that I can think of.
130  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBAY might accept BITCOIN on: March 11, 2022, 09:49:05 AM

So that's how it is. Well at least now I know. It would be nice though if they'd put out better detailed announcements so as to not mislead people. Specially when lots of people recycles just about any news and adds flase things as they please to rake in some good traffic. Although it's just right that people should do their due diligence in researching about things that pique their interests, not everyone has the spare time for such news or won't even try to make time since it ain't that needed by the majority. Besides, they owe it to the crowd to be more detailed so to make it easier to hook people to use their services.

~

I agree. Besides, it's not like it is a service that the majority of this industry needs badly. If anything, it's a type of service that crypto users would only use for convenience and not for needs.
131  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is there any way stop receiving BSC airdrop tokens? on: March 10, 2022, 02:03:41 PM
For people who have enough for investing may find this annoying and I get that. But to others, it would be a blessing, lol. But seriously, the only thing way I can see to go around this problem is changing wallet. A temporary solution and quite a hassle. Otherwise, you should just ignore those alts. Who knows though, theyight go up in value which is enough for fees or coffee. Another solution would he to separate swing trading wallet to hodling wallet. Hope this helps.
132  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Revealing The Great Reset’s 5G Cyborg Ecosystem on: March 10, 2022, 12:33:50 PM
To a person who loves his privacy, this is a huge nightmare. Imagine being identified anywhere you are and being bombarded by products that you can barely say no to since they are your wants or needs. And man, cloning will be much easier you can just get killed and replaced in an instant if you somehow don't go with the flow(hi there conspiracy fanatics 🤣). On one side though, this has many benefits in store for anyone who accepts it in exchange for freedom that is.
133  Other / Politics & Society / Re: One side donations for two country crisis's on: March 10, 2022, 11:51:23 AM

Don't get me wrong brother, I ain't taking any sides here. What I am trying to say is that the ones suffering aren't the Ukrainian people alone there are also Russians that suffer from this war. This is not a matter of who's suffering is worse. This is clearly more than that. If the goal is to help, there shouldn't be any sort of discrimination. If we condemn all of the Russians just because pf the wrong ways of the minority, how are we different from the ones instigating this war then? Just saying.
134  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest in new projects? on: March 09, 2022, 04:46:21 PM
The decision varies from one person to another. While there can be many variables, the things that I know of is the extent of researcade by a person, the financial capabilities, the risk tolerance and the diversification plans. Those, considering that the person is well versed already on investing on any asset in this industry. My advice though as someone who's been in this industry for years now, before you consider trying your luck on new projects, check out the terra ecosystem and rune ecosystem. There are gems within those ecosystems that are sleeping giants. You're welcome. 😁
135  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Russian forces seize huge Ukrainian nuclear plant on: March 09, 2022, 02:59:11 PM
Ffs. The entire thing is not right, regardless of how it is sugarcoated. You don't go into another country's nuclear plant and use it as a bargaining chip to satisfy your wants. This has been going on long enough. The effects it's having on the people involved is no joke and are obviously irreversible. With over 5k sanctions which is several times higher than on Iran (about 3k), Putin is also puting his own people into hell with him. I really don't get this guy anymore no matter how much I try and give reason to his actions; benefit of the doubt. Sigh...
136  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Leaked statement about digital asset from Secretary Janet L. Yellen on: March 09, 2022, 02:13:26 PM
The way I see it, this may really be the case since just moments later after it got leaked, a whopping 6.6% pump immediately happened and is currently consolidating at 41k-42k range at the time of writing this post. I reckon that this surge would continue till weekends  depending on the official statement tomorrow. Either way I am not gonna go on high levs still.aybe some low lev swings here and there while having majority on spot.
137  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: EBAY might accept BITCOIN on: March 09, 2022, 01:31:03 PM
Tired of eBay saying such things over and over without actually acting on it. They've been like this since forever. I really don't know what's good ng on with the heads of its developers but I think they only do it whenever bitcoin does well. As to reasons why, maybe because they want the publicity. Even more so nowadays that bitcoin is the talk of the majority. But hey, who knows though. Maybe this time they'd really do it considering the huge increase of the people jumping into crypto currencies. I won't get my hopes up that much about this tho, not anymore.
138  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Metamask "decentra-lied" to us? on: March 05, 2022, 03:36:28 PM
Although there are quite a few ways to go around this problem that you can easily find with a bit of google search and common sense, it makes me feel bad to know that metamask actually agreed to such demands. Being one of the most trusted service provider of the majority of Ethereum and other network users today, I expected metamask to be the last one to agree to such demands. Although it may not affect the number of users who opt for their services, I think there will be people who won't bother to use metamask anymore despite how convenient it is to use in most cases. And I certainly will be one of those people. It's not like there aren't any other options out there and with just a few days of getting used to there shouldn't be any problems.
139  Other / Politics & Society / Re: One side donations for two country crisis's on: March 05, 2022, 02:34:25 PM
While I agree with most of the responses that Ukraine should be the only one between fhe two that recieves donations, I also feel a bit bad for the normal Russian people that does not even want to have anything to do with the war or are even against it but are still forced to suffer along with the ones that are instigating this invasion. I mean, the sanctions against Russia surely doesn't affect just the instigators or the pro-invasion people right? Well, I don't know what should be done though or in what way should we go about it. Just trying to expand the thought of the op while stating my own thoughts about this.
140  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What Crypto is? on: March 05, 2022, 01:53:34 PM
While I respect your views, I do not think that how you entirely define crypto is befitting to what it really is and what it stands for. I mean, yes it can give anyone financial freedom andake them retire early if they do things right or are lucky enough but isn't it also the se case with any career or industry out there? That's what I think. Now for my own definition of crypto, it would be:

- "An innovative masterkey that breaks the shackles of the norm." -

Could add: and opens the door towards a boundless future. But yeah, that's what crypto is for me and how I normally start of answering when I get asked about it before getting into the specific details.
