321  Economy / Economics / Re: The Supply of Bitcoin Is Limited. The Supply of Cryptos Isn't! on: November 21, 2017, 06:25:39 PM
... but what make it interesting is that crypto's are using blockchain technology which is  decentralized, has privacy and transparency so there came the new hope to those who want to have financial freedom.

Fiat money (as we have today) is not the only way for the imperial elites to control the world.  (In fact, I believe it's one of the less desirable, from their point of view.)

Remember, before Bitcoin, there was silver and gold.  Those are decentralized, anonymous, and limited-supply too.  What the elites did back then was to hold enough precious metals to sell them at a fixed paper-money price.  This was effectively a suppression of gold and silver so the elites could continue to print money and debt.  (It was called the 'gold/silver standard.')

But they lost most of their gold this way, and don't yet want to embarrass themselves by 'pegging' to gold and silver again, at a price high enough to maintain stability, which would be much higher than today.

After Bitcoin (and cryptos) has risen to a high enough level, the elites will do to it the same thing they did to gold and silver.  This has been my whole thesis of why Bitcoin and cryptos are allowed/driven to go up.

Wow is that only your own analysis brother? Iu do also have a point, and it seems that it maybe true. This is not yet sure but as i have noticed those you mentioned above about those precious metals, it is also kinda familiar to me the styles and how did they manage to get their hands to it. Its only my assumption.
322  Economy / Economics / Re: investment mode of btc is best or currency mode??? on: November 21, 2017, 06:15:59 PM
A trend has been started that bitcoin is now used only for raising income by buying and selling it but we are ignoring its most important fact that it was created to be used as currency and if it can be used as the currency it would really help community to enjoy its eases and regions who are accepting btc must have to start it as currency this will automatically boost user no's as well a prices,

The price of something goes up if it's desired, and has a certain set of properties that make it a good long term holding.

Bitcoin first needs to be a store of value, a currency is the next step after that, and thus far we are still in the store of value process. We need to defeat gold as store of value. Daily usage of BTC will come with lightning networks. We don't need to do anything other than keep developing the technology and people will freely choose to use it as a currency, until then it's just digital gold.

This is how I tend to use it. I only convert to fiat what I needed to use and try to keep the rest for holding. I still find it a bit silly to use it to buy stuff considering how the price can still rise. Maybe that would change once we've defeated gold and fiat, or at least bitcoin comes to their level of use. I mean, how many people here get their salary in bitcoins?

That's true and it's really applicable to me right now mate, the proof is their already so for me it's the best currency ever. I am not converting that bitcoin just for what I need, but also for my personal expenses like entertainment and other miscellaneous budgets. Although of it's volatility it doesn't mean we will have to panic, we can still spend and don't worry of possible crash because fluctuations will normally happen specially bitcoin now become more popular.

Well good for you, I barely spend any (quite ironic for my username).  Grin

The thing is, I don't mine any crypto so every bit I earn I really have to work for. I managed to snag some campaigns here before, that's how I started learning how to use bitcoins anyway. I no longer participate in any now though. They are far in between because of the high price and obviously we seem to get millions of newbies everyday here, ahaha. Grin

I'm currently looking into getting to learn skills so I can freelance and earn more. For now, my money is staying in the wallet.

Isn't it a already a bit crowded when we got millions of newbies every day? Well setting that aside i am also positive bitcoin will be good in a long run, although several updates and technical changes have been made in order for it to be used smoothly, nothing has change to what bitcoin really is, and it doesn't fit for me usng bitcoin as a day to day currency although its made to be used as one, but i choose to hold mine inside my wallet.
323  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Airdrop advice for newbies on: November 21, 2017, 06:03:24 PM

Personally i would like to say these ; most of those airdrops were either true or not, and the main thing is that they are just making it for them to make money also, and aside from that there are lots of schemes i've seen lately involving airdrops, hopefully this will be fixed immediately. I would watch also this thread for more updates regarding this one for us to be morw aware.
324  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how to become a TRADER on: November 21, 2017, 05:18:46 PM
If you want to be a trader then you should just create your account in an exchange site and you can just deposit your bitcoin or any cryptocurrency that is listed in that exchange and start trading and making money but before you start, you should make sure that you will study first to avoid some regretful moments in trading.

Yes that is one of the most basic ways to learn trading, aside from that you must also be aware of the consequences once you start and dedicate time for trading. You cannot also be called a trader if yiu were scared about risks, because it will help you grow along with your experiences to be called trader. You also have to be aware of your emotions and start to discipline them.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People's feeling towards Bitcoin is changing on: November 21, 2017, 04:13:45 PM
It looks to me like you are confusing people's feelings changing over them acknowledging that bitcoin has flaws. Bitcoin does have flaws, and most users are more than happy to admit it.

We share different opinions, point of views and experiences towards bitcoin. I agree to your point, and somehow most people who have bitcoin from way back years ago, are more contented amd happy to have it, but it doesn't also changed the fact that most of the people are somewhat down or regretful for not believing it for the past years that had passed.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia says BTC will never be legalised - do you think we'll see a knock on? on: November 21, 2017, 03:06:46 PM
Do we really need Russia to support and pump bitcoin? even if Russia would not legalize bitcoin because it is made in the foreign country, well even if Russia would not get on the hype I think they have Ethereum in their side that has a potential to make a level just like bitcoin did, but I really think that Japan, U.S. Canada, Australia, E.U. Finland and the list Go on I think bitcoin had shown us that it is really Worthy to make an investment and wait because the value is super high right now

We definitely do not need Russia to support bitcoin, but it definitely helps alot knowing that Russia is a country with a good population(roughly 140million in 2016). Legalization isn't really necessary, but legalization is definitely a huge plus.

Literally it will give a lot of hints for all those people living in Russia that are holding back because of its hold. I guess it will really help a lot, and knowing that it coud boost its popularity and help people acknowledge bitcoin much more likely investors in the same way. Although the term legalization is not much likely need, but freedom of using and for merchants that are welcomed to accept, can really be a huge development.
327  Economy / Speculation / Re: If bitcoin falls 20% a day on: November 21, 2017, 12:55:38 PM

Most of us here would probably say buy more, while opposite to some. Some also may panic sell when it drops for even 5%, but as for so many experienced traders and in think its quiet right also when you have any amount and the price drops you can buy and hold for it for longer term.
328  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto is an Asset or Currency? on: November 21, 2017, 11:17:04 AM

If i were to be asked about this question i would probably say both, since they are also good in their own special way, although crypto currencies are purposely made to be used as a currency, because of its fluctuation and for being decntralized it can be consider as an asset.
329  Economy / Speculation / Re: End of Year Predictions For BTC Price on: November 21, 2017, 04:44:46 AM
So It's that time of year to start making predictions for next year, so I thought I would go ahead and see what everyone else thought about predictions for the end of year price for Bitcoin or BTC. Personally, I see it at about $8,000-$8,500. I think big investors looking at Bitcoin will wait until the New Year to start buying Bitcoin in order to save cost on accounting and taxes for this quarters numbers. What does everyone else think?

I also voted for $8000-$8500 because the bitcoin price falling again now so it needs some time to recover from the fall and china is banning the bitcoin miners so it maybe affect the price growth in bitcoin so price will be $8500 at the end of 2017.

In my personal point of view, you do have a point and yes the most common factor that affects the price of coins in the market especially bitcoin are the news. I guess there is also another hard fork that might happen, i've heard it from the news that they are also planning to have a fork, well i don't really have that much information about that news though, but certainly i believe it will touch to $8500 or maybe more before this year ends hopefully.
330  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why Bitcoin is soaring? on: November 20, 2017, 12:33:47 PM
there has been a couple of news that has changed the game quite a bit. now there is a lot of money coming in from new sources which is increasing the demand and driving the price up.

i personally think the main reason is the CME news about adding a bitcoin market next month.
you can visit the speculation board to read more about what people are saying.

Well some haters would probably think this is another hype or just bubble. Personally due to many good and positive news and so many promotions and advertisements of bitcoin, maybe or probably the main reason why the price skyrockets, and due to this increasing demand by new investors it does affects tge price and rises.
331  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best source of information for trading. on: November 15, 2017, 02:21:27 AM

First of all before you try to look for references, consider the fact that you will risk for an investment or amount in order to gain money. Second it is simple, try to read outside the forums those alt coins or whatever you want to invest in, or try to follow those popular traders, and then lastly try to control your emotions that might interefere when you already do your trades.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who here lives on crypto currency daily? on: November 15, 2017, 01:22:14 AM

I do investing and trading cryptocurrencies, but as you said making it as my day to day process currency? Well not. For me i am afraid it will just be wasted although yhey said it is the future currency, and specifically i don't know why either.
333  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Bitcoin actually just a Investment coin? on: November 14, 2017, 03:47:33 PM
The main appeal of Bitcoin does not appear to be its real-world application nor its technology but its earning potential for anyone investing. The media rarely covers the real-world utilisation of Bitcoin but rather focuses on its increasing value. That is what mesmerises them. So for a lot of people the main interest in Bitcoin is due to the increasingly high profits there has been and still are.
The media has really gotten some part to play in that and there is so much concentration on the bitcoin's value than its real life usage.

Although, let us also not forget that is what people always want to hear and even if you tell them about its uses, they would rather skip it and look at how they can rather invest and then have so much more at the end without even understanding how it works.

So, you are definitely right, which to me is still a good thing, because at the end when the usage becomes easy, and the value gets balanced a bit, then we people will start seeing it as a real value and form of payment like we are already having few of that at the moment.

Precisely, but for now we could actually see that bitcoin is a goos source of investment, not only me seeing this one but you know lots of people when asked, they prefer that to be an investment. Maybe in the near future when its a bit balance somehow the true purpose of bitcoin will already be establish.
334  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Bitcoin is down, all alts are up? on: November 14, 2017, 03:26:52 PM

Actually before that was also one of the significance a trader must look up to, but for now its also kinda unlredictable, there is also a slight chance that it wont go up as expected, but more importantly it will soon follow to bitcoin's price.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: volatility and transaction fees... on: November 14, 2017, 02:55:38 PM
Transaction fees are definitely going up.

Yeah i do agree. I don't know but when it comes to bitcoin there is some kind of unfair fees which is a bit my concern or maybe for few people here. Bitcoin has mostly fixed fees, but if you convert it to fiat in relevance with bitcoin's volatility, well i guess it goes higher. Just correct me if i were wrong but most of the times that is what i've been hearing a lot, but well anyway we are required to pay the fees for each and every transaction no offense about that.
336  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Could Japan ban ICOs? on: November 14, 2017, 02:34:16 PM
no one believes this, I believe Japan is the best country for crypto how Bitcoin is developing very well there.
everyone is wearing it. there is no reason to forbid its citizens to invest in ICO. I am not sure.
Japan is well known in the entire world due to its technological advancement .as the use of digital currency is a part of it therefore it is nothing new for the Japanese society. They support the use of Bitcoins very much and hence it is impossible for Japan to ban IC0’s in the next many years. Japan is quite open minded country in this regard and they do not prefer census on their own people therefore they would not practice the same as China does in last few months.

Yes that is very big correct, well if we look for some reasons they would ban it, yes they could also. They also have the power to ban ICO's if they mean too, but according to you, they support economical advancement that is why they thought why wouldn't they hesitate and not give a shot right?
337  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Best Trading Website? on: November 14, 2017, 12:43:29 PM
i think bittrex is one of the best.

I also like the website cryptopia. If you want to trade other crypto's you also can take a look at kucoin exchange.
I think the best site to trade are bittrex, binance and bitfinex because of large trading volume.

Bittrex require's us an ID verification and that makes me alerted to trade on this site and im so anxious regarding on this matter since I don't want to paste my ID's anywhere. that's why I'm always trading on livecoin, cryptopia and other site who doesn't require their trader to submit some personal details since it can make me feel at ease.

I do think so too, but sometimes i wonder, it should be like that or else plenty would be usong an alias or just naming it by somebody else's, but it doesn't also mean that you are already guaranteed safe by veifying your identity, so what if some hackers would attack and would eventually get all your funds?  There's a slight possiblity that it might happen, but all in all bittrex is good, that was only one of my concerns also.
338  Economy / Economics / Re: What will happen if the government know bitcoin in your country? on: November 14, 2017, 11:07:40 AM
I think they will ban bitcoin because of the fearful that may affect of the economics of my country but i disagree there opinion because working bitcoin is very helpful for me especially the support financial.

i guess my government is already know bitcoin although they don't give any statement about accepting bitcoin or not but i think for now, my government will let people to use bitcoin for their own purpose. beside that, i think my government know that bitcoin can help their people to make money and with bitcoin, my people can have an additional income and if they still doing something with bitcoin, then my people can solve their financial to better than before.
Yes same is happening in my country the bitcoin is not accepted nor rejected by the people who are using the bitcoin, I hope the bitcoin can give us the bright future I know the bitcoin will increase more and this is the reason why all the people hold the bitcoin and wait till the price and the value of the bitcoin will be more than the double now I am very sure the bitcoin will make the whole world grow and the bitcoin price will be high with the high and the continuous increase as well.

They will ban bitcoin if they don't have knowledge how to regulate it and make use of it. Controlling bitcoins is possible but it require some technical expertise, today some governments are so stupid and instead to understand bitcoin and make environment that will be beneficial for everyone they are banning it.
Idiots are everywhere and politicians are on the top of that list, if they ban bitcoin in my country I will find a way to use bitcoins. I will use VPN and for every transaction I will use bitcoin mixers. There is a way to avoid their regulations and I will find all ways, and continue to use bitcoins, acab!

As much as i agree with your initial response. Well considering using VPN some other countries consider that thing illegal, but its not to brag about those kind of matters the main point is that if bitcoin will be banned, and then you are using VPN although bitcoin was banned, should that also be illegal? Well think about it, you are violating the law, but I do think also that it is helpful, it doesn't mean it was banned in your country it will be banned totally by the rest of the countries right?
339  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Too late to get involved into Bitcoin? on: November 14, 2017, 10:01:02 AM

Well basically if those worries last time when it was early enough and those resources for minings were viable as what you have said OP then you would be already sitting for over thousands of dollars, but it didn't happen, so might as well you want to repeat what the history does or change the game for yourself? I'd rather choose to change the game if i were you and yes it is not too late.
