161  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Russia's approval of BTC on: February 23, 2022, 11:29:32 AM
I honestly can't imagine how Russia would suddenly allow bitcoin. This may not go as smooth as what you are saying OP. You must remember that Russia, specifically Puttin was never in favor of bitcoin in the past. This is why I am thinking that the transition won't be that smooth even with it being the best option for Russia right now if they are really thinking of pursuing the war with Ukraine. A lot of variables are still to be considered so it would be best to not mislead people with unsure things yet.
162  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter adds ethereum for tipping and receiving on: February 20, 2022, 01:05:56 PM
How dumb. I was literally laughing after reading the first comment. Damn, of all the things they can come up with to better twitter or all the better coin choices that are out there they really went on and chose Ethereum you just gotta wonder if they really are trying to better twitter or trying to sabotage it instead. Haha. Anyway, at least they're putting efforts though, better than doing nothing. Let's just appreciate the efforts, 🤣🤣🤣
163  Economy / Economics / Re: What economic sanctions will US impose on Russia on: February 20, 2022, 12:09:17 PM
How troublesome this issue about Russia and Ukraine has become. It is causing huge effects in many oarts of the world economically already. I really hope this issue mellows down and doesn't reach a pint where US really does have to make such actions towards Russia. This will only do more harm than good IMHO. One thing that the US might do when things reach to a certain point is something like what google did to Huawei. Restricting some services or goods that the US and some allied countries provide. Man, what the hell is happening to the world. One problem after another, it just never ends.
164  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a safe haven for criminals on: February 20, 2022, 11:37:52 AM
That is why the government just throws fake information in order to discourage people not to using crypto illegally as they can still be caught and traced. But they can manage to take all of these offenders to put in jail and that is why illegalities still exist and no way to stop them. And that is more hard for them to trace once they are using crypto and they don't want it as their biggest challenge to identifying illegal activities and the offenders due to the anonymous identity.

I mean, what else can they do though? They're out of options and they don't want to surrender their control. That is why thet use the well-being and safety of the people as a perfect alibi to suppress the crypto community and discourage other people that are looking into coming in this industry. Just makes you hate the way governments do things. Oh well, they won't succeed anyway, some countries are even changing their stance towards crypto currencies. Just let these damn bastard to what they want for now.
165  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: A painful loss on: February 19, 2022, 11:55:22 AM
Ouch, that has got to hurt. But don't worry man, just see it as an investment in learning more about this industry and not as a loss. You are not alone and some have even lost thousands of dollars through these scams and don't even learn to be cautious. Don't be like them, learn from this and get back what you lost and more by being smarter with your investment plans from this day onwards. While shitcoins are shit, these shitcoins can be a good gold mine if you play your cards well. Do research before investing and avoid investing huge amounts on shitcoins or any startups regardless of what you find. Just a little percent of your total capital for any shitcoin is good. Since they tend to shoot up fast. Some even go beyond 1000x. Anyway, good luck on your future endeavours and sorry for your loss once again.
166  Economy / Economics / Re: Russia gives in and considers accepting bitcoin exchange on: February 19, 2022, 11:20:54 AM
This type of decision was already bound to happen not just for Russia itself but for the other countries in the world as well and it will only he a matter of time before other countries follow. Is there really any reason to fight this industry when clearly it is nearly unstoppable without stepping over the rights of the people? Why not just take advantage of it to improve your political standing  with the people? Not only does this gain favor for politicians, it also keeps the people and economy safe from unprecedented threats while also helping the country financially with the tax they can amass from this huge industry. It is a win win situation for the leaders and their countrymen. Why make things difficult in the first place? -.-
167  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is not a safe haven for criminals on: February 19, 2022, 10:35:31 AM
Government wants regulations because hunting down such crypto currency offenders isn't as easy as what they are trying to portray. It consumes a lot of time, effort and resources. Had the amount not been that big or if the victims didn't care enough about their stolen funds, I highly doubt that the FBI would do anything about it. This is just a way for the FBI to boost their reputation and scare off some people who would want to use crypto in crimes. At least that's how I understand this.
168  Economy / Economics / Re: Why many USA senator against bitcoin? on: February 18, 2022, 11:07:32 AM
Probably both. I wouldn't be surprised if even politicians that are on different or opposite political parties maks the same stand owards bitcoin and the entire crypto industry since they all want control not just in their own country but also on the other countries as well. The influence of the USD is vital not just for the country schemes but also for personal ones. Also, there maybe other politicians that only go against bitcoin due to not being able to understand it fully. Bottom line is that bitcoin will have a hard time becoming legal in the US. In fact, it may even be entirely impossible.
169  Other / Off-topic / Re: YOUTUBE VS TIKTOK on: February 18, 2022, 10:31:59 AM
It just depends on what kind of content creator or viewer you are. Some who does extensive or long duration contents or needs such contents prefer YouTubers le the opposite prefers tiktok. All in all, both have their own usefulness and are widely used by the masses. But if I really have to choose though, I'd go for tiktok simply because it is easier to navugate through and easier to upload contents olus the many useful filters and other functions.
170  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to detect scam token on Binance Smart Chain on: February 18, 2022, 09:51:13 AM
Just go ahead and avoid binancechain created coins man, make your life easier. But if one really wants to gamble a bit those pointers are good but not flawless. Just like any other ways out there, it only increases the odds on your favor. For me, checking the community, partners, marketing and timeliness on road maps. I check tokenomics too and how hands on the developing team are with the project and if available, check their backgrounds. I don't just go and cancel out some coins just because developers are anon. There is so much more to a project than just revealed identities(although that gives much confidence for investors).
171  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin Weakens at US$ 42,145.35 The Impact of Russia's Conflict with Ukraine on: February 17, 2022, 04:26:29 AM
Then after Vladimir Putin announced that they are always open for conversations, the price mellowed down and didn't crash and as soon as he announced that he is backing off or something like that, the price recovered well and had a good pump. Had already set long positions on 43k level and currently waiting for it to be filled. I am expecting 45k, then straight up to 49k and if the times are good, may even touch 50k and beyond. Either way, this just shows how sensitive bitcoin still is with good and bad news. Although the prople know better, some capitalize on the fud to make profit which causes panic and then turns into a domino effect.

Edit : there actually is a bear div. We MAY, retest 41k.
172  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin failed to fulfill the purpose it was created for ? on: February 17, 2022, 03:07:41 AM
First of all, there really is no such thing as complete freedom in this world only freedom that is limited or should I say allowed to some extent that it does not defy the human laws or the law of nature itself. Now in regards to bitcoin being an alternative for fiat, I say that already is working pretty for some people and some parts of the world. And mind you, bitcoin still has years ahead available for it to improve and has been doing good looking at its progress in terms of worldwide adoption. It may have not been able to fill its purpose perfectly, but it already is working fine as it is and will be even better in the future so don't smash your brain worrying about such things. Let time do its job
173  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The Biggest Scam Coins In Crypto History on: February 17, 2022, 02:18:47 AM
This really isn't surprising. People scam people even when the ways are limited and hard that it puts them at considerable risks. Which is why scams only increase in time here in this industry. Specifically as more people find out about its existence. What's worse is that the ways of scamming even became easier with the creation of the binance chain. I mean, even the normal people who know little about coding can even create shitcoins. Heck, even NFTs are being used for money laundering as well and to scam as many people as possible. But eventually, it is good that this came to surface earlier and will make this industry mature even faster. Some time in the future, scamming people with the use of crypto won't be that easy anymore.
174  Other / Politics & Society / Re: BREAKING: Students Stage Statewide Mask Revolt In Washington on: February 16, 2022, 05:06:18 AM
Sadly, yes. There even aren't any fave to face classes as of the moment, only face to face tutoring. Classes are done through pre-recorded videos and modules that my don has to watch and answer. I suddenly became a teacher. Now even in these tutorials, they still require facemasks although not to my liking, I just had to agree since it is a school policy and keeps my son and others safe according to them. Playgrounds and child to chuld interactions can't even happen unless you have more than one child or a friend of yours has a Ch ld as well. I really pity the children. I hope that this ends soon, childhood years are very important and can never be relived again. Sigh.. Sad
175  Economy / Speculation / Re: BTC over 50k? on: February 16, 2022, 03:42:23 AM
Since the war didn't go and happen, I am assuming we are back on track because pre-news of the war we were bullish. Now, I am currently looking at 44-45k+ levels since greed is slightly taking over. Now this greed should already be enough to overcome thos levels and proceed to 49k+ or even go beyond 50k+. Not a financial advuce though, but just a simple deduction of how the market is currently moving. Already set up long positions on 39k-40 level.
176  Economy / Economics / Re: UK makes first seizure of NFTs in tax crackdown ($ 1.9 million fraud) on: February 16, 2022, 02:59:54 AM
It's not surprising though. Something like this was already bound to happen the moment NFTs became a hit just like what halpened to crypto currencies. People will always exploit as much as they can on just about anything as long as it guves them benefits. It's just sad that because of these fckers we gon have a hard time again with all the regulators since they have yet another reason to mess with the crypto enthusiasts in the guise of upholding the law. :/

178  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why some are still loosing money in crypto on: July 13, 2021, 08:59:05 PM
Or, maybe because they are completely newbies in this industry? or maybe they are day traders that aim to increase their bags rather than just sit idly by while prices slowly go up and down? There are a lot of reasons why people lose money when investing not just in crypto but in all the other industries out there. The best thing we can do as the people who are ahead in experience is to guide them and not give any sort of prejudice based solely on what we are witnessing. Not all people suffer losses due to carelessness or heavy reliance on luck alone. Some people get trapped in unpredictable and unavoidable circumstances which I am sure you yourself have also experienced. Let us be a bit nicer to the newbies.
179  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Thousands of protesters take to the streets in Cuba 🇨🇺 on: July 13, 2021, 08:21:25 PM
Heavens! What is happening with the world! leaders are becoming more and more like one another as the duration of this pandemic goes on and on. It makes me feel disappointed with humanity that most of the people elect leaders due to personal gains or do not support their leaders for the same purpose. I am also disgusted with leaders that take advantage of their positions to pin down their OWN PEOPLE, OWN COUNTRYMEN just to satisfy their greed and other selfish reasons. If the world continues to go like this, I think GLOBAL WARMING would then be THE VERY LEAST of our problems in the future.
180  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin ratio of supply on exchanges hits 6 months low on: July 13, 2021, 07:57:30 PM
There are a lot of people that gets confused by this. Just because the supply of bitcoin on exchanges goes lower than usual, it doesn't mean that the prices are already bound to skyrocket(at least not immediately) since supply and demand does not apply well in this situation specially when we talk about short term. I believe there are far too many variables to look at before we can predict where the price is heading. Even watching the market all the time while making dozens of TAs every 15 mins to an hour or four can't give 100% accurate predictions but only slightly better educated guesses, what more just simple assumptions? This is just my personal point of view.
