Bitcoin is a digital asset and it's not money at all...it just works as a currency. Wikipedia defines it, "Bitcoin is a digital asset designed by its inventor, Satoshi Nakamoto, to work as a currency. It is commonly referred to with terms like digital currency, digital cash, virtual currency, electronic currency, or cryptocurrency."

I think it will never happen. No country or government will allow it. Because Bitcoin is not money, it's only a digital asset that works as a currency and it is not tied to a bank or government.

I think so, it's because China's ban on exchanges only affected 10% to 13% of traders within the global bitcoin trading market.

I didn't receive mine too. The ETH wallet address I used is from coinbase.com. If it's not supported, then maybe this ERC20 compatible ETH address will work, 0xe252A25cb449145a1d5cbBAD2BEa5C0138c4e62F 

Perhaps you didn't read that news exactly but only the headline or maybe just a portion then outright jumped into conclusion that ICO a scam. And I think you're referring that all ICOs are a scam. Yes, there were some but not all...

Maybe...maybe not. It depends, let us wait on the outcome of the November hard fork that will put Bitcoin on the test for the 3rd time.

Well, if you don't believe investing in Bitcoin is not risky, then go ahead buy even 0.5BTC and let's see what will happen in the future.

My answer is a big NO. No government will allow it...besides, Bitcoin is not money but only a digital asset that works as a currency.

I think the 3rd hard fork is slated in November and not October. What you have read is that Bitcoin Gold is to be launched on October 25.

There's already a better digital currency created, it's Ethereum and yet bitcoin is still there on top. Please Google, Bitcoin vs Ethereum Which Is Better and you'll find all the answers you need to know.

Yes, you're right about the project...it's great, so I joined their social bounty and I'm hoping for the best.

Please, take note that there's a 3rd fork to happen this November that will put Bitcoin to the real test and so I think it might affect the price Bitcoin. But I have a strong feeling that Bitcoin will reach the $5000 mark and that is before year end.
