1562  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: False accusation in a sig camp on: August 02, 2017, 10:24:18 AM

1563  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: False accusation in a sig camp on: August 02, 2017, 05:30:30 AM
Moderator, sorry for posting in English. I saw these 3 accounts shittalking about Aventus all over the forum and also created multiple threads about "false accusations".
I didn't accuse these accs publically on this forum yet (but now I will most likely do this so Lauda or other reputable member will put them red trust!).
I think the main reason why he's so angry is that I removed 621 AVT reward from bounty campaign v1 (reward worth ~6 ETH)

Evidence that there is 1 owner for (SugoiSenpai, Jaycee99, galestorm):
1. Joined bounty campaign #1 in the same order almost the same time. Joined the camaign #2 in the same order almost the same time.
2. All 3 accounts did the same mistake for bounty v2 - they've put WAVES address instead of ETH (all 3 "friends" didn't know almost anything about Aventus after "promoting it for 3 weeks? Aventus will work using ETH blockchain and AVT tokens will be ussued on ETH blockchain).
3. When I checked signature on Sunday (I stated in the rules that I set stakes on Monday), all 3 accounts were wearing different (non-Aventus) signature.

Can somebody tell me what is the probability for these things to happen if they're different people? OK, even if they are "3 friends" I still found the evidence that they do not deserve bounty v1 staked.

All 3 accounts registered in PrimalBase bounty (on 21 and 22-th of July, also in same order as before!) and even got the stakes there! I asked not to remove Aventus signature until I calculate the stakes and said when it was going to happen. And they changed signature to Aventus on Monday (24th of July) when I was counting final stakes and checked all accounts and actually set them the stakes. So now you can see that they are:
1) Same person with 3 accounts cheating and abusing bounty rewards system
2) 3 different people cheating and abusing bounty rewards system

With much more work it's also possible to find more proofs: all 3 account have same posting style 1)choose "Economics", "Politics", "Off-Topic" sections 2)Pretty good level of English etc etc

Wow posting style maybe the same. But like I said we are friends and we can prove to you in a different way we can add you at our group page and group chat or we can talk to you at the same time but please set some schedule we have shool ans also at any app that can prove to you that we are different individuals. Also thanks on the comment if Iam good at english never knew #realtalk .

1564  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: Kung may isang milyong piso ka... on: August 02, 2017, 04:25:05 AM

If I have that amount right I would invest it at Bitcoin Cash, this new coin surfaced as a result of the SPLIT yesterday was so hot to date. Akala ko bababa yan (I'll buy if it's price goes down to $1 or even $100) sa dami ng opposition sa nasabing coin worldwide and even here in the main forum. The split happened and this coin, BCC or BCH (in the trading platform) emerged considered by experts a potential threat to Bitcoin and others as well as Ethereum.
1565  Local / Pilipinas / Re: ⚠ AUGUST 1: Bitcoin chainsplit (Summary) on: August 02, 2017, 02:35:05 AM
Wink

Bumagsak naman talaga ang presyo ng Bitcoin, this morning at exactly 08:00AM it's registered a price of $2739.62 compared to $2839.18 which was registered yesterday morning of August 1, same time also...

Bitcoin value: $2839.18 - August 1, 2017 (08:00 AM Phil Time)
Bitcoin value: $2739.62 - August 2, 2017 (08:00 AM Phil Time)

***Update: Price of Bitcoin - $2733.41 August 2, 2017 (10:34 AM Phil Time)

By the way, saan ninyo nabalitaan na di natuloy ang Bitcoin split? Baka Fake News 'yon! Let me quote a portion from http://www.businessinsider.com/bitcoin-price-fork-happens-2017-8,

Quote
Bitcoin splits in 2... "There seems to be some technical issues that might be slowing it down, but yes, the fork has happened," Peter Borovykh of Blockchain Driven, a blockchain technology company, told Business Insider earlier on Tuesday.

Miners are the folks who solve complex computer problems using software to unleash digital coins into the market. It took a couple of hours after the official fork for miners to unlock the first bitcoin cash coins.

"It seems as if people overestimated the mining power, or the support from miners — hence, it is taking far longer than most expected," Iqbal Gandham, the UK managing director at the social investment network eToro, said in a statement sent to Business Insider just before the split.

1566  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Bitcoin down also altcoin down too on: August 01, 2017, 06:15:30 PM
The start of the Bitcoin Cash chain split has begun. The divide was initiated on August 1 at 12:37 p.m. Futures of BCH have been trading for about $400, and it spiked this morning before shedding a bit of its value." 1567  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: best altcoin to invest on: August 01, 2017, 05:23:48 PM
Well find someone that can give you signals on what altcoin you should put investment on. Because it will be hard for me to tell you because I do not know much of that. And I think that the best alt for now is xem, but it is not on its buying range.

If I were you I will try Bitcoin Cash (BCC or BCH). Believe it or not but it's another digital currency or crypto currency that was born yesterday as a result of chain split. Quoted below is from this link, https://steemit.com/bitcoin/@penguinpablo/bitcoin-cash-is-basically-just-another-altcoin

Quote
Some people may call this sudden announcement a Bitcoin blockchain split, but Bitcoin Cash is basically a new altcoin that is splitting off from the Bitcoin blockchain. And because it's a copy of the Bitcoin ledger, all Bitcoin holders prior to the fork on 2017 August 1st will automatically own Bitcoin Cash. At least, if you control your own private keys!

1568  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: This is what will happens on aug 1st on: August 01, 2017, 04:18:34 PM
All major exchangers will continue to support btc like usual . Somebody will create a new Altcoin called BCC (bitcoin cash) . Thats it . Nothing new ! No PAAAAANNNNNNNIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCCC Smiley

In other words btc price will go up and bcc will dump down to a near worthless price. I really don't get the panic we've seen in the last few weeks even after BIP91 was locked in.

I fully agree with both of you. I think we have a clearer picture of what can transpire in the feared August 1. Though there will be a new coin called BitcoinCash, it might have any effect on Bitcoin because the thing has already been discussed by so many of us and the market got tired listening to them.

Bitcoin is fortunately back to the $2,800 level. I assumed that it can go lower than $2,500 but Bitcoin defied the market direction. Hopefully after August 1, we would be treated by a growing and stronger Bitcoin ready for its beautiful future.
Well, like you guys I am not a fan of Bitcoin Cash (BCC or BCH) but, what can you say about this news just published early on August 1, "Fork Watch: First Bitcoin Cash Block Mined"

Batid natin na kaninag umaga ng 8:00AM nagtala ang Bitcoin pagtaas ng $2839.18 compared to $2744.35 which was registered yesterday morning at the same time. But tonight at exactly 10:00 PM however after fork split the price of Bitcoin goes down a little at $2688.88. Source: https://price.bitcoin.com/

Hahaha, I like your post. I earned 2.28272409 BTC in bitlanders sometime in 2013 and deposited it a local Bitcoin exchange afterward, Bitcoin price then is around $47 more or less. By February 2014, Bitcoin price rose a peak of $717 more or less, I was thinking of withdrawing it but did not. In early days of January 2015, the price of Bitcoin drops to a $275 but it's gaining momentum again little by little until it reaches $726 in November 2016. Outright, I withdrew more than 90% of it. By January 3, 2017, Bitcoin registered an outstanding $1020.47 price mark, Cry Cry Cry ...and for the first time Bitcoin breaks $1000 in 3 years.  Sad  Sad
1572  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Fixed income with BTC trading? on: August 01, 2017, 11:20:50 AM

I want to generate a constant monthly gain. Is it possible to do this by bitcoin trading? So, can I just do this by dealing with BTC trading?
Are there any people among us who can make a living by trading in BTC?

There is no easy way to make a living with bitcoin trading. You need a lot of experience in knowing where market will shift, which new coins are promising (ICO's can make a lot of money if predicted correctly). You need large capital and the mindset to handle losses; You can lose a significant money in a day because market or coin crashing, but you can't get emotional about it.

That being said, it is possible to get very decent monthly profits from trading. Just need a lot of experimenting, knowledge and capital. To start, try to learn as much as you can, deposit 0,05BTC for example to Poloniex, and practice. Set yourself rules to handle wins and losses, and make an investment plan.

WARNING: If you make investment, coin skyrockets, you make a ton of money, DON'T start investing much bigger amounts; stay with your investment plan.
I've been trading binary options in the past so, I know the risk involved with currency trading and perhaps it's the same risk with Bitcoin trading. And so, I'd like to try crypto trading...may I know then if there are trading sites that offer demo account? How about Poloniex?

I've read most of the bitcoiners mentioning "Social media Campaign" as a newbie, I know i'm not in rank to join any Signature campaign. As curious as I am, what is Social media campaign? Do "newbie" as me, can join? What are the requirements? Thanks for any answers.. Godbless us all.

There are some sites that allow newbies to participate in their signature ad-campaign but the reward or earnings are too low compared to that of ranking members. Maybe it's one of the reasons other sites didn't include newbie in their signature ad-campaign list... Overview of Bitcointalk Signature-Ad Campaigns

The continued increase in price I think could be attributed to the majority of miners and Bitcoin enthusiasts that support Bitcoin instead of Bitcoin Cash. Well, let's see what will happen tonight at 08:00 PM during the split and beyond.

1580  Economy / Exchanges / Re: BTC-E Down since 25.07.2017 on: July 31, 2017, 03:08:40 PM
Yeah. Basically BTC-e got seize by the feds. They are saying on their official twitter page that the site will be up in about 10 days maximum time but i really really doubt it. This was bound to happen though because they were simply violating way too many KYC laws and AML laws.

The situation though is pretty much still quite unknown... All we know is that nobody can redeem BTC-e codes anymore, and nobody can access the funds. All you can do is to hope for the best but prepare for the worst.

This is another reason you should NOT use exchanges as a wallet to store your funds with. I mean that's just stupid when you can hold your own private keys in a desktop wallet, you're taking an unnecessary risk.
Yes, the desktop wallet is more secure than using exchanges as a wallet in storing fund, but since desktop wallet is still connected to the internet then I
think it's still unsafe. Well, it's okay if you're just storing a small amount of Bitcoin and other digital currencies but for a larger amount of Bitcoin, I would
recommend using hardware wallet, something like TREZOR, Ledger Nano S, and KeepKey.
