201  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [GUIDE] Use this for identifying Scam/Phishing/ Websites & Exchanges in Crypto on: January 24, 2020, 04:12:31 PM
I discovered some cool tips from this post since I am disregarding some significant step about quite a while. I’ll start looking into the things you have proposed. From this, my newbie-friend will learn the fundamental law of crypto environment and much more. Nobody is to be trusted in nowadays. Do your very own research and avoid those scammers.

It's the reason why we should carefully analyze the possible outcomes of our actions and decisions because we can't easily guarantee that their real intention was good. People these days tend to trust and believe someone/something without even doing their own research to determine if it's legit and worth it. Some of you may think that it's a bit laborious but it's definitely beneficial because it will help you identify every single information and even experiences of other people about that specific site. Well aside from that, people don't learn from their past experiences, knowing that it can guide them on making the right decision to avoid doing the same mistake. We should realize that scammers will always look for an opportunity to deceive and take advantage of us, they will make you believe on their words and promises that's why we should be fully aware. Newbies usually fall for this trick because some of them doesn't even have an idea about the possible problem they may encounter and they get easily derived by sweet lies. Anyway this post is pretty helpful especially these days because it will be much easier to determine if a site is a phishing site.
202  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Crypto Pyramid Schemes are still Amongst Us on: January 24, 2020, 02:57:47 PM
This is new year and i expect newbies to get smarter, be careful of new projects that are nothing but pyramid schemes, Multilevel marketing schemes or pyramid schemes may likewise be utilized to swindle crypto investors. Such new companies guarantee enormous degrees of profitability inside a brief period, and regularly convey different individuals to rope in new members. When the part list gets generous and the fraudsters get a sizeable store, they evaporate, leaving all investors seething. The most ideal approach to distinguish such schemes is to take a gander at the project's experience. Such projects will in general evade any perceived organizations or bureaus and have next to no undeniable foundation data, be very careful and limit your losses this new year, all the best.

The easiest way not to get victimized is to totally not invest on these kinds of projects if they offer a percentage, don't go for them if you need to promote and they promised you that you are going to earn from promoting their plan then don't go for it, remember OneCoin and Bitconnectcoin that's how they work.
It's one of their way to deceive and take advantage of people, they think that they can easily attracts people's attention. The problem is that people these days tend to trust and believe someone's word and promises without even analyzing the possible outcomes of their decisions. Aside from that, they choose to disregard considering their own experiences and doing own exploration even if it's going to be beneficial. They usually underestimate the power of research, they don't understand that they are just putting their funds at risk. It's the reason why we need to be cautious before making a certain action or decision because one mistake can have a huge impact on us. Investors should realized that fraudsters are always looking for an opportunity to deceive us and if they don't then they will just suffer the consequences of their actions.
203  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Upgraded to Full Member. on: January 23, 2020, 04:57:10 PM
It's good to see that someone has finally achieved one of it's goals, it just means that your hard work, time and effort are definitely worth it. We have to acquire from this kind of journey because it will serve as guide on people who feel hopeless regarding their ranks, I know that some of you are afraid to be judged and criticize by your posts but don't let it be a hindrance along your way instead used it to inspire yourself more to share a valuable knowledge that can help other people. Maybe it's a bit laborious and it takes most of your time but it will be worth it when your experiences and shared knowledge enlighten people and help them build and improve their posts. Congrats, you deserve it.
204  Economy / Economics / Re: 6 Bankers Accused of Earning €30M in Bonuses From German Fraud on: January 23, 2020, 03:59:33 PM
Unfortunate for those who are caught but what about those are still uncaught, I believe this kind of thing are happening around the globe. Bankers are really prone to this kind of temptation, because of their overflowing greed they don’t think twice to do nasty things.
Greedy people will just suffer the consequences of their own stupidity, they don't even analyze every situation that's why they end up in that kind of situation. They totally deserve that title particularly knowing that they are bankers they are capable on manipulating every situation, well they keep on finding an opportunity to deceive and take advantage of people. It's the reason why people these days are in doubt on trusting and believing anyone/anything because we don't know people's true intention especially when it comes to money, they can easily change their mindsets knowing that it can be beneficial but since they don't even think the possible outcomes of their decisions and action they end up making a mistake that ruin their plans and everything.
205  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: As expected THE LIAR, CLOWN 'John McAfee' backs down from $1M claim on: January 23, 2020, 01:48:09 PM
I am sure he was not in his senses when he gave this statement of 1 million USD per bitcoin. The community must not pay any attetion to bitcoin price prediction whether its McAfee or Elon Musk.

McAfee Calls His Own $1 Million Bitcoin In 2020 Prediction a “Ruse”

Whether he was in in his senses or not, the guy is eccentric so I don't know why people are taking his words seriously. And we crypto enthusiast knows that the price won't simply go to $ 1 million. At least he adamantly accept the fact and we all know that no sane people are going to eat his dick anyways. He is just a crypto influencer, no more, no less.
It's because he's famous enough to manipulate people and since he knows that it will probably his reputation as well his dignity that's why he changed his mind, we can clearly see that he's just trying to take advantage of that opportunity to deceive people. He don't deserve people's trust because he can't even stand his own statement which means he can't fight for himself. Although, it depends on a person's choice whether to trust and believe his words and promises. What can we expect on someone who was trying to make a scene to captures people's attention? let's just focus on much more important things, he don't deserve our time and effort because in the end he will just suffer the consequences of his actions and decisions.
206  Other / Off-topic / Re: Why does having a LinkedIn profile mean you're legit? on: January 22, 2020, 04:26:35 PM
What do you just think and how do you guys verify someone is legit, say if you want to collaborate/invest in their project?

You just simply don't trust random people online. I personally would probably never collaborate or invest in someone's project unless I haven't physically met the person, unless that person is actually decently known online and actually has a good reputation.

Also, LinkedIn is pretty much like any other social media site in terms of creating an account. Hence, also easily faked. Don't know why people think LinkeIn is such a big deal. If anything, I'd probably take GitHub contributions and stars a lot more seriously than LinkedIn connections.
Indeed, because you don't know their real intentions which means you can't literally assure that they are trustworthy. You don't know people's perception particularly when it comes to money that's why you can just believe their words and promises since there is a huge possibility that they are just taking advantage of that opportunity to deceive you to get the benefits they wanted. You can do some exploration to determine if it's worth it and profitable, you have to consider a lot of things before making decision on your investment. You have to analyze every situation to avoid falling into someone's trick, it usually happens these days where newbies tend to trust someone with their money without even thinking the possible outcomes of their decision that's why we have to be cautious.
207  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: OneCoin Ponzi Scheme: Scam of the Decade Continues in 2020’s Oceania on: January 22, 2020, 03:23:55 PM
Ponzi scheme is very dangerous, especially OneCoin has deceived many people with the lure of a big return. Is it possible that with the return onlines, the WB site will have a new strategy to prey on its victims? I am worried about this.
Because in my area there have been many victims of the Ponzi scheme and this is not from OneCoin but he also has branches in various countries so this must be careful not to be fooled by the offer.
We should analyze every decision that we are making because we can't easily guarantee if their intention was good, it's the reason why we have to be cautious particularly these days that they are capable on finding a new way to deceive us such as using promises and sweet lies to manipulate people's way of thinking. We should acquire our own experiences to avoid having the same mistake and facing the same situation since one mistake can change everything that's why we have to think carefully to make sure that our funds are safe and secured from scammers. We can't just trust and believe their promises because it will be useless if being greedy strikes them, you will just end up with nothing and regret your own decisions.
208  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Stay Away of this scam Coin on: January 22, 2020, 01:56:45 PM
Research about this coin first before investing. Try to analyze every single information into it to avoid getting scammed by this coin. If you have found out that this coin is a scam, try to list it down and tell the others that it is a scam so that it will not gonna affect other people again.
It's the reason why researching is always suggested because we can't easily guarantee if our investment are safe and secured from scammers particularly these days that most of them are looking for an opportunity to deceive like by making you believe in their promises and sweet lies. Doing your own research can help you determine if it's legit and worthy. It will also guide you on making the right decision since you will be able to see the reviews, experiences and thoughts of other people regarding it. In that way we can avoid falling into the tricks of scammers because their opinion can have an impact on our decision making. It depends on us if we are going to believe and trust them and on how are we going to manage our own investment but since we can't literally assure the possible things that may happen then it's better to do our own exploration and be cautious so we will not end up feeling remorse.
209  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Enough proves HEX IS SCAM ! on: January 21, 2020, 05:33:13 PM
Crypto fact, any project that promises any kind of good returns is scam, might be for long term to fool investors that they are here to stay or might even be short term and they will exist scam any time any day
It's the reason why we can't easily trust and believe a project, we can't easily guarantee that they are worth it and profitable. Also, we can't easily analyze their real intentions because some projects these days are made to take advantage of investors who doesn't have enough understanding on finding the best and worth it project for them. We have to be cautious and understand that scammers are always looking for an opportunity to get the benefits they wanted from us and deceiving us by words and promises are one of their techniques. Newbies usually fall for this trick because some of them doesn't even have an idea about the possible problem they may encounter and they get easily derived by sweet lies but anyway if HEX is a scam then we should probably be attentive or else we will regret it.
210  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Why its easy for a new comer to get scam on: January 21, 2020, 04:13:27 PM
Because they lack in knowledge on how to handle situation like scam attempt or joining HYIP scheme but will exit-scam after thsu gathered a lot of bitcoin and other altcoin. This is why some of new investor are backing out once the've been scammed aftef making a transaction of crypto loan.

And i think when creating a new account there should be a thread they need to read first before they will be able to be in outside again. And I've experienced getting scam for many times but i learna lot of from past experiences that can be used in the future about our life.
Newbies tend to trust and believe scammers fake promises, they get easily manipulated because they are not even analyzing the possible outcomes of their decisions and actions. Some of them chooses to disregard the advice and experiences of other people that can help and guide them on deciding which is the best for them, they don't even acquire from their own experiences that's why they always end up facing the same problem and having the same mistake. It's difficult to get rid of scammers particularly these days, you can't just trust someone's words without researching because you can't easily say people's true intention, you don't know how they mind works when it comes to money. There is a huge possibility that they will take advantage of you knowing that you don't have enough understanding on protecting and securing your own funds, they will used it against you and to deceive you so they can get the benefits they wanted.
211  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is this the right way to teach them? on: January 21, 2020, 02:46:12 PM
I think its good but I guess young children are too young for it. Maybe for the adults and especially to those illiterate people. Its good to see those uneducated and illiterate to improve themselves. These people needs much to know how the world evolve now. Well, its a complex work to do but in the spirit of helping others or reaching out, irs a good start to transform these people.
It's quite difficult since you have a lot of things to consider, you have to analyze everything or else you'll end up feeling remorse. Anyway, it actually sounds great. It's an amazing way to enlightened people particularly these days that most of them are not even aware that a cryptocurrency existed, it can help them realized that the world isn't just revolving around fiat. Aside from that, they can easily get enough understanding that can help them grab opportunities which can be beneficial and profitable. Maybe it's a bit laborious and full of challenges but as long as you can manage yourself and you know which is the best thing to do then you will surely handle it properly.
212  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: {Warning}: Fake Yusaku Maezawa ETH and BTC Giveaway on: January 21, 2020, 01:54:08 PM
I'm glad that this kind of scam was exposed the earliest, although there are few who got scam but this kind of scheme, which ask you to deposit will not work anymore if the people who are curious about the giveaway will do a research, if he is not going to do a research, then he is likely to get scam.

Right, thanks to the OP for exposing it again.

We have seen those Elon Musk fake giveaways, but this is the first time that these scammers use the Japanese billionaire's name.

And lol, just looked at all the comments in that medium page, 100% part of the scheme. So I do hope that no newbies are going to fall for this kind of trick.
It's the reason why we have to be cautious before trusting and believing giveaways because we can't easily guarantee it's real intention, we have to understand that scammers are finding some good opportunity to deceive us and it can be one of it. You can't just rely on the information they have given because it's real purpose is to distract you and make you feel interested. Doing our own exploration can help us determine if it's legit, in that we can also assure ourselves that we will not end up feeling remorse regarding our own decisions and actions. It will guide us on making a better and wiser decision, so be attentive and learn from it.
213  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: KBC scam ? on: January 21, 2020, 12:58:04 PM
Hi guys KBC dumped from 250 sat to 60 sat do u think its scam ?
https://coinmarketcap.com/fr/currencies/karatgold-coin/markets/
it have a good rank in coinmarketcap and a lot of investors

I'm sorry but it looks like you're really late on the party, as members have pointed out, they have been exposed as scam many years ago. But the thing is that they are completely obnoxious about it so crypto investors like you should be warned. Coinmarketcap doesn't care, don't use it as a tool to look for projects to invest.
You can't just depend on coinmarketcap and it should not be use as a basis before investing, try to have your own exploration because in that way you can easily find information that can help you determine if it's worth it and profitable project. Particularly these days that a lot of people are taking advantage of that opportunity to deceive investors. Don't let yourself get tricked by it's rank and by the number of it's investors because you can't easily guarantee if a project has good intention or if your money is safe and secured from scam unless you've done your own research and it was proven as legit.
214  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: From being a shitposter before now almost there![Hero Rank] on: January 20, 2020, 02:36:28 PM
This is why people should never get red trust or ban for simply being a "shitposter" - majority of people start that way, and if you punish newbies for being newbies, the community would simply die. Even if only few people improve, it's still worth to give everyone a chance instead of being harsh to them.
It just means that there are so much room for improvement, don't let yourself down instead used it to change yourself into someone better. Don't let their judgments affect you, used it to prove them that you've changed and you have finally found a better version of yourself. Make them realized that their criticism is not a hindrance to achieve your specific goal. It's the reason why some of them are in doubt, they are afraid that people will underestimate their capabilities but you should remind yourself that there will always be some people who will bring you down and it depends on you on how you will manage yourself after all those judgments. Anyway, it's good to see that someone is finally achieving what it deserves. Congrats, you inspire us to be strong.
215  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoin Numbers Continue Exploding in Spite of ICO History on: January 20, 2020, 12:39:43 PM
i think its about time people start thinking before putting money in any project because like you said we have too many project in the market now without anything better to offer except empty promises,
most project owners are just after the money and noting else, no commitment,  no use case from this project, only empty update (sorry to say)  and as a result of this lack of utility, most of this tokens don't have genuine value, unfortunately the market is filled with this type of project.
They should acquire from their experiences because they will surely end up being in that situation if they keep on investing on some projects without even thinking the possible outcomes. They should realize that most of the project these days are made to take advantage of people and deceive them by words and promises which is clearly quite difficult to fulfill. We should not let ourselves fall into their tricks and techniques, we should think carefully because a mistake can change everything and it can have a huge negative impact on you as an investor. Despite of those projects who ruin the reputation of ICO's, we should also know that some of them are still worth it and profitable. It depends on the person itself on how he/she is going to determine which project is the best. Maybe it has bad reputation but still it can't be the reason why to judge and underestimate the capabilities of other projects. We have to understand that our future depends on how we make our choices and decisions so be cautious and consider your experiences because it will guide you on finding the project that can beneficial to you.
216  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What bitcoin ideas do you have? Share it! on: January 19, 2020, 02:08:10 PM
I don't have enough funds to massively promote bitcoin.
Actually you don't need to have a lot of money to promote bitcoin at all. The social media has always been free and will cost you nothing by simply posting informative links/articles about bitcoin there. Sharing knowledge requires 0 payments too, you don't need money if you want to promote bitcoin you can always find a way on how to.
I do agree with you and that is actually the most powerful way of spreading a word today. Social media become more powerful nowadays that can be use without money. Every news right now spreads so fast in every part of the world by the use of it, so if he really want to, there is always a way and there will be no what if's.
It means it depends on your determination, as long as you believe in yourself. Anyway, social media is a tool where it makes everything less hassle and convenient but still you have to consider a lot of things before using it like people's trust issues. We can't change the fact that some people are in doubt on trusting and believing every information they see on social media for the reason that people are taking advantage of it by deceiving others. It will be difficult but if your strong, wise and determined enough to improve bitcoin adoption then you can surely manage it.
217  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bought this stuff with Bitcoin, great way for people to become aware of Bitcoin on: January 19, 2020, 12:43:05 PM
Most people are already aware of bitcoin. The problem is their trust and understanding. I don't think a lot of people would change their mind just by you showing what you bought through it. I think major companies and governments should acknowledge it to build people's confidence. It's going to take a little more time before the majority accepts bitcoin's positive nature more than it's minuses.

Majority of Governments are not very much in favour of bitcoins and other crypto that's why companies are not adopting these crypto. Right now people who are outside crypto community know that bitcoin is currency of dark web only.
What can we expect on people these days? they don't open their minds on it's potentialities and it's because they don't have enough understanding. Some of them chooses to judge and underestimate it's capabilities without even searching for it's real and specific purpose. It's the reason why it will be difficult to gain the trust of people when it comes to bitcoin and no matter what you do, if they chooses to disregard it then they will definitely don't understand even if you have tried to explain things. It depends on the person itself, people will surely grab the opportunity if it seems to be beneficial but once they have seen it's negative side then they will hesitate and doubt it.
218  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Road to Full Member on: January 18, 2020, 03:34:07 PM
What a great news to start your new year, it just means that your time and effort are not wasted for nothing. Newbies tend to feel so bad about themselves for some reason, it's okay you all are just starting your own adventure. You should never feel hopeless just because someone has a higher ranks than you. Sometimes all you need is to be hard working and patience because the best comes to those who waits. What's wrong for being a newbie? it's not something to be embarrassed because we have started that way. We also experienced it, the difference is that we acquire and inspired ourselves from other people's experiences and learn to used it as our guide on making great post. It depends on the person itself on how he/she will manage to improve his/her own standing so keep it up and good luck.
219  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Things needed for people getting started with crypto on: January 18, 2020, 12:47:05 PM

There's no need to have a small amount of Bitcoin to get started sometimes it's good if you earn it with your skills and the main thing you need is proper knowledge on how the bitcoins and crypto works, but your listing is good and people who want to starts should be more resourceful to search some credible information so that they will not fall on misleading investment options.

Many think that crypto trading is like a piece of cake and everyone can do that. But reality is totally different, you need to have proper knowledge or training before you start crypto trading else you wont make much here.
For new comers it is recommended to come with small money rather then jumping straight away with huge capital
Trading isn't easy and it will never be, it requires some effort and time. It's the mindsets of other people that they have to change because they will just end up feeling remorse. It's the reason why having enough understanding about trading can help and guide them on every decision and action they will be making. Also, they should acquire from their own experiences because it will make them stronger and wiser particularly when it comes to trading because it's speculative. They should also understand that there will be some struggles and challenges, it depends on them on how they will handle that risk and used it as an opportunity to be successful.
220  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can we now confirm that he's Faketoshi.? on: January 18, 2020, 09:08:53 AM
From the start it was already the being questioned to him.
He cannot provide, that just means he is fake.
Many fake satoshi's will pop out. This is just the start.

But we all know how they can prove it. Move something out of that wallet and then maybe we could consider it.
It still needs investigation though.
He's trying to manipulate the situation, he keeps on deceiving everyone by his words and promises but he can't even stand on his own statements. He keeps on ruining his own reputation by fighting on something isn't true, the truth will be revealed and he will feel remorse regarding his own actions. Just let him, at the end of the day he will just suffer the consequences of it.
