Today I am going to work on merging all house investments into one larger house bankroll that is used across all house games instead of each table having it's own bankroll.

This will make the interface easier to use and faster to see what is going on. Also it means a larger max bet on all house games.

Users own tables will still have their own bankroll.

To answer your question though I wrote it all from scratch. Not open source. Javascript is used on the client side, no need for Flash or anything.
