I wouldnt consider trading as a job, because at a job you have a fixed income, something as a trader you wont get never, no matter what you do your income will be always different. The market is shaking a lot, and bitcoin doesnt stop growing wich does scares for sure a lot traders since they split their investment into altcoins as well.
the way on how we are able to treat this are depends on the o the person , and also on your skills how are you able to take this for this is so hard at first but having some experience you may ever know what trading , and how does it may work for not to be look as a unpredictable one. Before this major crash, I predicted it a bit but I couldn't react well because I was not brave enough. It's not a business that can be done by majority of the traders, I understood this after all. |

When it comes to trading I always do a short term trade ,
I like to buy some alt-coin while it is pumping up and take my profit even if it is just 5-10%,
Yeah I know there is a high chance that I could lose my money but I am risking it on the coins that I think that would be pump up in the next couple of hours or days.
Long term trade is more like direct investment and holding. It's not like trading actually. The actual trade is consisting of short term trade. If you can do it well, prefer short term trade instead of long term maybe. |

YES OF COURSE!, because it is still enables developers to create a markets, store registries of debts or promises, move funds in accordance with instructions given long in the past (like a will or a futures contract) and many other things that have not been invented yet, all without a middleman or counterparty risk. So etherium is still very useful and quite give us amusing.
good point mate,thats how many characteristics ethereum has.and thats what the promise of eth here in crypto and to all users.not to mention the faster transaction ethereum can offer,more faster than bitcoin and much lower fee..for me i will support eth as i believe that this coin is the next bitcoin in this community. Ethereum network still needs to improve more before become the next 1st cryptocurrency after Bitcoin in the future. Because only cryptokitty enough to make the Ethereum network has problem, I do not think it has enough capaty to confirm all the transactions of the world with 8 billion users  We can't neglect the fact that it needs more improvement. I think that at this time bitcoin prices are down very strong, currently the price of a bitcoin is only 8200 $ you can see on https://coinmarketcap.com/. According to my analysis, the price of bitcoin will continue to decrease further, you cut 50% and use that 50% to wait for bitcoin to buy back at low price to compensate for the part that you have losses. That maybe works and it's just a win or lose situation and quite the safest thing to do however if you can withstand all of these then just hold it and take all the risk, like we're now here and it's now or never and sometimes you loss more when you sell. The dip was around $7600 today and it made up to $9000 after it within 70-80 minutes. Short term traders will be very lucky during this market crash. Day trade became very profitable now. |

I don't think that people should be concerned about XRP price.
Historically, XRP has a more extreme price variation than other coins, partly because of the South Korea effect and the kimchi premium.
There can be good news after good news, loads and loads of it, breaking stories of pilot programmes and new partners every week - and the price remains unmoved.
And then suddenly it will rise almost vertically, going x5 or x10 in a matter of days.
What happens with every coin that rises rapidly is that it always always overshoots, and pulls back to a lower price point before stabilising. This effect is more extreme with XRP because it rises so quickly. It means that XRP then falls rapidly, and generally overshoots again to a price point that is lower than it should be. People are then reluctant to buy more XRP even with good news, because they've seen how volatile it can be, and how quickly it can drop.
Basically it boils down to do you believe in the long-term value of XRP? If yes, then nothing to worry about. If you're playing the markets, then the trick is to learn when XRP has peaked. Generally it is better I think to sell just after the peak, once you can clearly identify it (although the conventional wisdom is to sell when green).
I don't know what else I can add to this. Very correct say. The terrible thing for XRP was that its price dropped down below $1 and this was hard for the long term investors and holders. It stuck there, it seems. Can't go up easily. |

If we look back just a couple of month the position of alt coin was not so good but recently it is getting boom slowly and increasing day by day so it is the right time to buy alt coin for future saving and earning.
Actually, the best time to buy altcoins in my opinion was January, 17, 2018, when all crypto market was in red zone. Meanwhile, still many alts have not reached their winter maximum, thus it is not let to buy coins right now. In my opinion, we still have next 10 - 13 days to buy altcoin at cheap price before the Lunar New Year of China happen. I think in that time, the price of altcoin and bitcoin will be higher than ~20-30% in one day. Because before this pump, the cryptocurrency market has dumped 50% total market cap Prices of altcoins are not increasing actually and this is showing the bear market trend in the crypto markets. I'm thinking about buying more cheap altcoins with bitcoin. This could be a good time to buy. |

We have this saying that "practice makes perfect" and yes I believe in it, but if you do practicing trading well I guess you would alot your savings or investment for a lose trading. Yes, practice trading is not free, you have to take the risks of gamble your money, but on the other hand, it has some sort of good thing because at least you experience how to trade right. I think Bitfinex used to have demo trading for the platform view but it has nothing to do with practice trading. The best trading style is the real one that you pay with your own money. Honestly, I don't hold much of my bitcoin, usually I am withdrawing all my bitcoin so that I can maximize the profit I earned for the week, for example some of it will be for the tuition of my child, some would be allotted to share to other people and some will be for the future of my children. I am making sure that at least I can have fund for their future as well.
If you are doing this, better to also add small business instead of saving your money for your future, creating small business will also gives you decent profits, if you are not relying with your crypto investment. I was able to do this from what I already earn from my crypto journey, I invested my money into lending business, diverting your money to create another source of income will be much better than saving or just placing it inside your bank. I'm gonna give you a different example. When I gain profit from my trade positions and if I'm good with that amount, I hedge it by just creating another margin position in the reverse direction of it. Here, the profit is fixed there and never reduces. |
