It can be yes or no. As far I know only the biggest cryptocurrency market with much volume it always following the Bitcoin trends, either going to uptrends or downtrends. Yes, it can be both. It will still depends on how clickgem will handle their project, because we know that if btc drops then all altcoins drops too. I hope that CGM can find a ways to make the project continues up. In my opinion, all of market have effected by a lot of bad news for now. Yes i agree with you that ISP project need more capital, so that why they run this ICO at bitcointalk and others forum. But you can see Cederis will make us as ISP provider, so the financial cost is reduce. It is good for this platform that social media banned ICO but I think this is not good for the other ICO because social media helps a lot about advertising. If cederis operates in my country, for sure 75-90% of internet consumers will transfer to thier service because of thier cheap internet offer.
