Finished all the dev work on the new block explorer for PWR coin and it should be a huge benefit to the community. PWR coin has not had a block explorer for a very long time and it has never had one that is this nice for sure! You can view and make use of the new BE by visiting: https://blockexplorer.pwr-coin.com/A new website it under development and will go live soon at https://pwr-coin.comNumerous other tasks are under way by our dev team in case you are interested in those things: - A new logo is being developed
- A new website is being developed
- A new professionally managed GitHub repository has been set up
- A new Facebook, Twitter, Google Plus and YouTube channels are being created
- New graphics are being created
- The code base and wallet issues are being analyzed for upcoming code work for numerous improvements
- A VPS is being setup for testnet testing of all new code modifications prior to release
If you have any questions I would love to hear them! I guess my only concern is the Supply. We are almost at 2 Trillion. Any thoughts of a denomination of sorts? Or just a straight up re-launch with a swap? Glad to see this coin's revival start, but I think the coin supply will make it hard. I mean theres 200btc just sittig on 1-2 sats sell orders, and that's only like 20 billion coins lol. Missing the other 1.95 trillion. EDIT: I just read through some of the discord. It looks like you are doing a swap of some sorts? 100k coins here you get 1 of the new one? Myself and the dev team have no connection to the person doing the swap at all. I won't be doing any sort of swap for sure but instead will keep the coin moving along. The dev team is already working at the code and we are discussing options to deal with the huge supply issue.

Never use cryptohub before. After the unpleasant experience with coinsmarkets.com I'm not too tempted to trade on small exchanges. Any good/bad words about cryptohub? So far I have not had any issues there buying altcoins. The support is quick to respond and they are active in the troll box. I like the user interface as well. Obviously I can't control the place or give any kind of guarantee so all I can do is hope the place runs for a long time with no issues...

The patch worked for my wallet, but my son's wallet lost all the coins that he mined the last two days. His wallet is currently on the right block. Could we have done something wrong that would cause this? Can we fix it? It was only 720 coins, but that's a lot for him.
Thanks so much for your help!
Sent you a PM here so please respond so I can help you diagnose this issue and get everything taken care of quickly Thank you, DisasterFaster. I cannot reply again to your PM as I have a 2 per day limit. All is resolved now and I greatly appreciate your help! If you have time, could you answer another question for us? My son's hashrate was 160 when he started mining a couple of days ago, then he followed your instructions and increased it to 260. However, when he installed the patch his hashrate went down to 140 and adding that text again didn't work. Is there a different way to do it that will work with the patch? Please send me a screenshot that shows the text he added okay. The patch would have zero impact on mining hash. Maybe he did not leave a space in front of the flag or misspelled it or forgot the leading dash who knows... Hi DisasterFaster, thanks for the reply. He did enter the text correctly, but it came up with a directory/path error - we probably messed that up. We uninstalled the miner and reinstalled it and now he's getting 280+ h/s using -optimineraes=1. He's very happy with that! His computer uses an i5 6th gen if anyone is wondering. I love to hear that! I hope you mine a lot of coins and I hope those coins do very well for you best of luck!

After the update, 800 coins were lost, which were mined, but have not yet matured. What to do? There is a backup. P.S. After "-zapwallettxes=2" 2000 more coins were lost! Saw your entry on this over at the website and responded there. If you have time go over to the website and I can give you support on this issue there

Just FYI, I use iPhone app called Blackfolio to track all my coins and ROI is not on their list. They have ower 2000 cois listed.
Just a few minutes ago I joined their Telegram group and asked them about it. I was not sure howROI can be added. After giving them Bitcointalk.org address, block exploreres and coin exchange address they answered.
Their answer was:" We'll put ROI on our to do list. If ROI gets listed anywhere else, please let us know."
It would be great if ROI gets listed on it!
Wow nice work yes I agree I also would be thrilled if the coin gets listed at Blackfolio!

How come this coin is not listed on coinmarketcap.com yet? I see other coins listed that have only been released a few days ago.
We don't even come close to meeting their minimum trading volume requirement. I would ask you to please share coins that are a few days old that are listed on there as I find that nearly impossible to believe. I would love to see these coins you know about that are a few days old and trading at more than $50,000 USD of exchange trading volume per day... Also look at the numbers. People are not putting ROi coin up for sale. If you do the math and look at the supply that is out there and then look at how many coins are for sale you will quickly see that only a super tiny fraction of coins are being put up for sale... nearly all of the community is holding this coin and I consider that as a good sign. On the coinmarketcap web site I clicked on Trending and then "Recently added". I was thinking these were coins that were recently release but it looks like they are coins that were recently added to their web site. I'll just keep staking my coins and wait. We'll get there. I hope you do great with the coin. Being totally honest here recently launched coins have a very hard time compared to coins that got launched in the past. Nowadays the fees for exchange listings are HUGE and even just getting the coin up at CoinMarketCap you are going to need to be trading $50,000 USD per day which is hugely insane for a new altcoin that is not a multi-million dollar ICO.

some news?
The fork happend at block 48471 we found the fork fast yesterday around 20 blocks after it happened the dev team became aware of it. The team have found the problem in the wallet code that made the fork happen and they are fixing it as we speek. It should not take to long however nodes will need to be updated and that will take time. Raster. EDIT:testing a hotpatch fix this morning So is it ok to start pool mining now or we should wait for further notice ? Yes don't you worry about those you won't have any issues at all. As long as your machine and the pool you are using are at the correct block height you should be just fine to mine away. Be sure to verify blockheight at the official blockexplorer for ROI. Also a quick update to the community:The dev team is working on a windows patch for affected clients that will require a re-sync with a known good peer at the right height, i.e. any of our seeds or block explorer. The patch is being tested now as I type and we are working hard to get it ready for the community as soon as we can. When the patch is ready it will be made available along with the instructions so that you can get back up and running. Thank you for the update. I have my coins locked in a 3 month term deposit. They will be unaffected by the fork correct? You will have no issues with those coins no worries.

I applied the hotfix and I'm in sync with explorer again. Thanks devs! Is it safe to solo mine again?
Yes just as long as you match the official block explorer mine all you want!

Hi! I pool mining on a main wallet and send coin to other wallet, did i still can send to these wallet and upgrade them later?
The first thing you must do is make sure any pool, wallet, etc you are using match the block height of our official block explorer. If there is mismatch then hold off and if the match is good then continue as you please.

Important Update: Release Notes Version 1.1.3.000:Warning: You do not need to install this update if your block chain height matches our block explorer. This hotfix addresses a windows bug with fee calculation precision quirks. This fix was already part of our upcoming v1.2.0 release. If you are a Windows user please download ROIcoin-qt-v113-hotfix1.zip and update immediately. For your convenience we have included exhaustive directions in both Word document and PDF format. If you are a non Windows user and happen to be impacted by these events please submit the details of your issue at https://github.com/ROIcoin/ROIcoin/issuesYou can download ROIcoin-qt-v113-hotfix1.zip at our Website by visiting https://roi-coin.com/roi-coin-downloads You can download ROIcoin-qt-v113-hotfix1.zip at our GitHub by visiting https://github.com/ROIcoin/ROIcoin/releasesI just did it all per instructions and I'm back in shape. Wallet is in sync with block explorer. I was done by step 19. Glad to hear it! You can know one thing for sure... the ROI dev team does not want the coin to have any issues and especially an emergency issue such as this. But the reality is there have been a few issues and of course this most recent problem. All I can say is know this, while the community eats dinner, gets a good nights rest, etc. many nights now the ROI dev team is wide awake drinking coffee, discussing matters, writing code and testing. The ROI dev team cannot promise you there will never be any issue but what we can promise you is that we are fully dedicated and committed to do the very best we can to address any problems as quickly and professionally as possible!
