401  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is Bitcoin set to RISE into the Halving? on: April 10, 2020, 01:02:25 AM
I don't trust fundmanetal analysis because when I did before, my portfolio got burned where I lose huge amount of money. Not because of the recent rise of the price of the bitcoin does mean that it is all about the halving that is now near. I do not think so if it is the real reason but it is all about supply and demand after all, I bought a bitcoin recently because of the breakout that happen and not because of the halving.
402  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you involved with Crypto? on: April 09, 2020, 01:34:01 AM
To achieve financial freedom, anyway most of us have goals with that and it is the reason why we are here in the forum and learning many information about cryptocurrencies. Financial freedom is achievable especially in this type of market where there are many opportunities. I'm on my way to reach it but still there are skills that I still develop and information that I still need to learn for me to be prepared when I reached the financial freedom.
403  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CORONAVIRUS IMPACT ON SPORTS GAMBLING on: April 09, 2020, 12:33:42 AM
I don't understand why they are really forcing something like this, I get that the matches are usually bringing in millions of dollars and stopping that would ruin many peoples careers and financial situation however is it really worth it because the other side is health, we are talking about health of some people as well.

I can understand if they go fully young people who are under 40 years old as well but even that is not going to stop it. Island or no island there should not be a fight, UFC is out of their minds if they are actually doing this and I would be categorically against it.
It is all about the money I think, there should be fight in UFC anymore because of the threat of the covid-19. Even though they know how deadly it is, they still want to continue it because of the millions of dollar bets in the fight. I am a online bettor but I'm against with the UFC decisions. Even though they will fight in isolated island, it is still not right after all.
404  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Do you really think news can change the Crypto Market Sentiment very easily? on: April 08, 2020, 04:25:09 AM
There are 2 sources of market sentiments,  the first is the external and the 2nd is internal. What is external sources?  These are the news, articles and posts in the forum or in any social media platform, friends or even family. While the internal sources is about how we interpret or understand what is currently happening in the market. Right now there are many news around the internet aboyt cryptocurrencies but I do not get hyped because ny decisions are always based on what is happening to the chart.
405  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Robert Kiyosaki believes in Bitcoin on: April 08, 2020, 03:17:57 AM
Robert Kiyosaki understands why we should have investment in bitcoin, gold and silver because of the limited supply. He said to his twitter account that the dollar is dying because of the unlimited printing of money by the FED. I really do not understand why it became positive especially there is a crisis nowadays. Investing in bitcoin can helps us to beat inflation and to gain profit but there are factors that should be consider. We should not invest because someone said to do so, we should only make investment if we fully understand how it works and we are going to make money from it.
406  Economy / Speculation / Re: HODL HODL HODL...AND BUY MORE on: April 08, 2020, 02:02:26 AM
This is probably true for all times more so right now. Think about it, bitcoin has always been an investment that eventually went back up, it always drops and we are in a drop right now and I get that people are scared right now, because of corona everyone is acting crazily and that is understandable, however that doesn't mean that it will never go up, do you really think that price will not go above 7k again? It definitely will.

It means 10%+ profit, where can you find 10%+ profit anywhere? Nowhere. That is why the best decision right now is to buy bitcoin and hold it, it is a great decision for 10 years ago, great for 5 years ago, great compared to last year and great now, its always a great idea to hodl as much as you can and buy as much as you can afford.
For those people who do not fully understand the market, they often suggesting to buy more and even hodl more, holding bitcoin while the bearish market is still occurring  is the dumbest decision because in bearish market the price is continuing to decrease. The best time to hold is when the market is bullish but it is only my opinion and it suitable for me.  Right now there is a crisis that is happening, the best opportunity to buy is when the price drops to $3800 per each. But for those who want to buy more bitcoins it is better if you will have good risk and management.
407  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any Casino with good Investment Returns? on: April 08, 2020, 12:01:18 AM
my recommendation is Bustadice...
even though it's only been 6 months investing in bustadice but I've got a profit, whatever it is if it's not tried it won't know, try it yourself  Wink

Good thing that you are profiting and i would suggest the same site when it comes to on site investment and we know on how big bustabit and bustadice is.So we can somewhat assure that we would end up profitable in the end of the month but we shouldnt expect much when it comes on how big the profits could be.It would really be the same when you do make active trade but this one is some sort of passive or doesnt even need
for you to deal actively before you can earn.Other site i do know that do accept investment is Bitvest wayback- i dont know if they are still accepting atm.
Investing in a reputated gambling site is a must when we are talking about investing. It's really risky to invest in a new gambling site even if it is offering a good return and promising terms. I personally can't take the risk of investing in new gambling sites. There are many old/reputated gambling site out there that is still accepting investment like Bitvest, CryptoGames, and bitdice which have a good reputation here in this forum and well-advertised by the campaigns that they are conducting here in this forum.
I'm not aware that there is certain a gambling site where we can do investments for us to make money. Fort hose who want to make bankroll investments, I think it is better if we will just create a new gambking casino or website but the thing is the capital. Anyway, there are many ways to have huge capital like crowdfunding, gambling sites and casinos are profitable but the competition is so stiff.
408  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: This is why I sold my 0.67 BTC!! on: April 07, 2020, 05:34:55 AM
Hello Community! What’s going on? Hope you guys are safe & staying home! Basically, I live in New York (I’m an expatriate indeed) & you guys know the current situation!! We are suffering badly, although I’m not scared of! Last night I sold my loving 0.67 BTC, since I need cash money!
I believe, in near future when the situation will be normal, I’ll buy it again since I have no doubt on the future of BTC & its use case! Please guys, stay home stay safe & don't forget to pray for us.
That's good...don't hesitate to sacrifice what you have now because you need it.I like your spirit, very strong.Sure you can buy bitcoin again next time because i believe bitcoin will not disappear in crypto space. Bitcoin can wait but our needs in this very hard situation is very significant to provide.
Yes, agreed, it is very bad time for whole world. The current situation of New-York city is much worse. You know that American economy has suffered a lot due to covid-19 issues. Worldwide around 69000 people have been died by infected with this epidemic. So, we should be careful and prepared, stay safe and obviously stay at home.
New york is the states in the US which has the highest numbers of persons who got infected with COVID 19. Right now there are currently 130,000 + people in this states that are suffering to the virus. The creator of this thread is also part of the people who having hard time because of the community lockdown. I think it is also a good idea that he sold his bitcoin because they need badly the cash especially today where their lives are in matter. I do not know why there are replies in this thread that saying that it is not a good idea because they say that the price is still cheap but it is not the matter, we are talking about lives after all.
409  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Minimum coin to begin trading? on: April 07, 2020, 03:44:06 AM
I was wondering what's minimum / ideal amount of BTC or ETH I should have in order to start trading activity

If you have any idea or just want to share your first experience in crypto trading, feel free to write them bolow
If you have already the Knowledge about how trade is all about and know whats the risks inside?then you only need not that big amount to start trading.
But if you are starting from the scratch?
then this is another hard story because for sure you will lose some amount before learning your lessons in trading.
maybe at least 0.05 btc and 5 ethereum to start a decent trading life and may bring you daily living in sooner time.
The money that you should put in your account depends on your risk appetite but it is better if you will put small amount of money first maybe 250,000-1000000 sathosi especially if you are beginner. Thats is the ideal investments for newbies in order for you to not have loss because of the trading fee. Beginners in trading should focus first on how they will learn and not to gain money because those newbies who are focusing first to gain money are the ones who are prone to losses.
410  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Keeping A Record Of Your Losses Will Make You Realize To Stop Gambling on: April 07, 2020, 02:40:42 AM
Keeping a record of your gambling losses will make you sad hahaha LOL. But, still it's not gonna stop you from gambling, stopping on gambling will make difference in every person so it might boost you to get back those losses and bet big or just like you said it might stop you considering that, it will make you sad. For me, there's only one way to stop from gambling and that's like every addiction solution is; little by little, cut the time you are on gambling and focus on the other thing in that way, you are slowly stopping on gambling and that's the very effective way to cure your any kind of addiction including gambling addiction.
It is really depends on how you see your records, maybe there are people who seeing it as motivation to become more better gambler or maybe they seeing it as a way to stop gambling especially if their records are more on losses. I do recording but my reason why I do it is simply because I want to improve my skills and develop the area that I am weak. I am not part of the people who recording because they want to stop gambling, I record because my goal is to learn and not to stop.
411  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are you doing now? on: April 07, 2020, 01:38:24 AM
Honestly there are so many great esports things going on right now that I feel like I started gambling as much as I used to once again. Not going to lie for a while I didn't gambled at all, I tried offline games like dice and so forth but that didn't give me the feeling I want and stopped, so there was a period when I didn't really gambled.

But, nowadays from Fifa to NBA to racing to all other regular esports games, there are tons of them going around and I those are the ones I really wanted to gamble these days, still not the same feeling maybe but the feeling of starting something from fresh and learning it and gambling on it really gives me the fun I have been missing for a while. Not as cool as regular sports but at least better than not gambling on anything.
But most of the esports nowadays are postponed due to the pandemic. Like the major event un CS:GO, it is postponed due to the covid and it moved in month of November. Most ofthe gamblers who usually go to crowded casinos are now switching to online casinos. I also use online casinos because it is too bored in the house because of the community quarantine. There are times that I play some card games and dice games.
412  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling and covid-19 : Which is more risky ? on: April 07, 2020, 12:30:51 AM
This is the most dumbest question I've ever read in my life. Also I don't know how or when the covid-19 thread would stop. Seems like it is everywhere in the forum, looks so sketchy.

You know (or if not) that we can't see the virus and there's no cure about it as of now. It takes time to recover when you have the virus. In gambling, you will be the reason why yourself would end up being killed, not like in the virus.
It makes me cringed when I have read the subjects, the OP is compating the gambling into covid-19. The covid-19 is the reason why we have financial crisis today because lives of the people are on the line. I do not know why the creator of this thread have an idea to compare the gambling and the virus. Maybe he is one of the people who lose huge amount of money on it.
413  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin recovering on: April 06, 2020, 05:41:17 AM
I think in the next 2 weeks will be critical for bitcoin. The daily RSI might indicate that we might see some buillshness and that it could happened in the next couple of days or weeks. However, the long term case for bitcoin remains very positive and we might say that the Covid-19 pandemic really made bitcoin more stronger than ever. So let's see if we could see a rally above $7k, which is the current resistance levels.
The daily rsi is now above the 50 area and for me it is considered as bullish, but there is a major resistance at around $7000. You can see that there are many wicks there and it indicates that the selling pressure is high and there is a big possibility that anytime that the price of the bitcoin reached that area, we can see strong bounce that can cause of the decline of the price of bitcoin.
414  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Traders need to learn on: April 06, 2020, 03:38:22 AM
All of the traders are want to earn big amount of money but they are too lazy to study in order to learn knowledge and strategies that they can use in the market. The main reason why there are traders who often lose because of their quick rich mentality where they thought that they can become rich through trading even though they are not studying very well. Focus on the process and leaning from different materials like books and internet are useful and important.
415  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Age restriction in gambling on: April 06, 2020, 02:37:34 AM
It is very bad to allow the age of 5 years to gamble casinos because they will be addicted early and cannot control themselves until they are adults. I can't imagine what life would be like between them, I honestly want to see every child grow smart as a successor to the nation.
As you see, this is just the rule for Malawi.

Majority of the world this is unacceptable but I we don't know what's the reason why Malawi allowed this or have this standard for allowing kids to gamble.

It's the stage of honing the kids skills and hobby and it shouldn't be considered to teach them to gamble.
I'm surprised when I saw that the age restriction in Malawi is only 5. I think there is such a reason why their government allow that law. It is a strange because kids can become addicted to it. In my country you cannot go in casinos if you are not 21 years old. Before you get inside the casinos, you need to have I.D. that is proof that your age is 21+years old and above.
416  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Will you gamble right after coronavirus outbreaks? on: April 06, 2020, 01:29:57 AM
I'm not the gambler who often go to the casino, I'm a type of gambler who usually playing in the house and accessing different gambling sites and games. I prefer only than going in crowded casinos, the ambiance of the casinos are good but what I don't like is the players because when I play slot machines there, the players besides you are smoking cigarettes and I'm one of the people who don't like the smell of the cigarettes and that is why it is more comfortable for me and more convenient if I will just access online gambling casinos.
417  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you keep track of your gambling? how? on: April 06, 2020, 12:23:35 AM

Yes, I always try to record how much money I used for gamblimg.

I don't see it as an investment since there is no guarantee that I will win every time I play. The way how I track the money I used for gambling is simply I record it on an excel file including the date, its value and whether if I win or not.
There is a history of all your losses and wins in every game you are doing. So that you may see if you are progressing or you have always losing. Just keep on tracking so that you may change your way if ever you continue to lose. Then if your strategy is effective then keep it up. But always remember to control and manage all your assets.
Rather than viewing it in history, it is better if you will write it in a spreedsheet or in a notebook in order for you to jounal it. I like journalizing not only in trading but also in gambling. There are many advantages that we can get if we do journalizing. It helps us to identify our strength and weaknesses and able for to assess our selves. We can identify the strategies that have higher winning rate in order for us to make money in the market.
418  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: If we have great ability, is capital from bank loans safe for us to use trade? on: April 05, 2020, 04:47:52 AM
Even if you have good trading skills, it is still risky to borrow from others people money or to get bank loans in order to have capital in trading. Yet is a good way in order to increase your money in trading but still do not do it especially if you are still new in the trading. There are many traders who falls in huge debt after they lose the money in trading that they loaned  from banks. It is better if you will use your own capital in order to lessen the risks and also for you to have good mindset because there will be a bad mentality that you can have specially if your capital is only borrowed and you experienced losses.
419  Economy / Speculation / Re: Are we going to see another PANIC on: April 05, 2020, 03:47:25 AM
It seems to me that the probability of panic in the traditional sector is very high next week: we see too disastrous figures for the rate of spread of the coronavirus. Sooner or later, the authorities admit that they are not able to defeat the epidemic and it remains to wait for it to end naturally (while doing great damage to humanity). At this point, panic will be in all areas, including in the crypto.
That's another scary thing, what would they announce then, when big the world declared that covid-19 has become a pandemic, bitcoin dump for awhile but it has then slowly recovered, so if the world would say they give up, it's like the end of humianity, I don't think there will be another announce like that.
They're gonna be losing their hopes and forget about crypto. They are much looking how to survive and so they have to sacrifice their crypto-asset at this time. Panic selling can't be stopped nor to encourage people not to sell either. The war against COVID-19 gets stronger in the other country and that it pushes people to make an unwanted decision even they have to lose.

Anyway, this is not the ending scheme for crypto. They could still have it back once the market cleared and when the spread of coronavirus flattened.
There will be another panic selling if there will be another bad news but panic selling can be avoid specially if we have good risk and management. How do I say so? Those professional traders are not panicking because they know what they are doing, they have strategies and set of skills that they are using to avoid panicking and to make money in this bearish trend. Everything will go back to normal if the virus will stop spreading and it is the time where the market will start recovering.
420  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is Betting Double After Losing is Really a Good Decision? on: April 05, 2020, 02:46:20 AM
it'll really vary depending on the game you're playing
sometimes you can calculate the odds and in some games the odds are a bit more on your side.

just remember: the house will always win.

no matter what happens.

The house always win and you can only beat it when you know when the right time to quit, there's always a temptation to continue thinking it's your lucky day and you have to go on, but the truth is the algo will make you think that way until you realize that you should have quit when you are in a winning streak.
Our luck is not unlimited that is why we should aware on where and how we are going to quit especially if we have now winning streak. There are people who suffer losses instead to gain profit because they let their greed to control them. They are not realizing that the profit that they made is now enough and they will regret their decisions if they lose huge amount of money.
