UPDATE

This is a condensed version of the update that will be posted as a blog post on the new site. We will be releasing regular updates in the form of Blog posts moving forward.

Blitz rebrand
After much deliberation we have decided to rebrand 'Blitz Coin' to just 'Blitz', anywhere that the coin tag needs to be used it will be referenced as 'Blitz Cash'. We have purchased the blitz.cash domain name.

​New Blitz website​
The Blitz website is very close to completion, it was scheduled to be released last week but due to the rebranding additional changes are required.

​Blitz wallet and Blockchain upgrade
We currently have a C++ developer working on upgrading the Blitz wallet and Blockchain to POSv3. This mini project is in the advanced stages and testing will begin soon. This new wallet/blockchain will include some advanced features.

​New Blitz BCT Ann
We have commisioned a graphic designer to create a new Blitz thread design on BCT. The chosen designer has created some very cool thread designs, Shift and the Digitbyte ann are some of his previous works

TVE 2.8.3 has just been delivered!
- Add ability to set a limit on maximum number of points given for a set action
- Improve email appearance and text (email confirm, password reset, etc)
- Improve error message when code is invalid on password recovery and email confirm
- Check for duplicate IP's on account creation
- Correct a bug on withdraw page where the quote wasn't updating on amount change
- Improve withdraw amount display
- Improve general configurations for the application
- Add password gauge on password recovery
- Correct display issues with the bottom toolbar

Hey everyone, first I would like to start off by saying I'm back on the Blitz Team. I missed the team and I'm happy the be back working to make Blitz and its projects the best it can be.

Now for the good news!

The new BitcoinTalk Thread has been completed and it is here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1504819.msg15139778#msg15139778

This is huge for Blitz as we have never had our own thread. We took over the ocupy thread when we rebranded to Blitzcoin. This should draw in new investors as well as give us a much more professional image. Dlow did an excellent job on this and deserves a community thank you.

To go along with the release of the thread, there is also a new Blitz site called blitz.cash.
I am super happy with the look and feel of the site as long as the functionality. Macht and the rest of the team have been working hard on this to get all of the necessary info on there. This will be a great central hub for everything blitz related.

Now that we have a good foundation with a site and new thread, we can start to do marketing for TVE and Fitalize.

In other news, we just started testing the new Blitz wallet. Stay tuned as we will need some testers soon.
