[more idiocy]
im starting to think you are thick - you keep bouncing from MBP to dave to lezsec to cointerra to picostocks. your class-action against this cluster of companies will be laughed out of any law office (unless you are paying them, in which case theyll happily listen to you rant for $100/hr) As an act of charity for the mentally disabled, I'm willing to listen to Giray The Thick rant for only $75/hr.

More clarification on how picostocks works:
Pico is an investment entity that invests in companies and then lists that investment on its site as a per-share way to participate in these startups. It helps the community support the community.
In the case of Cointerra, Picostocks made an investment, and others who participate on Pico (like me) bought IPO shares in the Cointerra stake. Pico (and MBP) have likely lost our investment in Cointerra.
Picostocks' investment in Cointerra didn't give them (or MBP) access to their chips or other tech. It was a simple convertible note if I remember correctly. No conspiracies, no scams.
Believe me, MBP has laid out significant capital to keep 500TH stable and operating at full capacity. Nowhere in the agreement did it require me to backfill hashpower as the chips began to fail...

I thought it wasn't an opinion, they were facts that you and your lawyer were going to use in your clear-cut case?

Yet MBP has now 28nm chips on technology bought from Cointerra for money received from shareholders 100th.
You keep saying this, yet I don't know wtf you are talking about. I don't have a single device made by Cointerra. Dave looks the only way they get convinced is to invite someone to see on site you don't have any Cointerra miner working! Anyway we own Cointerra units and 90% of them died for different reasons so.... IMHO when Dave deployed the mining the only chip capable to do 0.5W was the BF one. Regards Juan

The total of dividend paid for one share until today is a bit over 0.064 BTC. It means all "old" shares (bought at IPO two years ago) have got a ROI of 160%. Not bad.
And it is still counting towards say 165-170% (depending on difficulty grow rate and how long it will be possible to sell shares for 0.0028).

This has almost zero relation to pick stocks other than that MBP equipment was used he that company. How's your lawsuit coming? You went from claiming to have a case and a lawyer to being absent a few weeks other than a few irrelevant posts.

We've been suffering from high temps here in Wenatchee. If you didn't see the news, we've had temperatures as high as 113F (45C), as well as a large fire that came into town and burned 28 homes and some large buildings, forcing people to evacuate from their homes (including me). The fires did not threaten the mine, however they produced a lot of ash, which clogs our filters. We are cleaned up now, but temps have been consistently over 100F for the last two weeks. This has caused significant reductions in hashpower.
Add to that the recent transaction spam attack caused pool server outages (Bitcoind crashing) and forced an emergency switch to Eligius. I'm going to leave everything pointed at Eligius for the time, which cause payouts to get inconsistent until I can revise the system.

Hi folks - a long overdue update here. When we switched away from our own pool, we went to Eligius: http://eligius.st/~wizkid057/newstats/userstats.php/15QVHxorX61umBkRDejxcjDqq8V8yYv5uZWe have mined a total of 113.506 since the change over. You will notice that we are currently underserving the hashpower target of 518TH. Its currently operating at 67% due mainly to heat, but also some equipment shuffling that we've been doing. ************** Management Fee increase: Difficulty and price continue to make economics ever more difficult. In addition to our summer heat problems, network growth is impacting us again. In order to pay for the power & justify the floorspace I need to raise the management fee to a 50% share. ************** However, since we have been underserving the project by 30%, I will send 80% of the mined proceeds to the picostocks payment address, rather than taking the full 50% management fee off the top. I expect to get the hashpower back on target this week. Best Dave

Were we made 100% good on the coins that were stolen?
Phil
It doesn't look like it. BTW, going back to this post... looks like some of the residual dividends have come back. i believe there is more btc that needs to be transferred back to the new dividend address. for example, i think a bunch of dividends were transferred to https://blockchain.info/address/1Ls1VmsjCd2aadf6ZY1qrWoi8Ercva3rBd then moved away again, so those dividends should come back. basically, we're looking at the missing dividends between: 2013-11-29 16:13:19 and 2013-12-04 08:23:20....so about 4.5 days. the 364 btc payment is probably around 1.5-2 days of divs. so we're looking for abour 2.5-3 days of dividends that still need to be transferred in. i also see several newly generated blocks that are maturing from new mining. i'm curious about this transaction: https://blockchain.info/tx/6448226eaa898f5156c6f670eefdca486e871273721327f39cb460f84f495c86. 374 BTC gets transferred from our dividends to 15p19K7psks9PP2faLhFRrn7ooyimGJaun...which is an account on picostocks https://picostocks.com/users/view/1339. However, the account details do not show a 374 BTC transfer out, so this must be a "friend" of picostocks. In fact, 15p19K7psks9PP2faLhFRrn7ooyimGJaun gets a lot of payments from picostocks/100TH (e.g. https://blockchain.info/address/13sS5HN1Uw492UCeKRnQEv93GC4EiHHupy). all this seems a little odd... dave, is this your address? =P 15p19K7psks9PP2faLhFRrn7ooyimGJaun is where funds (an eye watering BTC 96,000 - $ 78.46M USD end of 2016 value) from the SheepMarketplace https://www.reddit.com/r/SheepMarketplace/comments/1rvlft/i_just_chased_him_through_a_bitcoin_tumbler_and/ theft land for a while. http://archive.is/QNmSM#selection-8097.0-8105.56From 15p19K7psks9PP2faLhFRrn7ooyimGJaun they go to 18GFMH735gGUQYHqfHtVuroXnqf6q4n9uC then this week (22/12/2016) 1Y2sKhUZvsP2EANpKra3FaFZufHq5VEwT - more than a dozen pages all being confirmed hundreds of BitCoins all coming in then going straight back out again. 2M BitCoins if this https://blockchain.info/address/1Y2sKhUZvsP2EANpKra3FaFZufHq5VEwT?offset=500&filter=6 is to be believed... http://archive.is/4CVC3
