I want to figure out how to get the Blockparser working for X13. Not sure why it doesn't when using the switch for PayCon.

Hi crew,
i have a big problem before 90 days i bought PayCon on Cryptopia and transfered to YoBit.
My mistake was in that time wallet was in Maintance mode (still is)
My question is. I send it from Cryptopia to Yobit. TX finished but i never received my coins on Yobit.
I wrote to Yobit support but no answer.
Do you have idea what can i do?
Where are now my coins?
Or I lost my money
