Or the casino will just say that the system glitch and the winnings is not valid. Just like what happened to a woman named Katrina Bookman. Lol the reason was nonsense.  Regardless of how a person believe in spiritual powers, it shouldn't be used as an excuse to void a person of his winnings.  I believe the court won't favor that excuse and probably the person is able to get his $30k winnings.  Is there any news about the result of this dispute?

The thing is that, those casinos doesn't care about the gamblers loses amd their put a close eye when the gambler lose but open wide the eye when there is big winning.

Although most of those casinos are already known scam and have hard some past cases, although none those casinos haso much good reputations.

Well, I think it is very possible that some physical casinos can act totally strange towards paying out a gambler's winning reward, and this is common in some countries. According to what Wiwo said, $30k is really a huge amount, and the gambler is not supposed to just allow such money to slide. Apart from what you said, @erep, I think another way to handle this kind of issue is to take legal action against the casino, and if the news of such legal action is released, it will really affect the casino and therefore they will try to avoid such thing.

Well, of course, as an advertisement for any casino, the marketing services of any casino always present how and how much a player can potentially, or better say “theoretically,” win in a given casino.
 And I have never seen an advertisement where marketers would write that in this casino you can lose so many dollars, feel free to come in and play, and lose “as much as possible.”  Of course, such advertising is insanity and can only be launched publicly for the sake of a joke.  By the way, maybe someone did such an advertisement.
