I am not a fan of poker, but regarding your second question, their ToS clearly state that users from the US are not allowed to play on their website. I believe the same terms apply to their poker room and sportsbook. Your poker account will be linked to your main BetPlay account. You can’t play poker on BetPlay since you are not allowed to create an account on their casino in the first place:
People living or having a permanent or temporary residence in these countries are not entitled to register the player's account on betplay.io, or the use of service betplay.io:

Each Betplay account can only have one corresponding counterpart poker account, which is linked to that player’s main Betplay account. When a player creates a Betplay account, that player will be assigned a Poker ID (separate from the Betplay ID) and this will be linked together as long as the Betplay account is active.
