How are people buying this. Miners mine coins, if they have x amount of hashpower they should be mining y amount of coins. If they don't they are fucking you over. How can people buy whatever bullshit they've been spewing?

I think he's only paying to be considered 'paying' still, to stop another load of legal issues crushing him. He is still technically running and keeping the contracts going, we've all bought but yeah he cant keep this up for another 5 years. He's fucked unless he buys some actual mining equipment and sets up shop legitimately to pay out what is owed.

Airwolf received like 200 btc back because he has threaten Jason family / friends / girlfriend. Maybe he wasn't the only one to do so and hasn't been the only one to be paid. We will never know. It was a ponzi anyway and had to crash one day or another.
