Recently I have read the last article from Wulet’d medium account and I can agree with this them. Really, Wulet is a blue ocean of possibilities and there is no doubt in this approval. It is something really special.

Hello Bonksnp2! Thank you for your feedback. Stay tuned. Very soon we will announce about our MVP!

I haven’t known that they’ve posted a new article. Better check it out. Well, maybe you are right about Wulet. I know that businessmen can have a lot of additional instruments to improve this production thanks to Wulet.
It’s short and it won’t take time. Here is the link. https://medium.com/@wulet.io/untitled-9063d1cf8b7a
Simple users also have interesting advantages that they won’t be able to find on any other existing platform.
Thank you so much. Yes, these guys know how to present information about their project. Users have some advantages but I still think that businessmen get more interesting stuff and benefits than consumers.

If you have read the white paper and other documents, you wouldn’t be so sure. It is really hard to decide who is more appreciated by developers. Users are able change their loyalty point management but companies can increase their profits.

You can be sure that I am enough informed about wulet. That’s why additional profits are the main reason why I think companies has more advantages. They are able to have advertisement, cheap way to create a loyalty program and to manage it without problems.

You are absolutely right.  Users are able to discover new products, exchange earned loyalty points and even convert points in fiat. I think that it is the best part. It is a wonderful way to save serious amounts of money.
Ok. I began to doubt the accuracy of my statement. Maybe you are right and everything isn’t do obvious. But I can make a conclusion that this project is great for everyone. All users of the platform can change their life in a better way.
Nice thought. I guess wulet’s competitors need to be more attentive to this project because it can replace other similar platforms. Community really supports wulet and there are no serious obstacles in their way to success.
I agree. I am convinced that their privet and crowd sale will be on the top. They will raise enough funds to expand all over the world and improve the technical part of the project. It will be awesome because these guys are super.
That's very right, infact after the private and crowdsales, Wulet competitiors will hardly have some breathing space. Wulet will change the already tired concept of all loyalty programs

Wulet's team is definitely going to make the effective use of loyalty points a very easy one for everyone. The consumer has an equal advantage just as the business man or the companies. You see, with carefully organized and collated data, being transparently shared between the consumer and partners of Wulet, all offers are agreed upon easily. The user knows exactly what he/she wants and they can reach their interested companies with ease. No one will be forced or engaged in any deal or offer that they dont desire. It's a definite win for both sides

If you have read the white paper and other documents, you wouldn’t be so sure. It is really hard to decide who is more appreciated by developers. Users are able change their loyalty point management but companies can increase their profits.

It's very interesting to realize that Wulet actually bridges the gap between customers and all their consumers. Wulet's app. will do all the maths and place everything under the control of both the companies and their clients. It doesnt get better than this. Wulet is going to change the game and everyone will be satisfied.

You can be sure that I am enough informed about wulet. That’s why additional profits are the main reason why I think companies has more advantages. They are able to have advertisement, cheap way to create a loyalty program and to manage it without problems.

To add to that, Wulet will never impose undesired advertisements or promotions on their users. Every user gets exactly what they are interested in and what they want. It's a definite win for all, both businesses and consumers

The main idea behind Wulet is to make trading of loyalty points as easy and as convinient as possible. With Wulet's app. you can access your loyalty points with just a few button clicks. No additional work or energy needed. As simple as ABC

I agree. I am convinced that their private and crowd sale will be on the top. They will raise enough funds to expand all over the world and improve the technical part of the project. It will be awesome because these guys are super.

Unused loyalty points - forget about it!

Implementation on the EOS blockchain allows users to scale the platform and maintain efficiency with a large number of partners and users. Thanks to the close link to the stock exchange and the openness of the blockchain, users can spend more points without being tied to a particular program, and the partners receive greater loyalty from existing customers and attract new ones.

To do these
• WULET will create an exchange to trade bonus points of loyalty programs. It will allow clients to trade between loyalty programs of various companies and choose the ones they need most.
• After registering in the WULET system, the client will be able to easily purchase the bonus points of any loyalty program launched by WULET partnering companies.
• Every client will be able to install the app and register in it for free. The app will combine a wallet, a catalog of partners and will also serve as a client for WULET Exchange.

Are the smart contracts so smart??

Vladimir has recently started to work with WULET and is closely working on smart contracts implementation. We asked him a couple of questions on the integration and here is what we found out.
Hey Vladimir! We are very excited to have you as a part of WULET! Welcome on board!
Hi! I am very excited to work with WULET and help with the technical part. Together we will definitely do something big for the community.
True! So, as a smart contract guru, please, tell us what’s going on this side in the WULET platform in particular?
I probably won’t tell you anything new, but WULET needs some stable and smooth operation in order to function properly, so it is necessary for the smart contract to work as determined and independent as possible, not depending on the external blockchain world. It is needed for the consistency of the operations on the blockchain and also it significantly influences the speed of the block formation.
It is a tricky task for the smart contract to send direct request to any outside web course, this is where Oracles come into hand. They are so-called ‘connecters’ between a smart contract and the outside world for obtaining external information.
Such services track events from the certain blockchain contracts, and in the event of a special request, the information will be carefully sampled and transferred to the contract using a standard blockchain transaction.
The contract itself is ‘smart’ enough to determine the timing when the data is needed. This action is divided into two separate transactions: a transaction that initiates a data request (can be created both by the client and another contract), and a transaction that returns data to the contract (initiated by the oraclize service).
All external modules of the WULET platform work in the same way: they scan network blocks, detect events, react to them, execute logic outside the blockchain, and then enter data into the blockchain through the transaction (if required).
Thanks for the explanation, Vladimir! We hope to see you soon!

Black Friday is coming!

If I ask you about what is Black Friday, will you answer? Yes, it is the shopping phenomenon that began as the “official” kickoff to the holiday shopping season.

But do you know that the term “Black Friday” was first used in the United States to describe a financial crisis in 1869?

Interesting fact: the first time Black Friday referred to shopping the day after Thanksgiving was in 1961 via a Philadelphia Police Department newsletter to keep shoppers from flooding the roadways to get to retail shops in the downtown area.

But in the past few years, Black Friday has extended well beyond and prior to the Friday after Thanksgiving. In many cases, it starts in early November and travels on until right before the big day.

Using Wulet App you will be able to accumulate your loyalty points. Thus, after the holidays you would have accumulated a lot of bonuses and you will be able to exchange them for tickets to Dubai and relax from the hustle of the city.

Some conferences are not as good as they seem.

At the beginning of November, we arrived in Malta — a nice, warm place by the sea with a big event taking place called ‘Malta Blockchain Summit’. It all started so promisingly: VIP speakers, an exhibit show and an attractive heading on the website, calling Malta ‘The Blockchain Island’.

The event was supported by CoinTelegraph, CrunchBase and CryptoCompare, which definitely added weight to the seriousness of the event.

The Summit held 8,500+ attendees (they promise to increase the number next year), including Scott Stornetta, John McAfee, and even Hon. Joseph Muscat, the Maltese Prime Minister. There were 200+ blockchain geeks participating in a Hackathon at the venue, competing for a total prize of €50,000, and Sophia, the Bot, was a central figure of attraction…

The speakers included some well-known names, such as Cristopher Obereder, Carla Maree Vella, Eva Kaili, James Catania, Max Krupyshev, Gordon Einstein, Alex Lightman, Joseph Cuschieri, and many more.
Despite the calibre of speakers and robots, the exhibition area (the place that we had high hopes for) was so tightly packed with teams and their booths that it was very hard to move around and do some networking.

It all went ahead as planned, but sometimes things just spiralled out of control. It would be unfair to compare the Malta Blockchain Summit with the Las Vegas event, but we have to admit it was on the chaotic side of the road. It was strangely arranged, too busy, and the meetings they organized were with investors that no one knew about. We hope that they will make a good showing in the crypto world in future, but from our side, we neither benefited from the Summit, nor did we secure any new partnerships for WULET.

However, it was quite an experience and we were still glad to be a part of such a large Summit!

Evolution of the cities. What is the future of our surroundings?

While the world keeps evolving, it would be impossible to resist the appearance of our smart surroundings – cities we live in. In the race of trying to better our urbanistic and household experiences, inventors and enthusiasts go out of the way to make sure we always have a place for parking our car or a cup of coffee made right at the time we wake up. This is just the tip of the iceberg and there is many more technology in the city yet to come in order to improve our daily lives and make us content and happy people. It would be unfair not to mention the blockchain technology Wink

We in Wulet want to invest into the smart future of the cities and fill in the gap of bonuses and loyalty points (our field of expertise, in case you don’t know).

As bonuses have become a significant part of out daily consumer lives, Wulet team believes that the time with smart money spending and fair bonus programs has come a long time ago. From our side we are building this future here and now in order to facilitate the lives of consumers and make shopping experience even better.

As a part of our educational content, we are starting a series of posts about smart cities. We’ll look into technological aspects of 9 different cities around the world that already use smart technologies as a part of their infrastructures. We’ll see what they have in common and how they vary. Here we go! Who can guess the name of the country, which will be featured in our first article?

Spend less money with WULET

Lions may be predators, and antelopes are prey, but we humans are consumers. Whether it’s a new toothbrush or a bus pass, we are always driven by the need to buy something. It’s inevitable that this lifestyle leads to incredible waste. Did you know that the average person creates 1 kg of waste a day?

Companies are motivated to create loyalty programs to differentiate themselves in the market, and to collect data about their consumers. But if a company doesn’t want their consumer to forget about them, they have to leave them with a piece of paper or plastic. Even if you aren’t a shopaholic, I bet your wallet is stuffed with discount cards, loyalty cards, and cards with little holes punched in them working towards your next coffee. Let’s be honest, how often do you really remember to use that piece of plastic or paper lost in your wallet? I know you fear that one day you’ll need to buy kitty litter (not that you own a cat) and you won’t have that pet store card with you, or you’ll decide to bring your grandma flowers and you’ll miss out on that half-off deal coupon you saw in the Sunday paper. But is it really necessary to contribute to this waste? Over 2.4 million trees are cut down each day to support the paper industry, and plastic takes 500-1000 years to decompose! Let’s stop creating more waste!

Thankfully, Wulet is one step ahead. And the beauty of Wulet is that it not only helps reduce physical waste, it also minimizes financial waste. Maybe you were an avid coffee drinker, decided to quit, and now feel like all those reward points are useless. But what if you could help kick your caffeine habit by using those points to buy juice at the supermarket? Or imagine you had saved up thousands of points by buying gas, but decided to go green and buy a bicycle? The Wulet exchange allows you to do all of that, by not only storing your cards in one easy app, but also providing you with the opportunity to exchange points from one program to the other momentarily and with incredible ease!

Wulet will revolutionize how you shop and help you to make the most of your resources.
Wulet is a company committed to helping the consumer maximize the purchasing power of their reward points and minimize the time and resources spent trying to accomplish that goal. Since we are all consumers, this is a hefty task. Wulet aims to compile all loyalty programs in one app on your smartphone. Not only can you access your loyalty points anywhere, you can also exchange them before they expire and put them towards other purchases which are more relevant to you. Each point can be converted into WU-tokens, or else exchanged directly to use as currency in store of your choice.  Let us follow Wulet’s example and start reducing waste physically and financially!

Want to make your loved ones feel even more special?

It’s February already (Valentine’s month!) and the hearts of many are beginning to thaw along with the snow. If you want to completely melt the heart of your loved one, just walk up to them and give them a big hug!

On the other hand, it’s always hard around February. December was filled with good food and time with family. January is the month of new beginnings. But February is when reality begins to set in, and gym attendance dwindle. You’re ready for spring but winter still has her claws out! I also bet you are still recovering from your credit card hangover after the holidays. On the upside, you made a lot of people happy by getting them amazing gifts and spending quality time together. Plus, after doing so much shopping for your friends and family, you have probably accumulated a lot of loyalty and bonus points which helped you to make the most of your purchases. And though you bought your mother a state-of-the-art food processor, you can’t turn those particular bonus points earned into oh, I don’t know, a spa day for you and your special other for example. You can’t use them at the cinema, and you can’t use them at your favorite restaurant. So what do you do with them? You probably did what most people would. The other day, when you were driving by the electronics store where you purchased the food processor you saw the big sign in the window declaring that you should “Use up those bonuses before they expire!” Since that puts pressure on you to use up those points which you definitely have a right to, considering it was the reason you chose that store over another one, you end up buying some pointless gadget just to justify those points.

Instead wouldn’t it be wonderful if you didn’t feel the pressure to use up those points to make small purchases here and there, but were able to combine them all together and get you and your loved ones a trip to Bali… Luxurious hotel suites… Exotic landscapes… Sandy beaches… Sipping piña coladas… Crystal clear water… Sigh, pipedreams…

No! It’s completely feasible! With Wulet you can trade in points from any purchase and use them to buy the gifts you and your loved ones truly deserve! Or if you don’t have enough yet, convert them to WU-tokens and keep them handy for the perfect opportunity. Tell your friends and family how they can make the most of their loyalty points, by downloading the Wulet app right now! So get your head out of the clouds, and go buy those plane tickets! Bon voyage!

Smart Dubai in the eyes of Wulet.

By 2020 Dubai, the capital of United Arab Emirates, promises to become the world’s first blockchain-powered city. Blockchain projects are a cross-cutting theme of different field within the life of a city. Identity, visa processing, land registry, healthcare – those are just a few industries which are powered by the blockchain in Dubai. With its intentions, Dubai is similar to New York City and Singapore.

Dubai was already catching the trend a couple of years ago, when in February 2016 the government announced the launch of the Global Blockchain Council. Among the members of the Council are government entities, financial institutions and leading technology companies , e.g. IBM.
To this day IBM has become a lead strategic partner for Smart Dubai Office, a city-wide initiative that develops blockchain services for the city. The blockchain innovations are rapidly growing in the city and different companies support blockchain specialists and their ideas. Numerous collaborations are also taking place: bothe amongst organizations are government entities.

The most vivid examples of blockchain enables networks in Dubai are the Department of Economic Development that digitized the process of issuing business licenses and exchanging commerce information between government entities, free zones and private sector ecosystem. Using IBM Blockchain, Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) automated the free zone commercial licensing and renewal process.
Department of Economic Development (DED)adopted IBM Blockchain to digitize the process of issuing business licenses and exchanging commerce information between government entities, free zones and the private sector ecosystem. We have also seen Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) engage IBM to transform and automate the free zone commercial licensing and renewal process using IBM Blockchain.

As we can see, Dubai is taking every opportunity to digitize the modern world and to make it a convenient and flexible place to live. So do we, the Wulet team Smiley

Blockchain Island in the eyes of Wulet.

Who never heard about Malta? Probably, not you! People keep calling it the Crypto Island, the Blockchain Place, and the Paradise of Bitcoin! Is it really true? What Malta has to offer in terms of crypto? Let’s dig into it!

Malta, a small island close to Italy, has truly proved itself to be the blockchain island. From numerous conferences and events being held in Malta to the venues where bitcoin is accepted. Either you are a beginning blockchain enthusiast or a crypto millionaire wanting to buy a Lambo — Malta is here to meet anyone’s needs. According to CoinTelegraph, there are 10 venues in Malta that accept BTC: a sushi place, a car dealership, an advertising agency and even a tax consulting (in case you need to get a hold of your fiat money). If you ever find yourself in Malta, here is a full list of places that accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum and other currencies (you’ll probably want to call them in advance and make sure they accept those sketchy tokens you just acquired from a fresh ICO in the heat of passion).

Do you think that government gets in the way of crypto expansion? Not in Malta! If you are lucky to meet the Maltese Prime Minister, Joseph Muscat, take a chance to have him for a cup of coffee and discuss the current crypto news with him! He is a great blockchain enthusiast, working on Malta to become a trailblazer in the regulation blockchain based businesses. Make him talk about Binance moving its headquarters to Malta or a €300,000 blockchain and ledger technology scholarship of University of Malta.

During Wulet roadshow the team was participating in ‘Malta Blockchain Summit’. You can read the review on that Summit in the eyes of Wulet team in the earlier article.

In case you get some interesting insights, do not forget to share them with us!

Smart Tokyo in the eyes of Wulet.

Another gem on the map of blockchain globalization is Tokyo. One of the most technological places on Earth! First smartphones, robots…Japan has not been spared the crypto.

A crypto friendly Japanese capital has more than a hundred places on its map where cryptocurrency is accepted. But Tokyo is not only about Bitcoin ATMs and crypto payments. The ongoing trend is penetrating inside governments and local municipalities that eagerly support the high technological initiatives.

To promote investments in the City of Tokyo, The Tokyo Metropolitan Government has been holding a number Blockchain Business Camps that help long term enthusiasts and crypto newbies to share their ideas and experiences. In March, 2018 eight companies were chosen to participate in business accelerator program, including IOTA, Factom Inc., Gatecoin, Platin and others.

Tokyo is using the blockchain technology wisely - for fixing past causes of a japanese disaster. In 2011 a leak at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear power plant caused a massive disruption. Today Tokyo Electric Power Company (TEPCO) plans to use the technology to prevent such catastrophes in future.

On top of that, Japanese city Tsukuba trialed a blockchain based voting system that was tailored for quick and fair elections. According to CoinTelegraph, an elector could vote with a 12-digit My Number Card that was issued in 2015 to all city residents and foreign residents. The initiative was supported by Tsukuba’s mayor Tatsuo Igarashi and helped the voters to support social programs in the city such as development of the new sound navigation system, a new cancer diagnostic technology or outdoor gyms construction.

Mr. Igarashi was delighted with the technology and admitted that it was much easier to implement than he expected.

We agree 100% with the mayor of Tsukuba and hope that in the nearest future all cities will become smarter with fair blockhan-based elections, educative events and of course smart shopping with smart bonus spending. The future is now!
