This is very good for bitcoin and also altcoin  if all contries like Japan  become crypto friendly then crypto world be amazing for crypto lovers  and many will become millionaire and billionaire

Japan are one of the countries who support cryptocurrrencies especially bitcoin so this news will be have good impact to other countries. If they started to use bitcoin to pay their employees for the salaries many people could have bitcoin and I think the word bitcoin will totally spread.

but not for altcoins.
altcoin is still very manipulated by developers because that is the only bitcoin that is used as an option to pay salaries by one of the companies in Japan

"If" and only "if". I agree that it's good if all other countries will accept cryptocurrency as part of their financial system. Unfortunately, this is still a hole wall and is not that widely accepted yet. It will be great for the economy I think if they will though. Just look at how strong is the economy of Japan, right?

The use of bitcoin in Japan is already legalized and the companies are now free to use it in any kinds of payment. But what I know about paying salary in bitcoin in that country is only optional and the employees can recieve salaries in bitcoin if they only wanted to. Japan is always the leader when it comes to bitcoin adoption in this part of Asia and just recently it grants self-regulatory status to its cryptocurrency industry. I hope the other countries including mine will follow the steps taken by Japan someday.
