Legal support for Freewallet scam victims
Hundreds of customers have already lost assets due to fraud by Freewallet. Our lawyers are ready to help everyone return stolen tokens and coins for free!

We will help to collect and record evidence of fraud. In particular, our lawyer will assess the availability of correspondence, screenshots, give advice on how to get them if you did not have time to do so.
We will help you draw up a legally competent appeal to the police, court or prosecutor’s office to initiate a criminal case and return assets.
If necessary, we will provide informational support and make sure that as many people as possible know about each negative review.

Freewallet-report@tutanota.com
Write here to tell your story and get a free consultation. We do not provide any commercial services, do not advertise or promote any digital services. All we want is to hold Freewallet scammers accountable!

We keep collecting signatures to our petition and maybe it will bring us some results:
Not long ago, Alvin Hagg and his accomplices stole coins from another victim. The client turned out to be an educated and competent person. He did not waste time on long correspondence with the administration. On the contrary, he immediately recorded the evidence and filed a statement with local law enforcement. Moreover, the victim also contacted the structures responsible for investigating online fraud.

When we received a letter from the victim, we also quickly responded and contacted the local police. They explained that Freewallet is a fraudulent project that has already robbed hundreds of users. We have asked agency officers to conduct a thorough investigation into Alvin Hagg and other possible suspects.

Studying all the materials may take time, but the main thing that can be noted now is that Alvin Hagg and his accomplices may soon end up behind bars. We, in turn, will definitely inform readers if there is information that can be published without prejudice to the investigation.

No one who is educated and competent will allow himself to become a victim of such a service, because if it were as you claim, then it would never happen to that person to get into this situation at all. Unfortunately, the fact that people continue to become victims despite all the warnings speaks volumes about the fact that many do not even know how to search the internet effectively - because all they would have to do is research and in 5 minutes they would know the truth.

Everyone was a beginner and a newbie in crypto. It doesnt mean that those people arent smart.

If someone is smart, then he doesn't do stupid things in life, regardless of whether it's about cryptocurrencies or something else. Being a beginner in something doesn't mean you can't be careful and research what you get into. Anyone who falls victim to these scammers cannot be considered an intelligent or smart person.

He was a Freewallet customer for a long time, despite he wasnt actively using this app. But anyway, first months the wallet was working. You also may try this trick - small transactions will be succesful. But if you try to withdraw more coins, the system wont allow you to do this.
So that you shouldnt blame victims of Freewallet scam. The fact they lost their assets doesnt mean they are stupid!

Another thing that you can do to stop Freewallet scammers:
1. Visit https://abuse.cloudflare.com/general
2. Fill out all fields of the form. In particular, in the Logs or other evidence of abuse section, indicate that the Freewallet.org website is deceiving the client. Under the guise of a crypto wallet, this application gains access to users’ digital (cryptocurrency) assets. Further, under the pretext of verification, the administration of the service groundlessly blocks accounts and deprives victims of the opportunity to withdraw assets. As confirmation, you can provide links to complaints from other customers, including those posted on our website https://freewalletreviews.org
3. Click on the Submit button.
4. Duplicate your complaint by sending it to abuse@cloudflare.com.

We are looking for volunteers to help us fight against Freewallet scammers!

We have launched a full-fledged international project called Stop Freewallet Fraud. His task is to jointly fight against fraudulent owners of the Freewallet service. We also want to help victims recover stolen assets. We need the help of volunteers who will translate our texts into different languages.
As of now, we have sites and materials in:
English,
Russian,
Filipino,
Indonesian,
Bengali.

We are expanding our audience to warn as many users as possible.
Please contact us if you are willing to help translate our materials into other languages, especially French, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Vietnamese. The more clients from different countries unite, the sooner the creators of Freewallet will find themselves in the dock!

Thanks to everyone who helps fight against scammers!

Almost everyday we get PM and emails about new cases of Freewallet scam.

That's why I'd like to make some recommendations for the victims of Freewallet fraud:
1. Take screenshots confirming the presence of assets on your balance sheet and correspondence with the administration.
2. Tell the whole story: when you created the wallet, how much money you saved, when you noticed that it was blocked. This will be the basis of your statement to law enforcement.
3. Give us screenshots and information about what happened. You can erase your personal data. Our lawyers will prepare a crime statement (victims statement), but for this you need to know the country and city of your residence.
4. After we send the approximate text of the application, submit it to law enforcement officers. In some countries this can be done online.
We, in turn, as soon as the application is submitted, will publish your story on our resources and send appeals from our non-governmental organization to the supervisory authorities in order to achieve impact on Freewallet. If everything is done quickly, then there is a chance that the assets will be returned just as quickly.

I started using their ios app two years ago. I assumed that it being in the app store (its not any more) its safe. Back then there where few if any allegations, ive been using them for two years transacting money. And i was scammed a week ago. So dont be hasty to pass judgement please.

We are sorry that you also had to deal with this scam. But the experience of other victims shows that we need to fight - send complaints, make negative reviews, write requests to law enforcement agencies.
We would also be grateful for everyone who joined us in a combat against Freewallet.

It's sad that you too have been scammed by them. There have been more complaints about their services since they have scammed many of their customers on various pretexts. It is difficult for a new crypto user to find a best wallet, and this is where Freewallet takes the opportunity to attract inexperienced crypto users to use their wallet, and finally scam those users, Freewallet completes their mission. There are so many complaints against Freewallet that any crypto user can protect themselves from this scam if they do a little research.

This user lost a very significant amount. Of course this is bad. But it is possible that it is precisely after such cases that law enforcement officers will pay attention to the activities of scammers.

There are many other users like this user who have lost huge amount of funds. If the law enforcement agencies take action against them, it will definitely be a good news for the crypto community. But still wondering why they are not taking any action, because many crypto users are getting scammed by these scammers and crypto users are losing huge funds in these scams.

Law enforcement agencies should take action against this scam to create a safe environment for new crypto users.

We help customers to prepare official victims statements. But many people dont want to do this for various reasons, including the will to stay anonymous.
But I see this as the only chanse to get assets back.

Instructions for Filing a Complaint against Freewallet via Better Business Bureau (BBB)
Attention: This guide is exclusively for individuals who installed the Freewallet application through the Apple App Store and have experienced loss of crypto assets.

Access the BBB Complaint Form

Click on the following link: BBB Complaint Form
Select the Nature of Your Complaint

If you lost money due to Freewallet, select:
“I’d like to file a complaint against a business, and have BBB help me get a resolution to my problem.”
If you wish to warn others about the dangers of Freewallet without experiencing financial loss, select:
“I want to warn others about a business or offer that sounds like fraud”.
Provide Details of Your Complaint

Specify that you want to complain about applications developed by Freewallet.
Describe when, how, and the amount of money scammers stole from you.
Mention if you have evidence that shows this is not an isolated case, and consider providing links to materials from other affected users.

Highlight the Method of Scam

Add to your complaint that Freewallet allegedly employs the KYC fraud method, wherein accounts are blocked under the guise of verification, leading to the loss of assets.

Include Apple Registration Information

Make sure to provide your Apple ID as Apple may only consider complaints from users who personally installed the application through the App Store.
Select Apple as the Subject

In the search form, type “Apple” and select Apple from the pop-up menu (One Apple Park Way Cupertino, CA 95014).
Submit Your Complaint

Once you've filled out the complaint form, submit it.

Notify Freewallet-Report

After submitting your complaint, notify Freewallet-report@tutanota.com.

Stay in Contact

Remain in contact with BBB and other relevant organizations advocating for a scam-free internet.
By following these steps and reporting your experience, you contribute to the collective effort to hold scammers accountable and protect other users from similar incidents.

If 10-20-30 users will submit such complaints, there is a chance that Apple will remove Freewallet from Appstore. In this situation they wont be able to find new victims. Also, legal authorities will be able to use this fact as a sign that Freewallet is really a fraudelent app.
