I hate them too, as Slam pointed out, a team that scores the lowest in all the big leagues are statistically -- and reality -- the most boring team to watch. The problem now is should I back form and see them win 3 in a row? I have an itch.

This kind of team are a big pain in the ass, when you think "oh great i know this team is a gem and can bring me some good returns" they make the unthinkeable and play their worst game ever and let you without nothing.

Plus they dont pay that good after 2 wins in a row.

(just checked and they have a 3.9 odds, is a good one)

Yeah, it's really great. Cazorla with that freekick goal and a penalty in the playoffs final, aged 40, after a really bad injury.. It's like a movie script.

I adored him as a player, he's truly underrated. After seeing him with Oviedo, I have a tremendous admiration for his character as well. These are the footballers we need, not Neymars.

Bad start in this round for me, and zero points from two matches because I expected to see boring Friday draws.

To be honest, even tho I followed La Liga during the times he was only familiar with him after he joined Arsenal, but glad, because he was in Villareal after that. I 100% back you about this. Football, and the fans, and the clubs, they are so undersided in how they give love to players. They worship and build statues of Neymars but it is Santis who pick their clubs up and pull them through hell and earth.

See the kind of love Oviedo fans showed. I feel ashamed sometimes of my club who plays in same league as these amazing guys. The way we treated Messi and Suarez, I wonder how we would treat 'less famous' players.

^ All that feel good talk about Oviedo, have to admit, I didn't even realise all of that happening. Such is the news that worthy stories go so far under the radar -- looked it up and a brilliant piece by ESPN satisfied my curiosity about this story.

I don’t know if it’s just me, but in some ways, things were actually better before VAR. Sure, we don’t see as many obvious dives for penalties anymore, but this constant mess with soft fouls and handball decisions is driving me crazy.

Familiar stories happening with favorites like Girona losing big to Sevilla (and I got lucky to win 3x ticket on this one) and one unfamiliar one with Barca leading first and eventually sharing points with a team who they were big favorites against (and I lost 1.5 handicap ticket on this one lol).

I hate the new comment which is " the contact exists" so bassed on that they allow a shit interpretation and whistle non sense penaltys.

I mean football is a CONTACT sport, so you have to not buy every contact, which is difficult but someone are real dives and you know that no matter if the contact exist or not for me.

1. How long it takes for some decisions. VAR was intended to rectify clear ref mistakes, if you have to watch it 20 times from 10 different angles it isn't a clear mistake. If you need to watch it more than 3 times, let the original decision stand.
2. Handball penalties. Make your mind guys and put out proper guidelines. This way it is plain stupid and there is no consistency among the referees. In more than half of the cases I can't predict what will be ref decision after watching the video.

The problem of yesterday's game that there was simply no VAR in first half. It didn't worked because of some technical issue. So, referee made bad decision and there weren't VAR to fix it.
I completely agree about handball penalties. I watch dozens of football games each week and I still can't understand how these penalties is given. Every game you see different interpretations from referee was hand in natural position or not. This is what I hate about today's football most.

Rayo Vallecano ruined a lot of predictions with that 1:1 draw against Barcelona, but I know Real Madrid was happy with this result.
Sometimes I dont understand La Liga results but I have a feeling Girona is preparing for relegation to second league.

Yes, I really hate when VAR takes 10 minutes to make a decision. It can seriously disrupt the game's dynamics. They should look at the example from American football: if there's no irrefutable proof, the call on the field stands.

Also, regarding handball penalties — they need to go back to the old rule: every handball in the penalty area is a penalty. Problem solved. No more talk about the "natural position of the arms" and other nonsense.

For me, football is different from other sports mainly because of human aspect that I completely prefer to continue. If you ask about VAR now, I say remove it, bring back ref only decision.

I dont like VAR and how it evolved into what we have today.
Different leagues have different VAR rules, and some lower leagues dont even use VAR.
I know there was a lot of cheating and bribed refs in the past but this modern VAR is just making more problems.
