Why not the both of them. Schools is really that important trust me but it has failed a lot of students and graduates I mean the system failed but with the both of them together. The school system failing you do not mean you should deceive the next set of generations about schools. There's a great deal to be gotten from school, but if you don't like your situation and want to level up, then it is time to merge both school and skills together. Many perspectives on this particular topic.
It's true that many students graduate but fail. But perhaps more gently, it's just not the right time. I think everyone, especially recent graduates, imagines they'll be able to land a high-paying job and make their families proud. However, there are also some students who graduate and ultimately fail. Looking at my community and my country, there are quite a lot of students who fail.
Combining school and skills is a good way and may offer a greater chance of success. But not all skills are taught in school; sometimes only a few materials are specifically designed for those skills, so the rest is learned on our own.
