I mean to the new web platform that you are working.

Btw, I transferred ecc to Bleutrade, already 30 confirmed and yet still not credited neither in the pending deposit.
Is Bleutrade blockhain the same with current ecc blockhain?

i will test a withdraw. last i knew it wasnt on its own fork. unfortunately, it is impossible to tell if any of their wallets are on a given chain because unlike polo or bittrex there is no way to actually tell what blocks they are on. which is increasingly frustrating.

if i find its on a fork, i will send support a message

TBH probably need to find a new exchange. it seems like for the last 6 months (since bleu changed ownership) they have been on complete autopilot after removing the chat and any direct P2P communication from the site. but im still unsure.

but not yobit. if we change exchanges it cannot be to yobit. yobit turns wayyy to many wallets into maintenance mode wayyy too often and im kinda convinced something fishy is going on with that exchange

edit: i have determined they are on some kind of fork. i will message them about it

edit: edit: message to support sent. feel free to send a message yourselves

Good to see you still engaged Griffith.

Curious as to where SuperSend stands? I have been told that the code is not complete thus not completely anon, is this accurate? If so are there plans to complete this?

Also thinking that the code has been hijacked and is being added to a new project under a different name(not one of your projects)....thoughts?

thanks,
john

What project are you talking about? I still haven't seen any coin utilizing SuperCoin technology.

turns out the wallet for ECC was just off. they turned it back on and stuff went through immediately, no fork. it has been fixed.

i had made posts about myself only maintaining the network a long while ago. then barry came along and said he wanted to do stuff to try and help the coins so i passed the development of that coin off to barry (who has now left due to a lot of fud that just wasnt worth it) with the agreement that i would just help maintain the network. but yes, that is true, it isnt complete there are some end cases where it is possible to break the system although i havent looked into it tooo much. i am not actively developing it, i dont have enough super myself to make it worth the time with the off chance that the price does happen to rise. this isnt the thread for that though, thats why it has its own thread.

The block explorer hosting period will expire in 1 days. Please contact support to renew the hosting period.

Maybe a good time to launch the new website with a nice block explorer and some other work that you are working on ;-)

i want to have multiple BE's in the future. i did sent them an email asking for an address to pay to get the BE renewed for another year. i do have a new client coming out within a few days. it is an OPTIONAL upgrade. it has a lot of code reworked and uses a new database structure for the chain itself. from my current tests it reduces loading time from 5ish minutes to about 18 to 20 seconds on my computer. which was better than anything i was hoping for with the code i redid.

it is 100% compatible with older versions, no need to resync if you choose to upgrade. However, it will preform an upgrade which takes me about 10 minutes to run. for some people it might be less, others more. so i want to say between 10 and 20 minutes. it is a one time upgrade to migrate the chain to the new structure after that you will benefit from the much faster loading times.

stuff will be being posted in the next week or so

Griffith asked me to provide everyone with an update.

The area where he is located has experienced an extreme weather event Shocked. Wind and storms have taken out power to his area, and where some of his servers are (fourth day without electricity). Once power is restored- the services Griff provides will be back to 100% Grin. Apologies for any inconvenience that this event has caused, and will be back as soon as he is able.

Thank you for your understanding in this issue.

I just realized I have an old Supercoin wallet, Version 4.0.0.0 with quite a few coins in it. Is this the same coin/chain as the current Supercoin?

I lost power from Wednesday to Sunday night. a 5 or 6 hour wind storm took down every tree it could and about 500,000 people lost power. I had a flight booked for Monday morning and am currently across country. A new deliverable for ECC will be posted this weekend. Sorry for the delay.

Try adding it to ECCoin.conf.

addnode=121.73.87.155

this sounds like you are either using an old wallet version that the network no longer accepts, or you have some firewall setting on your computer that is actively blocking connections when you try to make them. any insight from your debug.log file would help a lot
