POS stake coins cannot be attacked the 51% way. If, if this is the case now but I really don't know.
Also maybe someone exploited the LeaCoin code without needing the hashing power, dunno.

Apparently the coin has been 51% attacked. Market has been stuck for a month, ive been talking in cryptopia discord and apparently they think it was a 51% attack.
Whats the next step? Is a fix going to be implemented?

Im quoting one of cryptopia guys:

they'll have to tighten up their code, fire up a checkpoint server, make a few other changes, and replace the missing coins somehow..   will definitely require a hardfork to fix, just tightening up the code alone..

looks like they got some work ahead of em

poolexplorer show me 200 reward per block, saw recently wallet still avaible on the wayback machine but dont know if it last version  used the 20.july of 2017 point, also GitHub Shows me an source Code when i search leacoin if someone with knowlege can compile this with git or other compile programs download on own risk this is just what i found on net. also nodes are avaible on miner Control in Explorer under Connections symbol some Needs to be set on port 18123.
