Don't know why you should not take Placebo anymore as escrow, he did a great job for this coin promoting and holding. Their is no other escrow that gets so involved.
Besides that Placebo is offering good terms of ICO what give trust for new people to step in and you Always keep losers that like to scam on escrow. Maybe you can deal a special price if you do the ICO by CCEX? It will give a good return for the costs you make and give also lots of attention. After the last ICO's at CCEX you have seen that it is popular again.
A good ICO would also make our coins worth more.

Swap is possible at exchanges, have seen it happen many times, prefer you try to get CCEX and Yobit to help. Don't forget all people that keep the coins in their own wallets will lose it, have seen how this turns out with E-cash and Spots, communication and timing about this should be real clear.

Edit: I do think it will also give a good hype and price up in the process

whether it is or not this looks really scammy now, seems like a decision made spontaneously and a lot of ideas being chucked about like a dual blockchain thing like DGB and swaps and the rest of it, and also the cheek to host another ICO, this has ruined the rep of the coin releasing a blockchain would have pushed the price up for sure

This is the ABSOLUTELY worst move for this coin, everyone who wasn't in on it in the beginning will now bail. Unbelievable, at least delay contacting c-cex for a couple days to give people a chance to get out of their positions.

Buyer beware - I am posting this publicly only because of the severity of the issue.  In the process of reviewing WoC for listing yesterday a major exploit was uncovered in the code.

WarOfCoins has what appears to be an exploit within it that allows for a block to be mined with any amount of coins desired. This means that anyone else can mine a block with say 100,000 coins in it, rather than just 5 coins as it should be.

The PoW "amount of coins" check is commented out and thus blocks will not actually be checked.

I can't speak for the intention of the code, but only for its existence.  C-Cex was notified last night of the discovery.

Yes, there is serious bug in code that compromises security of WOC. We used SHACoin as base and we missed this bug during inspection https://github.com/AltcoinsBeta/SHACoin-Dead/blob/master/src/main.cpp#L1627. We were and are not doing or planning to do any malicious activity.
