I'm very sorry about that, I forgot to commit last change, it will be fixed in few minutes.

Is it just the Windows wallet or do we have to recompile the Linux as well?

I sent exactly 10,000 WOC and I have 9 confirmations. So I will let you know at 16.

You are lucky that you got your coins out before C-CEX went into maintenance mode. They are still in maintenance.

I've been in my desktop wallet staking, waiting for this coin to get in form. I'm thinking it will pay off.

No. C-CEX sync is now at 16799. I presume that once the wallet is fully synced up they will remove the maintenance, but I could be wrong.
