As for TurboCharged, the answer is no, it was just a testing ground for game-wallet communication protocol but what's already under development and will cover the majority of platforms is a future big hit (and the one i'm looking forward to), Ring 13

Technically, you can spend any transaction with one confirmation. Standard is six, many places will accept three.

For block reward, the internal default is 100 confirmations. Again, you CAN override it, but it's not recommended.
