I want my hard earned BTC.
Just as a side-note, i had a personal account at bitlc.net, with all donations and funds dedicated to improving the site (for example, when we offered bounty's for improving pushpoold and bitcoind), i think it's about 200-300 BTC in total - I personally lose those to, if this isn't resolved. You're a liar and a thief. Karma's a bitch. You'll be hearing from myself and those who have contacted me.

To whomever was affected by the criminal actions of bitlc.net, please PM me roughly how many BTC you had in your account. I'm going to get a total going. I'm currently talking with lawyers based in Sweden since that's where Jine's from.
Please spread the word.

Last I checked, all I had was .003ish ??.. but I may have earned some pennies from that very long / last round. After seeing the call for help, I jumped in with 300-1000 mhash/s for 6-12 hours, I'm guessing.. If there is anything there.. plz tell the Sweedish authorities /courts to donate my earnings to the FREE JUILIAN ASSANGE fund. pEACe

Not even to Julian Assange.

You deserve an update regarding this. I can say that nothing what so ever have changed in this matter. I've given up regarding reclaiming the funds. I've personally lost about 228 BTC cause of this - and i know that I'm not alone in that...
Erick have been AWOL since the incident and I haven't had any success in contacting him. A friend of mine visited his last know address in NY only to find out that there was noone around by that name.
Since the closure of Bitlc.net I've quited the entire bitcoin-community due to this incident. I haven't made a single transaction nor do i have any involvement in either Bit LC Inc. nor the bitcoin community anymore. Bit LC Inc. is (as far as i know) no longer a company - i got a notification about a foreclosure due to unpaid taxes (i think), but as I'm not a board member nor responsible - I don't know anything more than that.
I'm personally really, really, really sorry for what's happened. I feel personally responsible even tho people say that I shouldn't - but it was my project from the start and i really regret it went this way. I've permanently damaged my own name, trust and my reputation - which was the reason for my "retirement".
See you some other time, some other place, or perhaps some other life.
-- Yours truly, Jim

Well, i appreciate that, but as i said - I've quited the bitcoin-community cause of this, and i won't be back anytime soon. I won't get involved again, I trusted the wrong people and I wont do the same mistake again.
It takes a (sorry for the bad language) SHITLOAD of FUCKING WORK to make a pool operational and fully functional 24/7. There have been times when miners have called me at 3 AM just to tell me that the pool isn't up - I'm glad to not receive those calls anymore, but still a bit upset over the situation and result of this project. I still consider bitcoins.lc as my little baby, which i failed to raise/take care of.

So, I'm a bit late to this, but even having read from page 50 to 61, I'm still in the dark with regard to what actually happened. I never saw what the last message was on the bitlc.net site. Was the site corrupted, or hacked into, or something like that? Did Erick guess the password for the cold-wallet and disappear with it?
Anyway, I think I had 0.1 BTC in my account, and you (Jine/Jim) are welcome to it, if it's ever recovered. Even if 1 BTC becomes worth 1 million dollars/euros/pounds or so.
I'm sorry you have developed such an aversion towards everything bitcoin-related. I do hope you get over it some day.
For what it's worth, I always thought this was one of, if not the best supported pool.

I can see this happening once. But twice in less than a day, makes it seem like it wasn't so much of a mistake. Its as if they suddenly realized they forgot to change the wallet after the 2nd block. Whoever it is, they have some descent hashpower. http://blockchain.info/address/12y2z1dv2q96fnEHUWhnyc5Sjb32p2LPTi

This is why: https://blockchain.info/hub-nodesinetnum: 46.253.195.48 - 46.253.195.63 netname: SE-JINE descr: JINE HOSTED SERVICES
jine@jine:~$ host 46.253.195.50 50.195.253.46.in-addr.arpa domain name pointer ve141.cust.jine.se.
As our company and my hosting services and I have a pretty darn good uptime/connection/routing, one of my clients placed some bitcoin-node there. It's one of my better VPS-nodes has that same IP-range allocated to it as Bitlc.net used. I thinks it's pretty cool tho, we're hosting the largest Bitcoin-relay But as satated before, the information on blockchain is incorrect. If someone knows the people behind it, please contact them and ask to remove the IP to Pool-connection for all Bitlc.net's previous IPs I couldn't find any contact information directly so... EDIT, i think all these can report blocks as bitlc.net, as they are previous IPs used. 2a01:7a00:12:a::99 2a01:7a00:12:a::98 2a01:7a00:12:a::51 2a01:7a00:12:a::50 46.253.203.99 46.253.203.98 46.253.195.51 46.253.195.50
By the way - I still haven't heard of Erick, and i don't think i ever will. I haven't visited bitcointalk since my last post, at all. -- Regards, Jim

... and while you're here, do you have a complete record of blocks solved by bitlc.net? I try to keep a history of the network, and have attribution for as many blocks as possible. I have some of your blocks - the ones with a coinbase sig - but a complete record would be really helpful.

Not at hand right now, maybe later, I lost pretty much the entire code-base just recently in a hard-disk crash, but It's possible that I'll be able to recover data from it. I also tried to search on archive.org for https://www.bitlc.net/statistics/rounds without any results... I found old stats, but not the list of rounds. Sorry mate. I think someone else here DO have that list tho. Someone even wrote a bot for it, so it should exist in IRC-logs... / Jim

I'll look around IRC logs, maybe something there. Any idea what percentage of your blocks had a coinbase signature? Or maybe you have a list of generation addresses? I could at least get a history of the blocks for a list of generation addresses, even if I couldn't get the shares per block.

When we switched to poolserverj from pushpool, which was using a new address for each block. Poolserverj used a static address which we changed from time to time, then shortly after we started using coinbase signatures . Search in this thread to find a date for it. Regards, Jim
