Technically, since the bitcoin kiosk provides litecoin, you could pay for your casino by trading your EPC for litecoin and selling the litecoin for fiat at the bitcoin kiosk. Or you could do the reverse, if you want to preserve your wealth and invest in a coin that is early in its development, and will potentially give its investors an unbelievable return. As what you further wrote, I'm not saying this is not possible, I'm just saying such images that person is posting do not say the actual truth, not what will it be. It's just a matter of being honest. If this person wished to be what he's advertising, it's honest to write it and not confuse people. Simply as that.
