For S3's it does not have to be a tp link router.  Some require a tp link to run software, but a S3 has it's own controller.  So you are pretty open on brand's you can buy.

Also you can hook PC directly up to miner to see it if you are comfortable with turning it temporary static IP.

Again I think somethings are being lost in transaction. 

How about this go get a router with Ethernet port's so the S3 can go in it.   After you get it try to connect to miner IP.  If it does not work let us know router type.

So first step go get a router (assuming you have PSU already)

I love to share mining, and normally enjoy helping.  This thread has been challenging with language barrier.  

I did work for a while with international logistics in a IT role, where I did most everything from coding to support with a big corporation, and got use to having sometimes problems language barriers.  And also respecting others cultures was a big thing.

But I have to admit this is hardest communication barrier I've hard. I just sincerely hope it's not a trolling effort, if it is i fell for it.
