This Court should deny the FTC’s Motion to Dismiss Defendants’ Counterclaims. Federal courts have made clear that receivership costs are recoverable against the United States and its agencies under the EAJA and elsewhere. The FTC overlooks the present state of the law on this issue, and attempts to impose the Tenth Circuit’s more restrictive analysis when other federal courts of appeal, including the Eighth Circuit, have disagreed. Because any viable theory of recovery is sufficient to bar dismissal, the FTC’s Motion fails."The FTC overlooks the present state of the law"

http://hardforum.com/search.php?searchid=29257855&pp=20BFL's Customers: Sends moneys to BFL for building their product. BFL: Buys laptops used to burn-in their customer's miners. IRS Facing Books: Laptops broke and tossed in the garbage, thus WRITE-OFF CITY! BFL Non-IRS-Facing books: Have Josh Zerlan sell the laptops on one of the forums he participates in. BFL: Laptops sell, and BFL keeps the moneys that nobody's the wiser except a person "so isolated" nobody listens to him. BFL's Customers: Where's our refunds? BFL: Dudes, we told you that we have to sell shit first, and that your refunds are still months away. Josh: In conclusion, your Honor, I'm a truthteller and Bruno is a liar, thus when you put all those lies he penned on a forum full of monumental assholes together, it's a foregone conclusion that he had plans to kidnap my wife after jacking off behind the house while looking in our master bathroom window when my wife comes out of the shower. Judge: Can a person see in or out of the glass that the widow of the master bathroom is made out of? Josh: No. Judge: Does steam cover the window like it does in most people's bathroom during a shower? Josh: Yes. Judge: Are there curtains on the windows? Josh: Yes. Judge: Does your wife draw the curtains shut prior to derobing? Josh: Yes. Judge: Is that a tree in front of the window? Josh: Yes. Judge: So, how could Bruno possibly see your wife naked coming out of the shower? Josh: Bruno would climb the tree donning a pair of Oculus Rift to witness the event. Judge: Do you own a dog? Josh: A couple. Judge: Do they bark when they hear noises outside? Josh: Yes, but then it'll be too late, she'd already been incensed.

I kind of got lost in the sea of information. Why exactly are you trying to find where that photo was taken from?
What office BFL was using within that Section 8 housing project directly above Restaurant Baklava across the street from Josh Zerlan's employment at the time. What a funny coincidence (and "the courts" really do believe in coincidence)... Speaking of coincidence, there were rumors... http://family-and-relationships.manyask.com/viewtopic.php?t=50650In case you have trouble figuring out who penned that post, he's been known to gnaw on his tale when he lies. That said, how old is Aime Broyles' son? I'm 600 miles away with no intent on traveling to Kansas to peak in a window, yet this perv has two underage children belonging to his wife across the hall. ok so really im just looking for some confirmation, i am 20 years old, and well i want to know if im bi, or just some ***ual deviant. i have always been with women, and enjoyed *** with them very much, but in my teen years some friends of mine use to experiment with each other, and i would often give one friend in particular head, quite often. and i always enjoyed doing it to him. we then progressed to ***, and i really began to enjoy that as well. we havent done anything to each other for many years, but i kept up the facination with it, i found myself jacking off to gay ***, or ***ing myself with anything that i could turn into a ***. every so often, i have one guy that i go down on when he must be *** or something because he comes over we handle that then he leaves right away. ive never kissed a guy or done anything romanticaly ***ual, its simply been just get right to it. and i think i really would like to try something real. so i guess u could say my question are, one how do i meet someone who i can have a private relationship with to see if i would like it. secondly for the most part when i do gay things i sometimes feel disgusted with myself after i finish, it seems like once im hard im willing to do anything, but more recently im getting out of that phase and just accept what i do, so do you think i am ***, who just extremly ***. and what does it say about my friend who comes over when he wants some, is he gay? Looks like Mr. Narelicar aka Josh Zerlan is willing to do anything once he's hard. So, if you're Aime Broyles, would you want your underage kids to be around Josh when you're not home? When I attended conferences, the scuttlebutt about Josh Zerlan is that he does partake in the lifestyle portrayed above, but I paid it no real mind and never had proof - TILL NOW! http://lmgtfy.com/?q=Narelicar+InabaI was just ready to post this until I found something else (YEP! It's the funny part sans Pakleds)... http://geeksanswer.me/topics/L2V4dC8xMDEzMzk1P3VybF9pZD0lM0QlM0R3YzVGMlpnSVhab1IzYmdJM2JnTUhkb2RXYWhKSGR6QnliMEJDWmxSM1loSkhkMEZHSWxKM2J0QlNac0IzYmxCSEk1RjJaZzhHWjlRSGFubEdib2RXYW9aaU0zWXpOeWNUTTlRM1B3aEdjdVFXWWxKSGEwZDNib04zTHQ5Mll1TW5jdjFXZHlOV1l0NXljdFZuY3ZaMkx2b0RjMFJIYSZzZXJ2aWNlPU1hY3J1bW9ycw==So, while penning a post to stick it up Josh's ass, he's posting elsewhere (literally, to the minute/second) seeking ways to get others to poke his ass. I say he's readying himself for the other B-House (B, as in BIG), where he doesn't want to be some Bubba's bitch, but be the Head Bubba in his Cell Block doing Chain-in-and-outs until everybody's been confirmed. Around the same time frame as when the above exchange was penned and prior to Josh Zerlan joining the Army... http://health.manyask.com/viewtopic.php?t=17653by Narelicar
hey, john!
i'm getting ready to graduate from high school and have had a blast being active in fall and spring sports. it's a great time.
i'm going to attend a large college out of town in the fall. i want to be a nurse, too, but i'm worried that being a nurse will out me to others. how can i follow my career dream without everybody knowing that i'm gay?
thanks, r

http://entertainment.manyask.com/viewtopic.php?t=2278374Question, Josh Zerlan: Exactly what are you feeding your wife's (Aime Broyles) two children, and does she help you prepare the potions? And, if you think that's creepy, you ain't read nothin' yet: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1022931.msg11157452#msg11157452So, which has more truth: Me, Bruno Kucinskas, driving ~600 miles to jack off in front of Josh Zerlan's bathroom that's most likely impossible to peer into behind his house when his wife comes out of the shower, or Josh Zerlan jacking off in front of Aime Broyles' two children while viewing a pre-teen girl with Down Syndrome learning about periods? I'm leaning toward the latter, but I'm bias. Hey, Bruce Peterson, you still standing behind your mentor, Josh Zerlan, or in front of him? Better yet, do you walk on his left or his right when you two go shopping together? I guess that explains why Josh Zerlan doesn't wear his wedding ring when he attends conferences: Such action (or non-action) would narrow his prospects. "I sure hope Josh can talk Dave McClain into manning the booth sans his help."

I, Bruno Kucinskas, am now selling Josh Zerlan's yellow Exige: http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/3233481-post36.htmlNo reasonable offers refused. 10% discount to those who've previously purchased his vitals from me. Notice the date. While BFL's customers were awaiting their Monarchs, this cocksucker was online bragging about his fancy car from the comforts of his BTC-House that he just moved into thanks to your orders. FUCKIN' SICKNING!

http://www.lotustalk.com/forums/3312946-post15.htmlFunny, Josh Zerlan wasn't versed in the culture he alluded to a year earlier, for the fucker was still driving a Jetta. Meanwhile... Hi. For legal reasons, I edited Josh Zerlan's social security number and drivers' license number out of a few of your (old) posts. Please don't repost or link to these numbers on bitcointalk.org in the future.
Sorry that this was necessary. So, I can no longer post on a public forum public info gleaned elsewhere on the internet because it hurts the Inaba, but he, conspiring with others, was fine with gleaning my vitals off the internet and including such on BFL's database for the sole purpose of lessening BFL's tax liability via a write-off that's 100% NOT RELATED to BFL, but between Josh Zerlan and myself, Bruno Kucinskas. Josh, you better check to make sure that Chambers Lofts allows pets before filling out an application there after losing your fuckin' BTC-House. And, make sure that Aime packs enough stolen toothbrushes from her employer's practice to have on hand when entertaining your future cellmates to make sure they have the whitest teeth you'll ever cum across.

Looks like Josh Zerlan is expanding this battle... For legal reasons, any sort of secret ID code/number that is used by the insecure legacy government/banking systems is banned from bitcointalk.org.
This includes, for example: - US social security numbers - Non-US government ID numbers that can cause security problems when released - Credit card numbers
Exceptions might possibly be made if this info is absolutely essential to a scam investigation or it's very certain that you're posting secret ID codes that belong to you.
Non-US government ID numbers that can cause security problems when released 123 Elm Street, Anywhere USA, 12345. Phone-123-4567890. Fax-123-0987654 Pretend that AcmeBitcoinWidgets has the above info on their website. I, being a mad man and am in direct competition with them, can no longer post the above info containing non-US government ID numbers, i.e., an address, gleaned from ABW's website in fear of violating the new policy due to security reasons, for it's now possible that I, or some other, will stalk the 123 Elm Street address to meet up with ABW's owner and confront him. If you think that's crazy, we can no longer post President Obama's SSN on this forum thanks to the new policy due to a security risk to his person.

I detect a bit of irony in theymos' post where he says "...insecure legacy..." and "...scam investigation...". Question: does this mean we can post any such numbers backwards without incurring Inaba's wrath? It's so sad to see theymos now being Inaba's bitch. But I think that this means that Bruno cannot be held liable for Josh's SSN, because it was found in a publicly available source. Its being removed further exonerates Bruno of any liability even though there wasn't any liability in that case. So in a way, Josh just helped you out, dude!

It's a well-known fact that banking systems use the last four digits on a person's SSN to verify one's identity, in my and Sonny Vleisides cases, 6586. So, by extension, according to the new policy NO 4-digit numbers will be allowed on this forum from this day forward otherwise it'll violate the new policy. Why doesn't theymos say the document that holds Inaba's SSN is publicly available? The investigation is still going on about the millions that BFL is holding in customer funds. This guy was the biggest troll in all of bitcointalk until his universally reviled face was shutdown. Talk about the worst PR guy in history. He makes Brad Burns look like a joke. Now Josh my-legal-efforts-will-dominate-your-face Zerlan wants to lash out against the community and former customers. Josh has even gone so far as to call up people's employers and saying that their employee is a pedophile. He's used people's private information many times and posted it in the forum, including their children's names, and alienated many others. Josh Zerlan and BFL is the perfect example of what the bitcoin community should rightfully reject. Who would want to use this raving lunatic's SSN? Who's he kidding? The day of his judgment is upon him and he can't hold the US govt liable for making his information public. Josh is an absolute nobody! Bring it on!

If I'm not mistaken, BFL posted the link(s) that depict(ed) Josh Zerlan's SSN in which myriads times thereafter bits and pieces of it were presented in various forms on this and their forum. But, it's only now that some of those depictions are being deleted retroactively because of a piece or two of sensitive information, namely Josh's SSN and KS DL ID No. The funny part is the info was released by a law firm aligned with BFL and not some other entity. Here, Josh. Go have the following image/this post removed also, you fuckin' cry baby! "Please, Ed and I want you to leave our friend, Josh, alone!"
