Considering most of these issues were caused by Inaba (Josh) I recommend as that you send Inaba the defense bill. As he seems to be largely the cause of your court battles (in my opinion).

Just a suggestion, you don't have to follow through with this suggestion. In fact, you can always foot the bill for Inaba (Josh) sake as I know you are a kind soul and it is an issue between you and Inaba. Thanks for being a great friend and being there for him.
