Made a withdrawal request 16 hrs ago. It says pending & still pending. Btc have not been sent out yet. Before service is really fast but seems to be slacking.
Just PMed.

replied, thx for the prompt response as always Wink that i really give you & haobtc a +1.

I was told that the transfer has been processed - it was caused by human error. All the transfers are processed manually. I think because more people are using our service now our team is a bit stressed by the increased workload.

it worked & it's pushed out.

that's what i thought of, manual processing.

once again thx, for the quick response & solved the issue within a short period of time.

what's the interest rate?

I get 5%+ APR for holding BitUSD in my LOCAL wallet for example.

The interest rate is floating. Right now it is 9.09% but I have seen it to be as high as 11% at some point and lower than the current rate. I haven't seen it lower than 8% during the three months that I have been using it.

we are talking about APR, right?

If by APR you mean annual percentage rate, yes

yep. that's a very high rate you're offering. I'm still a little bit skeptical though

In 2013, Alipay, China's most popular third party online payment processor, withdrew its support for BTC businesses.
Now it is back.
With HaoBTC, you can buy BTC using Alipay.
HaoBTC, buying BTC has never been easier!

here's my account activity:

*note* i'm not affiliated or work for haobtc, just a user.

wow your interest is extremely high. You have a lot of bitcoin in there or just a lot of referrals?

The interest rate is currently 9.09% p.a irrespective of the amount of deposit - the referral income is separate.

What is "Financing"? I'm going to try it out, not sure how it works exactly (I assume it pays you the interest listed?). Guess I'll find out now.

I sent an email asking these questions, but I will ask them here as well because maybe more people have the same questions:

  • Is the Banking tab where I make deposit for investment?
  • On the Banking tab, is the btc address at the top where I send deposit for investment?  Is the QR code the same address, for where I send deposits?
  • How do I withdraw my deposits, do I use "Send" and send to my own bitcoin address?
  • Is the Financing tab for borrowing bitcoin from HaoBTC?  If not, what is the Financing tab for?
  • The Financing tab has a red Chinese character after it, what does it say?
  • What is CNY Bank?
  • On the Multisig Vault tab, when I click "New Vault Access" it takes me to a password confirmation screen with a yellow warning button with several Chinese characters on it, what does it say?
  • Under Settings->User Profile it asks for IDCard number, what is IDCard?  I am not comfortable entering my passport number into any website so I would never use that option.
  • Under Settings->Phone Number I have tried my US cell phone a couple different ways but I never get a call, what format do I need to use for my phone number?

  • Is the Banking tab where I make deposit for investment?

Yes

  • On the Banking tab, is the btc address at the top where I send deposit for investment?  Is the QR code the same address, for where I send deposits?

Yes, Yes & Yes

  • How do I withdraw my deposits, do I use "Send" and send to my own bitcoin address?

Just like any other Wallet, you can send to any address if & when you wish to withdraw BTC from your haobtc account & interest will be deducted accordingly

  • Is the Financing tab for borrowing bitcoin from HaoBTC?  If not, what is the Financing tab for?

I think it is haobtc borrowing from us & pays us in interest but in montly basis as per the table on that page *tbc by haobtc as i can be wrong*

  • The Financing tab has a red Chinese character after it, what does it say?

means NEW or NEW feature

  • What is CNY Bank?

Banks in china that deals with Chinese Yuan or Reminbi

  • On the Multisig Vault tab, when I click "New Vault Access" it takes me to a password confirmation screen with a yellow warning button with several Chinese characters on it, what does it say?

forgot

  • Under Settings->User Profile it asks for IDCard number, what is IDCard?  I am not comfortable entering my passport number into any website so I would never use that option.

some sort of ID (i believe local chinese id card #) or passport to identify the owner of account when he/she wishes to buy/sell btc or in fiat using local chinese banks

  • Under Settings->Phone Number I have tried my US cell phone a couple different ways but I never get a call, what format do I need to use for my phone number?

my country is yet to be supported (waiting for reply from dev), maybe try "+" country code - followed by phone # ?

hope it answers your questions Wink

Looks like some competition....

Any way to get the same APR???

They could very well be using the invested funds to deposit on HaoBTC which would be extremely shady. Hope that's not the case.

Quote
as apparently the funds are being used as investment in JUA's farms

That sounds extremely dodgy.

They will need to show the same amount of detail as HaoBTC has. Many many different pictures showing the mining facility as well as a picture in the facility holding a sign with the name up. It does sound very shady. THey are trying to rip off of HaoBTC unique concept. Reminds of when cloud mining started with cex.io and all the shady ones that popped up soon after.

Sorry, hadn't been following this thread - has the problem been resolved? If not, can you send me your ID to eric.mu@haobtc.com, then I can then draw attention of the dev team to look into your case.

No problems here.
But I have noticed sent payments are taking a loooooooong time to post on some addresses/sites

Any problem with withdrawals??

Thanks

Hi, sorry for the delay and the late response.
I am not sure what caused your delay, but all withdrawals are manually processed, in a scenario when a large number of people make requests, it is possible that a lag will be caused.
Another possibility: I myself encountered five hour delay for a 0.088 BTC withdrawal a couple weeks ago. Although I have greater confidence in the company than regular users, I was not very happy by it at all, so shouted at the CTO on the phone and was told that the site was being DDoSed.
