As for vendor and market owner scamming people with a 3 party escrow, I just don't see it happening with Crave's system, it will require 10k coins to run a market as collateral and if ICM can actually pull it off the price to own 10k coins will rise quick. Anyone who intends to run a market it would not be in their financial interest to collude with vendors unless they want to go out of business fast.
